We live 4 hours away and set our appt with Mike Ruth. We were halfway there (2 hours) and he called and advised if a safety recall for the vehicle and that he could not sell it to us.

They contacted us and we made an appointment to see the vehicle. We canceled the appointment for this vehicle. They tried to find the preferred vehicle with no results. Super polite and professional service over the phone.

After driving two hours, I was told this truck could not be financed due to a discrepancy between the odometer and the title. Even though it says clear title. They had a head gasket on the back of the truck and coolant, but said it ran well and chose not to disclose any of this in the ad or prior to the drive down. The lady making the appointments is divine. Stop there.

Drove from Okc to test drive the
2010 Ford Expedition. When I
got there it had more miles than
posted on the internet. Looked
like rats have been chewing on
the seats, would not come down
on price. Went to back another
dealership in OKC the same day.
Got a BEAUTIFUL EXPEDITION
and paid in full for it. And paid
1,000 less with fewer miles!!!!

Our salesman was low-pressure. There was a little haggling, but no long waits
on prices. We ultimately knocked about $1300 off the price, which I felt was
fair given price had already recently beed reduced.

Went there to see another truck but wasnât what expected was never
shown this one...... interesting ...... feel that truck went there to see
from shawnee was Mis represented, picture showed only the good
but after inspection truck a lot of damage rust on fender wells on
passenger side , a big hole in firewall where something had been
removed ,

The dealer was great the vehicle had some issues but they were able to help quick and fast. J. Molder the sales person was really great helped with everything in getting approved to leaving the lot. Have nothing bad to say.

We found a really good deal on a vehicle at this dealership. However, we were told on the phone twice before we went to look at the car that we would be given a fair trade in price on our vehicle. We drove an hour to get to this dealership and when we got there we received the lowest quote on our trade-in vehicle that we had received at 4 other dealerships; the biggest difference in price was $4,000. We understand that it can be difficult to appraise a vehicle over the phone, but if we were at least given a general idea that this dealership would not be worth our time and effort, we could have saved on valuable time, mileage and gas. Once we sell our vehicle privately, we do not plan on returning to this dealership to do business.
