They were excellent to work with and very helpful. They are a Chevrolet dealership so they weren’t completely knowledgeable (understandably) on this Ford that I was excited to purchase!! Justin & Thomas met me for delivery which was over-the-top for customer service, thank you!

They sold me the truck said nothing was wrong and the transmission started to fail on me they cleared the codes and put it on the lot I went back and got my truck and gave this one back

Contacted me promptly Told me when vehicle was sold.
A sales associate contacted me right away and set me up with Harley to come take a test drive. I went for a drive. I felt no pressure to make deal. I came back 2 days later and drove the car again along with another car. Harley parked both vehicles side by side and I compared them. I finally made up my mind and went with the other vehicle. I love it! Good experience.

John Holt auto group was good to me and gave me a good deal.They cleaned up the car of their own volition that I traded and purchased from them.They moved my mag wheels from my vehicle to the one I purchased for no charge.I will do my shopping there first when I have need of another car. But the car I purchased is so nice it may last me a very long time!

Too many replies, with no results. As soon as I contacted them, I had two different salesmen reply, along with a “sales team management” reply. Anytime I would respond, I would get the salesman’s reply, along with a “sales team management” reply. Ultimately, they never did find a vehicle for me.

I purchased a car this week from
John Holt Auto Group. Before my
arrival, I had been communicating
with their internet department.
They provided me with all the car
information before I even set foot
in the dealership. Once I arrived,
they greeted me with bottled
water and had the car prepared
for my review and test drive. The
car was clean and tidy. The
representation of the vehicle
online matches what I saw in
person. They didn't try to
advertise falsely. They advertised
the car accurately and supplied
the Carfax that showed the
history of the car. When it came
to purchasing the vehicle, they
negotiated reasonably, found the
best interest rate for my loan, and
provided me with all the quick
and easy information I needed
about extended warranty. The
process was quick, thoroughly
explained, patient, and painless. I
would highly recommend seeing

for any new or used car.
