Well done.
I was very interested in this beautiful Porsche and the dealership did contact me the very next day after I sent a message inquiring about it. They even sent videos of the car and sent multiple emails to assist and to check in. Even after I let them know that I had bought something else they still emailed to let me know they’d be happy to help in the future. Classy!
Uses off-site communication system that is not helpful instead of putting you in contact with sales associate directly. Not helpful. Made a trip to VA only to not be able to test drive the car. Sales associate was nice once we finally were able to speak with someone in person but ultimately a waste of time due improper communication

Nice supply / inventory and good salespeople.
Waste of time. I was contacted by 4 people in addition to an AI bot. I was ready to make purchase while waiting on salesman Sam to send info. A few days later I received a text from Scarlett that the vehicle was sold. Basically I waste my time and missed out on another opportunity to purchase a cheaper vehicle. They SUCK

Very helpful
Terrible dealership. Was told one price and they were covering the other fees and
when I arrived they tried to pretend that was not something they had said as if I
made it up. I immediately left and realized I would purchase the vehicle from
someone else. In addition, we all know most dealers are trying to add fluff into the
price with random things they pretend to sell you as important. This dealership
tries to add these various âshieldsâ which lets be honest just call them what they
are, an attempt to add additional costs onto the final price for something you will
never use and if you did there would still be a price. And one more thing, they try
to say they have provided LoJack to youâ¦â¦.thats right, LoJack which please are
we in the 90âs????? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership.

Tried to buy the vehicle at listed price only to be told they are upside down on it and proceeded
to tack on $4000 in charges. i bought another Lincoln Aviator else where!
Contacted the dealer due to advertised price. It's
basically a ploy to get you to contact and then they'll
show their 6k in add-ons plus trying to additionally
charge you for the delivery fee when it's already included
in MSRP.
Jim McKay Chevy is like every shady dealer your dad
warned you about.
Avoid like the plague
“I’d suggest not wasting your time here. Dmitriy was great and very helpful, but the manager in the pink shirt was quite rude and tried to push extras we didn’t need. The advertised price on CarGurus was $36,474, but when I called, they said the price might differ—though they reassured me they could work with me on it. When I arrived, the price was suddenly $37,500, and they claimed they couldn’t budge.
I brought in my car, which is in excellent condition, and they tried to say that two of the wheels (on one side) were too old, while the other two were fine. This makes no sense since I bought the car brand new and have taken good care of it. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, and it felt like they were making excuses to lower the trade-in value. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Contact was good - but they sold the vehicle before I could get from Richmond to NVA to look & test drive.
The car was advertised at 21,112. When I called the
salesman said it was 28k after my supplier discount
from my place of employment .
I asked why the price wasn't as advertised. He said
that price included all the discounts. I asked what
the discounts were, he said they were on their
website. I felt this was misleading and wasted my
time.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever been in contact with.
The advertised car wasn’t even discussed as they were attempting to get me to purchase another vehicle that had been in an accident.
Terrible sales team, terrible management, and not truthful with their vehicles.. BE CAREFUL

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. They called me for days and then when i told them I wasn't
interested in a car other than the one I asked about she said "good luck with that buddy" and hung up. She was rude and

They got back to me fast, got all the paperwork done, and got me in my new car is a matter of days! Alex was great and super helpful! Highly recommend McKay Chevrolet!
Any company is only as good as it’s workers. A gentleman named Sam contacted me and went above and beyond to help me out. I was unable to make it to the dealer before the vehicle sold and Sam called to let me know as soon as it sold to save me a trip out. He has been the most helpful salesman that I have dealt with.
The sales rep was helpful and sent a number of pictures which was VERY helpful. The challenge was that he didn't really know the product. I asked him if it had the "performance package" option and he said "yes" but I could tell
he didn't really know. When I saw the pictures, it confirmed my view. (It was NOT the performance model.)
All in all not bad but too many dealers' sales teams are not experts on the products they are selling.
Was told by this dealership that the vehicle i was interested in was on their lot by sales person Chris Puello. But that vehicle was still in transit, the way this person led me to believe the vehicle was there on the lot was very disappointing (more like a lie).knowing this now I would not buy anything from this dealership!!!!!!!!!

Not bad but the price was just a bit higher than most cars with of the same year similar mileage. Felt like the cost was inflated because the previous owner modded it. Felt like they took advantage of mods and that the dealer added that into the price as if it were standard equipment. Not a bad experience, just didnt feel as if my satisfaction was priority. not even a thought to negotiate. They wanted there money. still a beautiful car and good people though.

Very hard to find a 2021 corvette, but spoke
to Ayub at Jim McKay dealership, he was
very informative and courteous, I told him
the spec Iâm looking for he is going to try
and find one available.

For starters, when went to check out the vehicle they didn’t have it. Instead of telling us they loaned it to a customer, they gave us the run around and basically tried to get us to stay longer than we had to. We find out that they loaned it out but it was as we was walking out of the door. Really horrible customer service from the staff.

Bait and switch!
They listed a car at a certain price. We
requested to see and buy the car. They
called us the following morning to verify
that indeed we were coming to look at said
vehicle. Upon arriving, we were told that
the car was sold a day before.
The excuse was that they don’t
communicate with their appointment call
center. The car that they offered was the
wrong color and $10,000 more.
How is that for a classic bait and switch?

Dont waste your time unless you're looking to get into a car 4 times what you're looking for. After two weeks of correspondence and assurance of approval on the car I was looking at I sold my car and drove three hours to check it out and make the sale. Immediately they showed me a hatchback for 21k although I was coming to look at a 5k SUV. After finally getting to test drive and look over the car I was approved for and wanted they hiked up the downpayment to 3 grand. ...on a 5000 car? Then we were told it would be no financing at all and I had to buy it outright.
Ulises & the manager Pez ought to be ashamed of themselves! This is by far the worst experience I could have imagined. At worse I expected to not like the car or that it somehow sold during my drive there.
This is deplorable. What a wonderful start to my vacation for labor day weekend.
I had been in contact with sales associate Andrew for a couple of weeks to purchase a Tahoe, and I couldn't be more happier. Andrew was ready at our appointment time and was very professional and down to earth. He knew the exact vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. After negotiating with the sales manager a bit, Andrew came through with a price withing $26 of what I was willing to pay per month. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and the finance lady was really fast and great to converse with. I can't recommend Andrew enough, if you come to Jim McKay Fairfax ask for him!

I actually wound up purchasing another GMC Acadia Denali from Jim Mckay
Chevrolet. They were outstanding. I was extremely pleased with my entire
purchasing experience. They even got me a much lower interest rate than my
credit union.

In all m years this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had, and I've had some good ones. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.They had the vehicle I wanted, it was well worth the hour drive.

The Dealership contacted me right away by Email and Phone. They
worked with me in setting up an appointment and test drive. After the
test drive we worked up some preliminary numbers. Within 72 hours I
made the purchase. Sales Staff was great; Finance Officer was the
best; she helped seal the deal! There was little pressure to close; they
wanted to make a deal; I had a keen interest in the Vehicle. Excellent

I did not purchase the vehicle because they did not accept the deal that I was proposing. Extremely high processing fees killed the deal.
Had conversations about the vehicle and the last was to tell me the car was still on the lot. I then called and the person I spoke with said it was there but when I challenged him, someone else came on the phone to tell me that the car was sold the night before and then tried to persuade me to let them find the car I wanted.
Too far away to deal with that nonsense.

Responsive and friendly .
He did not answer my question. I felt I was given double-speak regarding my questions.
I asked 3 questions. One was what is PDI? Another was does the car have remote start. I forget the third question I asked.
The questions I asked did not reappear after they were originally sent.
The response I got was basically something like I wasn't familiar with the way cars are sold these days, and to call them.
I did not save the message from McKay's.
I was insulted, and deleted it.
Sales guy is very pushy and does price shamming. We are look for a vechile in thebinsurance settlement die expecting our 2nd child. Sales guy wants to talk car loans after being told several times we don't want a payment. Sales says we can only old and high mileage vechile that will need repairs and can we afford it. Due to these email convo I doubt I will ever buy here

Car salesman worked a deal but when I got to the dealership 40 miles away the vehicle had a large dent and there was a leak in the ceiling. None of this was disclosed to me prior to arrival. Very shady place.

The dealer was very responsive regarding my inquiry.
I saw their advertisement about low interest loans. I went there with and average credit score. But after I was turned down by others they were able to give me two options for a decent interest rate. Also... the car was warrantied so they offered me extended warranty that was not expensive but covered the engine and transmission plus a few other things. This is a great dealership to go to and worth the drive.
