We had a great experience at Keras Chevrolet! Everyone we dealt with (Rachel, Andrea, and Vernon) was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was probably the easiest car sale transaction my husband and I have ever experienced— completely hasslefree and very respectful of our time. We would recommend Keras to friends and family and we would return whenever we purchase our next vehicle.

No communications none whatsoever, I was told I
was approved and I could pick up my vehicle the
next day because the bank was closed. And the
next day I sent documents and then nothing at all. I
called several times and nobody was available and I
kept getting unclear answers. But my credit
inquiries are still on my credit. I’m beyond upset.
Talking about they was so busy helping other
people like I don’t matter. Like I’m a customer just
like they are.

Overall good experience. They were missing second key for the vehicle which you need to change preset computer settings. So I will have to go to a different dealership to take care of this. Used cars come in and go out as is. I understand that. But it would be helpful if dealership could do it’s due diligence in making sure the vehicle has all of its components at time of sale.

Great dealership very easy to talk with.
Experience wasn't good at all... I asked them not to run my credit until I looked at the car. As soon as they found out that I was approved, they told me that the car was sold and it had left the lot the day before. They tried to sell me something that I wasn't interested in... Basically, a date and switch hoping I would settle for whatever they had...

I live about 100 mile from dealership saw a car online and called to make sure car was still available and was told the car was it was still on the lot when I arrived the same day the salesperson told me they had sold it the afternoon before

"Terrible.. I inquired about a Mustang,
took awhile to get a response. Once I did
they told me my credit application
disappeared. I resubmitted it & did not
get a response for approval or denial. I
was transferred to different
departments, got phone calls asking the
same initial questions pertaining to the
vehicle, & never got a call back from the
finance manager after leaving him a
voicemail. Bottom line if you care about
your time & want to be taken serious as
a customer, it's NOT the place for you!! "

Kept getting excuses instead of answers to my questions. I am 6
hours from them and they only seemed to want me to come in for
a test drive. Katie kept writing me that the boss would call me later
to discuss price and he never did nor did he email. The next day I
was emailed by katie and told the van sold the day before. I need
2 cars and you can be sure I will not contact Jim Keras for any
other of my future needs.

Great Deal, George Gully was great. I love the car. I would buy another car from Jim Keras Chevrolet. All the dealers in Missouri I contacted had no good deals and would not negotiate but Jim Keras Chevrolet in Memphis was great and treated me great. I love the car I bought from Jim Keras Chevrolet.
