The dealers went out their way to assist me. They continued to follow up with me regularly. They was very helpful.

Don’t get me wrong. I think we got a good deal on a reliable vehicle for my daughter. The sales rep was nice and helpful. They are only getting three stars for a few reasons. It was odd that the rep insisted she drive off the lot for the test drive. I’ve never had that happen before. When I mentioned that the small print in the ad said the $499 ducumentatiin fee was included in the price she insisted it wasn’t. When I showed the ad to her she said she would have to look into it. A few minutes later she said I was right. Then, when signing the paperwork I looked at the figures and the price seemed higher than I calculated. They tried to charge me the $499 on top of the sale price. I caught it and she said their was a mistake and went to fix it. I wonder how many people they have slipped that past. The big thing though is they I have never bought a car anywhere, where they did not fill up the gas tank and wash the car for you. They had the car a half a day after I signed the paperwork.

I called them on this Acadia and they told me they still had it. I took a day off work to see it. I arrived when they opened and sent another email when I arrived to confirm it was still there. They confirmed it yet again. Moments later I spoke to the salesman who pulled up the stock number and said it had been sold. I feel like I was basically "bait and switched". They were nice and apologized --- but the listing is still up days later. I lost a day of vacation for nothing, so beware!!!

Had an appointment for a test drive for a week. Salesman called me 30 minutes before the meeting and said the car "just sold". Very bait and switchy. I did not go to their dealership.

it was a trick. put a vehicle, with a higher book value, at a price below market. truck had sold over a week earlier and had not been removed. no other options given either, once revealed it was sold.

I have already let my friends know the experience we had and have one buddy looking at purchasing a NEW CANYON ( I'll expect some type of gift ) anyway ALL IN ALL we enjoyed dealing with Mike Brawner ( our Salesman and also the Lady who manages he dealership) We will return for service and maybe later for another vehicle!!!!
