Hard to explain. I was very interested. Their response to my questions was both odd and condescending. They kept calling after I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them.

What the dealer show me, was not what I wanted. But they have another one which was just
what I wanted. So I bought that one. 2022Colorado with 41000 miles. Cherry.

I contacted the dealer about a Chevy Duramax 3500 dually that
had been listed for 4 days. I gave them the EXACT VIN and stock
number. One of the 2 internet sales people responded that the
truck sold back in January, mind you weâÂÂre in September. I said
okay, but it shows that it was just recently listed. A day later
another internet sales guy says sorry for the confusion and gives
me an out the door price that exactly matched the internet price of
this vehicle. I responded by saying, I thought you sold this vehicle
in January. A day later, the other guy responded and said, yes it
did sell in January but I have this Chevy 2500HD single rear wheel
that I thought youâÂÂd be interesting in. Besides all the confusion
as
to whether or not they had the dually that I wanted, why would I be
interesting in a 3/4 ton pickup? IâÂÂm sorry be these people, at
least
the internet sales people, are total clowns! They say it sold in
January but as of today 9/8/2023, they still have it listed!

The truck sold b4 we were able to get in to see it, but they've kept in contact with me, keeping me posted on other trucks. Very helpful.

They were quick to text and send pictures to me when I asked. We couldn't agree on a sale price, but the
truck ended up selling the same day as I was trying to negotiate with them. So, obviously I wasn't offering
enough.
Initial contact was good. Truck was on the lot. I asked for more interior photos. However, then got passed to a second person for photos.. They never responded to me. Then got transferred to a third person. He reached out one time then no response. I reached back out to the dealership. By then the truck was sold.

Not only did they email me, but they called, texted & left me a message. When I called back & explained my schedule to them, they brought the vehicle TO ME to test drive!!!! That was awesome!!! I wish I had been ready to purchase, but because of my delay, I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle. Very grateful to Eddie & Jim Glover. I've been dragging my feet with other options so maybe Jim Glover will get more inventory in so I can buy from them.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. No negotiations whatsoever, vehicle was overpriced. Sales team did a poor job following up with me. I paid cash plus 850 to have the car transported & upon arrival the gas light was on, tank completely empty. I did not feel i was treated as a valued customer.

It was my first time dealing with Jim Glover Chevy. They contacted me the same morning by phone and email. I made an appointment to drive the car. I made a deal with the salesman, Ron Firestone. Tony Kinnett worked hard to get me the best financing. Bonus: the have a wheel you spin that gives you possible choices for $100, $200, free oil changes, free window tine, sales tax, sales tax & tags.... I landed on sales tax & tags. $3000k off from a spin of the wheel. Happy with the whole deal.

Honestly worst buying experience I have ever had. I contacted them about getting into a car on Monday and here I am Saturday with still nothing to show for it I called multiple times a day making sure they didn't need anything from me (which they didn't). Every time I called to ask how the process was going and if they could tell me what car I could get in they advised oh I'm sorry we have just been so busy I have your profile pulled up as we speak and we will call you in just a few minutes and let you know. This has went on the entire time. It is as if because I'm not there because I live 2 hours away they consider me expendable and that my business is nothing to them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If they treat people like this then honestly they deserve to go out of business. End of story...

They went the xtra mile to make the deal. They will work with you when other dealers won’t.
Buyers Beware! I went to look at a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV AWD listed at $17,692. Loved the vehicle! They slid a paper to me with the price of $20,100 on it. I said that is
not the price you have it listed for online. They said to get that price you have to finance with us or trade your car in. Why didn't the salesman tell me that ahead of time
before I headed that way and why doesn't it say that online? General Mgr Mark Henslick tried saying it states this on their website as a "disclaimer". I said it is not on
cargurus.com's site? He said "well I'm going to have to call them first thing Monday morning and get that straightened out". Then tried to say "well I'll tell you what - if you
finance with us for 3 months, then pay it off, I will let you have it for that price". At this point, they showed their true colors as to how they do business. Very unprofessional,
unethical way to do business. The price they have online is not what they are selling it for. Steer clear!

My experience with Dolan Ward, my salesman, and Jim Glover Chevrolet was wonderful. Dolan responded immediately and every time that I contacted him he responded in a very timely manner. I have never owned a new car in my life but I bought a brand new car from Jim Glover Chevrolet. They gave me an awesome deal and they treated me with the greatest respect. Dolan was patient, kind, informative and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dolan Ward and Jim Glover Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

Very responsive.
My credit is not the best, and I freely acknowledge this. However, I
submitted my information, and they responded with a ridiculously high
interest rate (even for my poor credit). After some discussion regarding
this, the salesman with whom I was talking asked if I would be willing to
pay him personally $1200 if he could guarantee me a 100 point increase in
my credit score over a year. At this point I lost my temper and told him to
never contact me again. Highly unethical for an employee to attempt to
solicit funds for personal gain while representing a business. Scam artist.

Ah, still waiting on that call.... Sent them an email that I want to buy a car. Was told the will work on it and get back to me. Just been getting ignored since. Guess they sell so many cars that they don't have time to sell one to me. Oh well. Found the deal I was looking for from another dealer that was able to call me

Asked them to reply by e-mail only. They only wanted my phone number to call me. Wouldn't reply to my offer via e-mail. After I gave in and gave it to them was called multiple times with counter offers witch I was trying to avoid in the first place. On last call was told how couldn't get a better deal than they were offering and then hung up on. Never heard back

Fast and simple! The deal was made over the phone a couple of days before we could go to the dealer. They gave me what they said on my trade and there truck was as described. The paper work was completed and off we went in our 2011 Dakota!

Quoted amount outside and went inside to apparently negotiate which didn't happen. Was offered a payment plan for 48 months which doubled price of truck. What they didn't know, I was already financed. Terrible negotiators. Terrible experience.

Only thing I have a complaint about is they never detail of the van and filled it for me when I bought it. I didn't realize it until I was halfway home and realized I would run out of gas if I would've stopped for gas

Bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Blue. They seemed fair to deal with and were not pushy. The only thing was they didn't get the car ready once I purchased it; i.e. removing window stickers, could only find one key and took time putting tag on.
