Finally decided to take the time and see the car, checked the website for hours the night before. I made it to the dealership an hour after they said they were open and was told there were no sales people in. They wanted me to wait. I declined and left without seeing or purchasing. If you have posted hours for sales from 730am then have someone in at 730am.
I spoke with an AI it seemed, at least 6 times asked to speak with someone;
never received a call back. I texted AI to let her know, she just kept promising
someone would call.

I made an appointment to see this car 24 hours in advance. When I got to my appointment the car was still in a parking deck that houses inventory and could not be removed from the deck. After waiting 30-40 minutes we left without seeing the vehicle.

We purchased the vehicle. There was an issue with their hors listed on a few sites. They did not force a bunch of extras on us. It was truly a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend and I would do business again

Very slow to respond and numbers kept changing on the deal, I ended up purchasing an Escalade from another dealership.

They were very responsive. The car did not have a couple of options I was seeking so I bought a car at another dealership. I would definitely call in them again in the future.
