Car listing stated options on the vehicle that weren't on the car as evidenced by the interior photos. Stated car had heated seats and steering wheel, but pictures showed NO such features. Dealer never addressed this concern! Won't buy there.

Worst snake ever! Found the car I wanted was working up the numbers then they increased the sticker price 1000 and said it changes daily. Ask about a 1298 warranty. they added it to my bill and when I said I didn’t want it refused to take it off and said the number is final. To top it off their own website charges for doc registration fees were roughly 800 which was understandable but the written proposal for the doc fees tag and registration was over 1600 dollars and the sales manager would not explain the differences between the numbers and became hostile. Beware of the worst sales manager and busy motto you’ll ever see!

I purchased a 2021 Lexus IS 350 F Sport from this dealership fully remote and online on August 14th, 2025. It arrived to me on August 28th 2025. The key that was provided to me was a cheap
aftermarket keyfob. The keyfob ended up not being able to lock, unlock, open the trunk, or alarm the car. It could only start the vehicle when brought next to the Push-To-Start button. I ended up
stranded when I found out that this key wasn't working. Just hours after receiving the car, I had to pay a locksmith $535 to unlock my car and diagnose the situation with the key I just received
from them. Turns out, the keyfob was not properly programmed and I had to go to a Lexus dealership to get the key programmed. I contacted a Lexus dealership and they said the keyfob was a
knockoff key, and Lexus vehicles do not support aftermarket keyfobs as they cannot be properly programmed to their cars. Jidd Motors, the manager, and CEO Adam Jidd has made no efforts in
helping me or reimbursing me for this.
The price was way off as advertised. A very okd school style of selling. Hidden fees and ends up a very high price.

Not good salesman was ok. Manager was a jerk. Car sounded like it was falling apart. Manager said we'll it is as is. Had a 3 month warranty which i am guessing they would not honor. Think twice before you buy.

I had an appointment to test drive 2018 Buick Encore. I drove over 3 1/2 hours. I arrived 15 minutes early but about 5 minutes before I got there, they let a man test drive it and he bought the car. Sales rep was very unprofessional, she told me the other buyer had awful credit and would not get approved. Another employee noticed that I was looking a sports car over and commented, to me, "I bet you would have enjoyed that car 30 years ago." I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don't waste your time going to this dealership. If you're looking for a dealership with dishonesty at the
top notch, fraud and scam, there is no better place to start. Jidd Motors is the right place to
experience all that. I went there to get a BMW X6 in Feb 2025, after driving it for 5 weeks with a little
over 1,000 miles, the car stopped working due to corrosion. The car was inspected by BMW
accredited dealer and they confirmed that the corrosion has in fact been laying in there for a long
period before they sold it to me. Every avenue to make these thieves take accountability has been
super difficult. These people just don't care about customers at all. Forget all those nice reception you
get before buying the car, once you pull out of their lot, its a wrap. If you must buy from them, at the
very least, please do your due diligence before going here. If you are not sure of what to do, after
buying the car take it to accredited dealership and do a full diagnostic the very next day

The team at this dealership was incredibly helpful and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt well-informed without being pushy. Unfortunately, due to an emergency on my end, I'm not ready to purchase a car just yet, but I will definitely consider them when the time comes. Highly recommend if you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring car dealership.
Numa helped me with my purchase, I had an amazing experience for the first time I can tell I was confident to buy since Numa was honest with me and help me to find the car I was looking for, he didn’t try to just sale a car, he wanted to find the car that will make me happy. I also spoke to the manager and he was super nice, I wish I remembered his name.. he worked it out with me and he helped me as much as he could. They were positive and I loved their attitude, I expended there the entire day but I left happy with my new car :)

I arrived to test drive vehicle and possibly purchase. It was not ready to be shown. Driver side window did not function properly, and there was no power to heating or cooling system. Also, no sound or dashboard lights for directionals, though these lights functioned on exterior.
Overall, a wasted 100 mile trip to visit a vehicle not ready to be sold. Pathetic.
Terrible dealership, Jesse the car salesman said the car was available today. I set up a time and went there. When I got there the car says sold right on the windshield. The manager Dionte very unprofessional rude and didn’t care about how I drove over a hour to get there to see the car. Bunch of time wasters, unorganized and unprofessional . This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to.

Well - I had planned to write an entirely different review for Jidd Motors, but unfortunately the entire deal went south. I reached out and
negotiated a deal for a 2023 Nissan Ariya, had them run my credit w/ a hard inquiry and got pre-approved w/ a $1000 down payment. They
only took the down-payment either by Wire, Zelle, or Check by Mail.
My credit union stops doing wires on Friday at 1PM and won't process any wires afterwards until the following Monday. That being said -
we opted to go the Zelle route. Unfortunately, every account I attempted to send the down-payment through would not process the Zelle
transaction. I kept the dealer updated and told them I'd do a wire-transfer on Monday.
On Sunday, they texted me and informed me that they sold the car right from underneath me. So now - I have a hard inquiry on my credit
and several days wasted attempting to work out a deal. Here's a thought - perhaps when somebody commits to purchasing a vehicle and
informs you that they'll wire

The salesman asked me to send a photo of my debit card so he could make a deposit. I made a deposit through car gurus and then decided against buying the car. The dealer said my refund was on way and never received. The sales guy wouldn’t stop harnessing me for days. Still no refund of deposit. COMPLETE SCAM.

I was never notified that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. The salesman was very aware that my commute to the dealership was a 2hr drive.
Some rep contacted me immediately
and said salesman/manager of the dealer
would reach out. A couple days later same
rep reached out again with no response
from sales/management. I called the dealer
after that and was not given price that I was
inquiring of to see what monthly payments
would be. Then I chose to pass after no
response from dealer again. Now they wonât
stop calling even after I told them Iâm
not interest in their vehicle anymore.

I placed an order and deposit for this 2021 BMW X3 and tried to complete the sale but Jidd Motors would not honor the transaction I arranged. Shipping from Des Plaines, IL to Bloomington, IN was included but they tried to get me to pay extra for it. I tried repeatedly to get them to honor their deal - I sent them their own text outline the inclusion of all costs but they refused so I cancelled the deal and they kept calling and haranguing me and my daughter (in college) and refused to return the $500 deposit.

We were very interested in a 2022 Land Rover Defender. The vehicle listed at Jidd Motors is rated $718 above market, while 2 similar
Trophy editions were listed as 2-4K lower. While trying to set up a facetime to look at the vehicle and get to an offer phase we were
subject to an array of different sales people calling but not providing any substantive answers. Finally I called the dealership and was
connected to their Director of Sales. Wow, what a rude human. I was unable to complete a sentence and was continually interrupted. He
did not budge on price which was fine, but would not hear our offer nor would I want to give my business to a company with this type of
culter.. the experience was part stalling, snark, bait and switch, con-man-esqu kind of communication. They really lack professionalism..
In the end, I am happy we were pushed to a more professional dealership and a better vehicle. If you love a car at this dealership, just be
prepared for a difficult experience.
The team was all over the place. One person told me my offer was declined, when another emailed asking if I received the paperwork.
The final Sales Representative was very nice and communicated with me about others options at the dealership. I appreciate their effort and willingness to assist.

I would never try to buy from these guys. I would give a 0 rating if I could. I saw a vehicle there on 5/10/23 and the sales manager called me
later that night saying that the car was mine, and that he would call me later that evening to discuss the details. He never called that evening.
Next morning, 5/11/23, I called them NUMEROUS times to finalize the deal, starting at 9 am, and they did not return my calls. I would have
wired them the money at 9:01 am on 5/11/23 if they got the paperwork done. The car would have been sold and mine. Instead, they told me
at 11:30 am that there was a person in store that superseded me. This was not a cheap car. $46,900. The managers are very rude. Very
inconsiderate. They don't care about you. They only care about themselves.

The most unprofessional dealer. They keep ignoring my offer and ask me to apply for finance first; after I repeat myself at least five times, they passive-aggressively reject it without giving me a
counteroffer. They must feel like they have something so special going on that I must purchase a car from them. Hell no, never.
I had put in an offer and negotiated the price of a vehicle over the phone. They told me to come in to finalize the offer when I got there. They tried to jack up the price by thousands. I drove 2 hours away from Indiana for nothing. And they have over 37 complaints from customers on the better business berue within the last 2 years.
This is dealer is big scammer, Not professional and they like to play like kids specially if you like the car.
After we make the deal, they cancelled it after they run my credit and asking for more money. They cancelled my deal 3times after we signed they paper to run my credit and accepted the offer.
This is dealer shouldn't be car's dealership ,they should open kids store
The salesman ,(Devante, ) that I dealt with was very professional, very nice guy, helpful, and cool, my daughter, also commented later, she really liked him, and we both felt bad, we couldn't come to makin a deal with him, but overall was a great experience, I would recommend , doin buisness with him/ them
Dealer experienced started with them advertising the top trim for a car that had a lower trim on it. After finding out the advertised car didn't didn't have the features I wanted, they tried to hard-sell the advertised car. After a hard 'no' from me, they called back 6 times with information about the same car. 3 of those 6 call-backs occurred after I informed them we found the car we wanted at another dealership. They didn't listen, 4 different salespeople contacted me and none of them had more information about the car on their lot then I had on it..... It was just a mess.....

Awful service and a terrible experience. Upon arrival at the dealership with my wife and small children, large group of employees standing just outside the front door smoking. Disgusting place to smoke. No one at reception desk for over 5 minutes, but smokers saw me waiting. First sales guy (Mark) said the car I had an appointment to see was never at this location, and that the car was at the other store - “two minutes away.” Drove there (10 minutes away) and 2nd sales guy (Jason) tried to show me another car. When I said “this is not the car I had an appointment to see”, he said, “that car is not available, it is in the shop because of an accident”. He then said rudely, “do you want my help or not?” I asked to speak to his manager and he said, “sorry, the car was back at the first dealership, and they never should have sent you here”. When I went back to the first store Mason then said the car was sold. Never in my life have I experienced more lies and deceptions.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi salesperson Patrick O'Day was very helpful and was the person that sold me the 2021 Ram. Everything went great except when I discovered a mistake on the final negotiated price a few days later. I contacted Mr O'Day about it and he never got back to me. That cost me over $2,500. SO BE CAREFUL!!!

It’s their business but not the business for me. They operate more like the Stock exchange. Did not know that before contacting them. Let them know I will look elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I went through a preapproval two days before coming into the lot. I had pre-approval letter and also knew exactly what I wanted. Due to COVID they are taking appointments only. I call morning of and email to make sure appointment was still valid. Car was still present. So I make my way to the dealership.
They never had the vehicle but tried to say they loan the vehicle out which is code for “we lied to get you in the door”. Trying to sell you something different. Upon entering I should have took notice to other consumers faces with look of disgust. Buy online, avoid dealerships. They are not honorable. This is why people have disdain for car salesman
My experience with Jidd could have gone better all I wanted was to get my vehicle
Apprised by them but , the sales guy wanted to make the sale , I didnât want my
Credit ran , they made two hard inquiries on it .. making my score go down
The vehicles wasnât ready for show and it needed service the brakes were bad
But they didnât buge on the price , and could give me a fixed number on my trade
in ,, I have a capital one pre approved and they wouldnât work with this
This was a lost day for me and my Cc score is down so , and all the sales personnel
Kept asking me for more cash down.... not a good experience.... I am pre
approved for 24k .
All l can say about Jidd Motors is that
they have "some" most dishonest people
working there .l called them 15 minutes
before arrival and asked them about
honda crosstour if it's still available ?
they told me yes it's.(actually l spoke
with VIP sales manager named Sari and
he instructed me upon arrival to ask for
him).When l got there they told me car
has been sold but they can help me find
something else.

The price on the vehicle was the price I wanted to pay but when I went to buy it they add about $4,000 to the price, I knew that taxes and title I had to pay but it didn't add up to $4,000. Here in Michigan the price is the price not all the other crap add on. I was very disappointed in them.

Made an appointment to see the vehicle, once I arrived they had me sit with salesperson. Before I had even seen the vehicle
they were asking about monthly payment, down payment, trade in. The vehicle was not ready or clean, it took over 30
minutes before I viewed or test drove the vehicle. The vehicle itself was decent but not clean! They look at my trade and I sat
for over another hour I am asked several more times about monthly payment, credit, down payment typical 4 square dealer
B.S, never tell them this info until you see the numbers on the vehicles. They finally came back and stated well we scanned
your vehicle and it is saying the transmission needs to be replaced. I am a mechanic and service the vehicle regularly so I
know this is not the case. There were no trouble codes or check engine lights. I rescanned the vehicle the next day and found
nothing wrong. So watch what this dealer is saying, do your research on your vehicle and the one your looking to purchase.

Was contacted by dealer and once application was complete, dealer said he’d call me back in 30 min with approval decision. Never received a call back and realized later that evening that I had been sent an approval email. That email advised I call the dealer to go over terms/conditions of the approval and that the approval was valid 30days before it expired. Called the dealership the next morning, gave my name and details for calling and was given the run around and kept on hold for 15 min. I was at work and work M-F 8-5 and live in another state so this process was going to be a bit tricky on my end. I never got a call back regarding the truck even after leaving a long email expressing my interest in the vehicle even after receiving poor customer service. I’m no longer interested and will not pursue this deal any further AND if I could rate negative stars on this review, I would. My hopes were up for nothing!

They pulled the bait and switch on me. I bought a vehicle for one price and was putting $9,000 down. Suddenly, the car salesman got up in the general manager came over and he told me that there was a mistake made and the car was already sold which was a lie because I laid around found the car to be back for sale at $12,000 more than what I had purchased it for. I am an attorney and I could take legal action if I wanted to but I’m not going to. Your company has a good reputation but you better watch Jidd motors. There are some slimy people running their place.

The whole purchasing experience was fantastic, all the staff members that I interacted with were extremely helpful and polite. Jidd Motors CRM system may not work well and the initial correspondence was bounced back showing the messages can not be delivered. Later I realize that those are
system generated template responses. Only after agents are assigned, you will be able to converse with them via emails. A little bit awkard. Once an agent is assigned, it
works better. The sharing of vehicle information is straightforward. They will send you to build sheets or window stickers to confirm the packages. The deal did not work for
me.

I had to call the dealership 5x before I got a call back. That took a week. I was "promised" someone would be calling immediately after I left the message. This includes email, chat, text, and physically calling. I began to think it was a scam. Don't believe the "GUARANTEED FINANCING" they advertise. Total BS. It's guaranteed IF you have bad credit and get someone else to you know to finance it for you! I wasted a week's time, and gave my credit information FOR NOTHING! Don't waste your time with JIDD. There are more reputable, honest dealers out there if you take the time to look!

BEWARE: Advertised price vs out-the-door price at this dealership is by far the worst I’ve seen. Jidd Motors has some seriously misleading fees that amount to at least a few thousand on top of the advertised price...and that doesn’t include the sales tax. Most other dealers I’ve talked to might add a few hundred. Examples include:
[ ] A $1300+ “government fee” which supposedly covers plates/title/etc (tax is separate) so “you don’t have to go to the DMV”. Turns out, $895 of that $1300 is an undisclosed and arbitrary dealer fee for “handling the paperwork.” (there’s already a separate $300 doc fee for that.) Not sure what the other $405 is for since most states charge less than $100 for title/license. This “government fee” is rolled into the taxable amount as well.
[ ] A non-optional $599 “VIN etching / gps” security bs. No chance this actually costs $600
[ ] The is all after the sales guy said he left off a different $999 dealer fee like he was doing me a favor. BEWARE

While the experience was average (w/ the usual salesman pressure you come to expect), I was troubled by the reaction I received when I noticed a warning light just when I drove off the lot. I immediately turned around and showed to the salesmen, who said it was late and he would recommend I take the car to a Jaguar dealership. Odd, but I did just that. That turned out to be a $5000 trip. Brakes were worn beyond safe, tires needed to be replaced, as was the case with most of the fluids needed to be filled or topped off and the warning light was a battery replacement. So much for a multipoint check list on all of their cars. So the great price turned out to be just that, to good to be true. Buyer beware!!!

I got a quick response. The vehicle was as expected but it was not ready
when I got there for a test drive. In fact it was on another lot. I had an
appointment and said I had a time constraint, so this was not a plus. When
given the cost, there were additional unexpected charges above tax, title
and document fees. I would not recommend it to friends who are looking
for a straightforward deal. Maybe someone who likes to negotiate a price
would fare better.

I reached out and was contacted right away. They were friendly and cordial, asked for pictures of my trade in, information, etc.. I was then handed over to the sales rep. He got some further information and advised he'd call me back in 20 minutes. Two hours passed and I hadn't heard anything. I emailed him and he advised he got tied up and would be back soon and just needed a few more minutes. I was waiting on the numbers from him for payments, etc. A couple more hours went by, and he said he emailed numbers, then when ?I said I never received them, he advised they weren't sent he was mistaken. He called me to go over the numbers and I said I wanted to see them in writing. He said absolutely he would send them over and never did. To this day I haven't seen them. It was never so hard to give someone money!

This dealer followed up three or four times with me.
Made the purchase yesterday day after driving 4 hours
to get there.....and over five hours to get home..two
wrecks on hwy 65.
The Range Rover was in great shape and drove great.
Speed of the transaction could have been a little fast
but over all I would recommend them.

I was told that they'd have their loan guy call me who offered me an interest rate of 87.5% over 4 years. That's right 87.5%; thus making a $12.6K car cost $24K over 4 years (48 monthly payments od $500/mo. on a $12.6K car)! What a joke!

We were looking at the Lexus 300 for our son. I was so disappointed with this experience. It was a classic bait and switch! One the salesman Abdullah who we spoke with, who actually got us to come out to the dealership txt me before we got there and asked me to ask for a salesman named Jimmy. Who actually wasn't a salesman, it's a name you give at the door so another salesman can work with you. Ok that's fine but when we told her the suv we came to see she stated yes I know that suv . It has a dent by the door, I said yes I saw that. She then says the frontend makes a noise when you drive. She says it's a "mechanics special" she then asked if we wanted to Finance another suv. I informed her we are paying cash and didn't want to Finance any vehicle. She says ok let me get my manager. He comes over tells us that this is a mechanics special ( not stated on the website but he says it is) I would not have driven to the other side of O'hare airport from Hydepark for that. Time waister

Emailed dealer to see if willing to entertain an offer. Drove 1 and half hours to see car. When car was pulled up sunroof cracked in a couple of places roof skin damaged in several places and A pillar also damaged. They offered to fix for free but told me they couldn't entertain offer as they are a no negotiation store. Told them now car was damaged in resale I would have to accept lower price... Moral of the story don't believe a car dealer. They told me no negotiation is on their website. But if you are using car guru why do you need to go to their website.

Process was pretty easy. Staff was courteous. They do have a process for out of state purchases which is nice. They got the job done but nothing was outstanding. I’d say the greatest short coming of the dealership was communication. But overall it was above average for an out of state purchase.

The worst dealership I have ever worked with as a
costumer. They don't respect their word. I had a deal
made with them regarding a vehicle and gave them my
card number so they can deduct a deposite to reserve
the vehicle and they even sent me the papers to sign as I
am out of state. Suddenly, I get a surprise notification
from an online website (they even didn't bother to contect
me)
that the vehicle was sold to someone else after they did a
hrad credit score check on me and my co-buyer and
made me lose two other vehicles I was negotiating about
with other dealerships.
I WILL NEVER HAVE BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP
EVEN IF THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE FOR FREE. And even
the manager I talked to was so disrespecting.
After I gave them all my information the salesmen never called me back . I had to call him several times five days before I reached him and said he would follow up on my car application and never did. I talk to the sales manager on the 5 day who showed no concern and brushed me off. 2 weeks now and I still don't know if I was approvedfor a car or not. Horrible customer servixe.

Jidd contacted me quickly. I was looking at trading a recently purchased
LWB auto for their regular auto. Both had 50+k miles. They wanted me to
come out for an inspection, which I was happy to do if I knew we were in
the same ball park on the trade. Even with a clean carafe and pictures,
they were unwilling to provide me with a ball park number and so they
ended the communication.

There was an inspection set up the next day. I was willing to pay for it for my peace of mind. Since I wanted to pay the service shop directly with my credit card, the deal was terminated. And the car was sold right underneath my feet. That was a huge let down. This is not a cheap car. It is a Lexus. Moreover, I am doing all this 2.5 hours away.

A representative and being approved as well as advising the car was set aside for me , We drove almost 4 hours to pick up the vehicle only to arrive at the dealership to be advised that the vehicle sold 15 minutes prior to me getting there.
REALLY!!!! So the car was set aside for me and someone else I guess. Unfortunately had the dealership been honest I would not have waisted my time . To bad I had to even leave one star but I couldn’t leave it blank .

Moe (the sales guy) was awesome! The car wasn’t a good fit for what I was looking for due to an accident but Mow went above and beyond in trying to answer questions and see if there was another vehicle would work. I purchased this vehicle from Jidd Motors and received in on 11/6/19. The entire purchase process did not go as hoped but after my request for intervention by the owner Adam Jidd, the deal was completed. The vehicle does have a few blemishes that were not disclosed to me nor shown or advertising photos. I asked if they would address the blemishes and was informed that if I was not happy I could return the vehicle for refund. I don't plan to return the vehicle and will have these blemishes taken care of. Overall my experience with Jidd Motors has been less than what I had hoped for. I will probably never again will purchase a vehicle online and out-of-state.

I bought a used BMW Z4 from Jeff Guido, a representative of Jidd Motors in Des Plaines, IL. Jeff inspected the car and said by phone that it was in pristine
condition. Living hours away from Jidd Motors, I chose to buy the car sight unseen and to have it shipped to me. At age 76, I should
understand 'Buyer Beware'. The vehicle arrived not as advertised, and not as represented by Jeff. It arrived with trash inside, the
bumper dinged up, the wheels with curb rash, the top inoperable, the navigation and phone sync systems not working, the steering
wheel broken, the driver's seat worn and frayed --- I could continue with a long list. Jeff said there was a nearly $1,000 restocking
fee if I returned the vehicle, so I will keep it, but I will have spent more in time and effort than I reasonably should on fixing all its
problems. I could go on, but I am out of allotted space.

I wish I can give less than one star if I had option. I visited on 10/29/2019. Horrible experience. They just hired few girls name Sabrina,
Talia(act as manager) just to bring custome to their dealership and only few sales manager works there. When you go there, they don' know
anything about you and you have to start again. Sales manage Jimmy is completely Liar. Not trustworthy. He can any extent to prove you
wrong and just wasting your time. He even does not respect his own employees and yelling at her in front of customers. I felt so bad for that
newly hired salesperson named Mary.
I specifically asked for two-car stock numbers and said if it' ready. They said it' ready. I wanted to make sure everything is ready as
supposed to be as I was 1 hr far from there. They did not have anything ready. The f car they showed to me was completely different than I
requested. This car did not even start and showed the battery is dead. And worst thing is carfax report shows Battery just replaced

to the damage it had per its carfax report they decided to not
sale that car and sold me an 2015 sonata with less miles and its
a good replacement despite being an year older yes marlena and

done that were originally agreed for. Be prepare to pay for a second key and wait weeks to get it, then, to take it to an authorize dealer to

We had a terrible experience with this dealership. We were assured that the vehicle was in excellent shape
prior to our 2.5 hour drive. Upon our arrival, the manager also greeted us near the reception desk and said
she had driven the vehicle the day before and we would love the car. Simply put, the car was a mess. It was
nothing like the description. It had been wrecked and pieced back together by someone that obviously had no
experience. We were aware of the accident from the Car Fax Report, but were assured it was in great shape.
I asked about door dings, etc and was again assured there were none. My wife and I counted a minimum of 9
sizable door dings along with the horrific repair job from the accident. The paint was a mess where the repairs
had been made and looked as if it wad spray painted in someone's backyard. The console in the car was not
even bolted down (I could pick it up). This was a complete waste of a day.

Upon arriving at Jidd motors on a Saturday morning the car was wet(not wiped down)and there was a ginormous scratch on the passenger door that luckily my wife pointed
out. I think that is why they did not dry the car in efforts for us not to see this scratch. The tires were bald and they tried to sell me a maintenance package that the first two
told us could not be removed. After we started to walk out of the dealership the third guy told us it would be no problem removing the $1,000.00 ding, rim and seat repair
package. High pressure sales people and not user friendly. Bought a beautiful 75th anniversary Laredo in Kenosha and was a complete opposite
experience. I think because Jidd motors is a huge wholesale outfit selling cars to other dealers they have forgotten how to interact with the individual private party buyer
especially when we drive for an hour just to show up at their dealership. That is a shame but I wish them well.

Process was very difficult at this dealer. They haggled & made the process miserable! They did price match,

Adam was really nice and I was ready to make a the purchase all I asked was for a FaceTime video as I was out of state and wanted to make sure the vehicle were just as the pictures showed. Adam agreed... the next day I texted him he was out and said Mike would take care of me. I contacted Mike we went over the numbers I then asked about a FaceTime video... he said they didn’t offer that “service” I explained that Adam was going to... his answer to me was he doesn’t use his personal cell phone for work and didn’t think it was necessary since they had 30 pictures on the internet. I then asked him was forfeiting an 18k deal worth not using his cell phone and basically he said yes. I thanked him for his lack of customer service and purchased my BMW X6 from another dealership willing to accommodate me... DO NOT DEAL WITH MIKE... he has no customer service skills or etiquette!! Adam might have got the deal done...

Terrible they lied to me wasted my time had me drive 50 minutes then lied to my face telling me the car that I called them about before was sold when I got there then tried to sell me another vehicle that had 80 thousand more miles then the one I wanted and the wanted to sell it to me for almost 3 thousand more than what I told them I wanted to spend .

The experience was horrible. Purchased a car but ended up spending over $2000 in repairs before I was able to even drive it. I believe they knew about the car issues but hid that info from me. The car needed a water pump, thermostate, sensor, 4 new tires because all were different models and one was even a different size. Needed a new rim as a giant weld spot was found when purchasing new tires. Tried notifying the dealership of these issues and no reponse back. Feel they try to just sell cars and dont care about service and fairness. Would not recommend Jidds to anyone.

TWO weeks dealing with this dealership to buy an X5 BMW, a vehicle I had my heart set on. $5,000 down payment PAID, financing paperwork COMPLETE.
LIES LIES & MORE LIES ON STATUS OF THE VEHICLE SHIPPING TO ME. I was told to LIE to their bank that I was in possession of the vehicle in order for the vehicle to be funded. Wait, I was already told it was funded! FINALLY I was told the vehicle was in fact shipping and was being loaded to ship TODAY. Wait. NOPE. After sharing I’d like to just pay cash & avoid their financing, while literally sitting in the bank to wire funds, ANOTHER call. The OWNER himself says he will not ship the vehicle, I am a problem & he refuses to ship the vehicle to me. A case of them not wanting to pay for shipping when they ADVERTISED FREE SHIPPING?!?! Haven’t received my refund either! UNETHICAL!!!!

BEWARE! $2,000 is the amount of fees these guys tack onto a car sales contract. I questioned this on the contract I was working on with my sales person, Frank. He said he would check with his manager. I stopped hearing from him and he didn't return messages. I was finally told he sold the car to someone else who "didn't nitpick over the fees". It appears the fees are where these SAD bottom feeder sales people get their commission. Just know the car will be $2000 more than the agreed on price.

Test drove this car and it ran good but when i checked under the hood the motor was shaking and the sales man told me its because the engine had the turbo on it. So if you dont know anything about cars do not go here. There were many other signs of a shady dealer that i didnt like. Remember your money your the customer and it always should go how you want it to. keep that in mind if you go there.

Totally incompetent! I drove 500 mile roundtrip and they presented the wrong car. The car I was interested in wasn't prepped. Fiasco. Then they jerked me around.

The personnel was very responsive to questions and explained the whole process thoroughly. They answered pointed questions about the vehicle well and were very knowledgeable. They gave me their email and cell numbers and were very accessible and responsive. Frank "the tank" was awesome to speak to very very knowledgeable and helpful.

Put down a $500 deposit on a vehicle. Talked to several different reps about driving 200 miles to come purchase and pick up the car on the weekend. I don't buy vehicles I haven't seen in person. Apparently the deposit didn't mean anything as one of their associates sent me a text to let me know they already sold the car. When I asked that the manager at least have the courtesy to call me, she eventually did and said they made a "business decision." Still have yet to get my deposit back. No thanks.

Great experience, I was a cash buyer from out of state-their internet team had everything detailed, cleaned and outlined before I arrived. Even had additional contact via text with more photos and vehicle descriptions. Truly in and out in only two hours! Exactly what I had in mind.
Judging by the higher end cars on the lot, they even made my small purchase seem important to the dealership. Vehicle was used, had some visible and hidden issues, still very pleased with the price and the internet sales team. Thank you.

My experience with Peggy was great (The salesman)
However the atmosphere that was created when I had to
talk numbers was by far the worst I've experienced.. The
General Manager had TERRIBLE customer skills. Very
short and to the point which is great but only seemed to
care about $ not the customer. He lied to me twice and
lied to my lender in order to see how much I was
approved for (I already inquired about how much the
purchase agreement would be for but he danced around
it and didn't tell me) He wanted to know how much I was
prepared to spend so that he could adjust how much he
wanted to charge for the car. Manipulative classic
dealership. I was even okay with the 175$ documentary
fee but over 1000$ for a title and "other fees" that's not
reasonable. I took my business elsewhere and as I was
driving back 5 hours to go home my bank called and
confirmed that the 1000$+ fee they wanted to charge had
no basis and that the titling would have been handled on
their end.

Terrible. I waited Hours for them to fix all the problems with the car that I found when I came and saw the car. I wanted an inspection done as well and to see the results. They didn't do one. I asked if the tires were good and they said yes. And they told me they were gonna clean it and rotate and balance the tires. They didn't clean it. And as I'm leaving I see the tail lights out. I take it to a maserati dealership near my home to get the light fixed and they did an inspection. They said the breaks and tires were terrible and needed to be replaced instantly which total to 5k. Also they told me they are stagger and can't be rotated. So I was lied to about that as well. Terrible experience.

They couldn’t find the keys to any of the cars, for a 32k car I was
looking at I would have ended up spending 42k and that’s including my
7k trade in and 5k cash! Rip off dealership!

I was there for an hour before I could test drive the car,they couldn't find the keys, had to move 2 other cars, couldn't find the keys for them either, etc. After my trade in of 7k and 5k down this car would have cost me 42K. I have excellent credit. I don't know about this place. I'll never waste my time on this dealership again.

I will start by saying the car in the pictures did show up at my house. After the experience I had I was sure it was a scam. DONT BUY FROM THE DEALER!!! There are a lot of great deals out there stay away. Once they received my money nobody would call or text me back. It took almost 2 weeks to ship a car 1,000 Miles. Car was dropped off at 11:30 pm. There were multiples scratches in the leather seats that were painted over. TERRIBLE BUSINESS .

Liked the car, and the deal they offered me in the end
was pretty good., but they were so dishonest, and
misleading about the fees they pad the contract with, I I
I was afraid to buy the car. Disrespectful when politely
pressed for details. “Stop it. You’re arguing over $20”.
Received an email after I walked out that I should
contact them because they had “great news”. I called
thinking maybe they’d give me a little more on my trade
in. They had nothing additional to offer! It was a
disingenuous trick to get me to return their call.

Stated car is in pristine conditions but would not repair items
discovered at inspection by Lexus Services Department. Both rear
wheel tires are bald and below legal limit, one front wheel is 1/32” from
replacement, rear wheels need alignment, missing 4 lug nuts & key set,
and need new battery. Dealer estimated $1500 repair. Jidd offered
$1000 worth of repair and I pay for difference. I asked for $1000 credit
instead and was told by Jitt that repair only cost them $500 and would
only provide $500 credit.

Shady business practice... "Tread Lightly"
I arrived at the scheduled time of 11:00 am to test drive a Lexus GS 350
posted on their website. When I arrived, I was told that the car was not
available because it was in the shop to have a recall on a sensor fixed. I
even confirmed with them an hour before the appointment that I was
coming in, yet they still failed to inform me the car was unavailable! What a
complete waste of time!
A sales manager apologized for the inconvenience, and explained that the
customer representative I spoke with had no way of knowing the car was
not available to test drive. REALLY? DO THEY EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE
THAT A CAR DEALERSHIP HAS NO WAY OF KNOWING THAT A CAR IS
AVAILABLE TO TEST DRIVE!!!???
The sales manager even asked me if I wanted to put down a non-
refundable deposit on the car. Obviously I refused.
A reasonable car dealership would be honest to their customer if a car is
unavailable instead of having them come in anyways to try and sell a
different car than what you came in for in the first place. This is a shady
business practice if you ask me.
I don't trust Jidd Motors, and if you decide to do business with them, I
suggest you "Tready Lightly"..

Well it was gone an hour&1/2 after final papers where signed. BC i figired they where fixing it!!! I drove away bc I had to get my son from after school.Wish i could of turned around! I called the next day AM and now almost a week later Im nervous to drive my son long distants.
Nope nope nope now no ones calling back.
I will say i dont have the best credit and they got me a very expensive loan which i was nervous about getting anything...
So I probably as of now would never ever go there again. UNLESS the guys make the mutha not shake like it does.

Haven't completed my experience with Jidd Motors yet, but thus far I have not been impressed. Their estimate of my trade-in value was very low and they could not justify how they arrived at the number. I am not sure I will do business with them.

Salesman told me on video there were two keys and nothing wrong. I got one key and several issues. Battery died within 30 minutes of receiving it and had rust stains on

These guys are something else. They act like there's 8k difference between
my trade and the vehicle I want, but when they write it up all the sudden it's a
12k difference! You gotta be kidding me. No point in talking after tactics like
that. Pretty sure it doesn't cost 4k to title, plate, and tax a vehicle. Unless
you're here of course.

I was very happy with the entire service that I received. From the sales
person, and the other guys that talk to me. after the sale was finalized,
three days later I received a text from the sales person, asking me to stop
by, because my monthly payment was low than what I signed. They could
easily leave as it was, again, I was very surprise that they ask me to get
back, because my payment is less that what we agreed.
Great guys, no pressure from the sales person. As everyone have a bad
impression of car salespeople. It was not my case. Thank you.

Long story short, I drive an hour to look at a 2013 Chrysler 300 srt8, I did have an appointment for this. When i show up they tell me it's been in service all day and should be ready in about a week. I never got a call back

Wost expierence ever. Soci had an appointment about a car and once I get there they have ot sold already and that was with in 3 hours time. They comtinue to try to make me purchas a car that I dont have any intrest in and 2x the amount that I wanted to spend for the car that I wanted. So I look at this car and ibcouldnt even get in the driver side door it had no handle. The check engine light was on glove box fell on the floor. And countless other problems with the car. I recommend going some where else for a car. Look at all the other reviews its yhe same rhing over and over.

Negotiations tactics was unprofessional:
1-Sales agent waited on till I was out of the door, driving out of the parking lot to conclude on my asking price.
2- Sales Agent changed the goal post as to what was agreed upon the night before to include a heated seat in the deal he gave .

Sam and Frank and Adam were the best, loved it!!
I walked in, they treat me ok.
But they try to convince me to finance part of it so that they can add bumper to bumper and other coverage to protect the inside of the car they said, a total of $4,800.
I went back to pay off 2 days later with cash in hand but they refuse to take out one of coverage of $2,300 because they said at first it's a dealer's fee,then we started arguing and then they said it's a fee of a layer of spray protection that they apply to the car.
So I ended paying $2,300 on top of the car price.

This car was listed one day before my schedule appointment. I confirmed n reconfirmed the appointment time the day before and in the morning of the appointed date. The dealer confirmed the time and we were good to come and test drive 2 hours before the appointed time.
When I arrived the half hour before the appointed time, two different sales told me twice it was sold and it was being picked up this morning.
I waited until the appointed time. I could not meet the sales person that I was supposed to see. So I left from the dealership. He called me about 2 hours later saying he was still waiting for me. Either he did not know what had gone on or the car was pulled off from the market.
Unfortunately, I made the 7 hr road trip (both ways) for nothing.

Sales guys were pretty good in showing the cars, explaining the features etc.
Apart from that the advertised price is not the actual price that you will pay (which does not include documentation, title, taxes which are known to the buyer), dealership adds an additional $1495 as VIP Package which is absurd after you are ready to finalize the car. Unfortunately, I did shell out that additional amount just so my spouse can be happy. I have never come across such type of gullible transaction where they advertise below market value and add an additional $1500 saying it’s VIP package.
On the other note the 30-day money back Guarantee is a SHAM because the title that is issued when you purchase the car will take 30 days for your financial institution to receive and without that they cannot exchange. By then your 30-day exchange time has passed and the mileage will increase by 1000 miles if you drive, which both are the conditions for exchange.
Overall the dealership sales man was quite friendly but taking customers for a ride by adding the additional amount (VIP Package $1500, which I do not need) is unacceptable.
As for the standard accessories that come with a used car, they do not have a clue (They gave me just one key for a Mercedes). They do not use or know of Garage door opener, home link on a Mercedes model, which is a shame.
Solution, if you still want to buy a car from this dealership:
Remember to ask for a minimum of Two Keys plus any additional accessories that they advertised including but not limited to mats, keys, home link, warranty, car fax etc. Ensure you check the list before even considering to buy the vehicle from this dealership.
Don’t expect to exchange or return the vehicle, it’s not possible, ensure you like and want to keep the car 100%.

Horrible!!! I only left one star because it wouldn’t let me leave none! I was put through a horse and pony show for almost 14 Days by salesman Jeff & I was told that I was approved when I wasn’t. I was the one following up. They kept raising the down payment I needed when I agreed to the 22k and said send me the terms let’s do it. I’m told I’m not approved and if I could put down 30k (more than half the cost of the car) AND on DIFFERENT car NOT the one I’d been working to get for two weeks they’d be able to help me! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I make a healthy six figures and I was upfront about my credit concerns due to a divorce I’m going through. I was assured by Luca sales manager “they could read between the lines and not to worry”! They exihibited the true used car salesman tactic. Slimmy!!! They’re liars, the good credit bad credit slogan it’s nothing more than a gimmick, there’s a lack of integrity and I would never do business “Jip” Jidd Motors!

Made an appointment. Drove 45 minutes. Found out after waiting for 20 minutes, with no staff contact, that the vehicle wasn't even on the property. After 10 more minutes of waiting, i finally left. Was contacted by the staff after leaving, with empty promises, and being asked to come back after i was already 25 minutes away. Terrible experience, poor customer service, lack of integrity in communication. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone with a sense of expectation.

Stellar customer service! Their used cars are in pristine condition. They don't but just anything; they buy only the best, cleanest cars. I looked at a BMW on their European import side; unfortunately, they just didn't have what I was looking for. But they are trying to locate one for me. These cars will leave you scraping your chin off the ground. Strongly recommend purchasing from here.

Vehicle history shows that the vehicle I was interested in had
previously been junked so I made an offer based on estimated
value. The salesman that contacted me was pushy and rude. I
gave him my final cash offer and he said "well, couldn't you finance
the remainder? Or do you have a friend you could borrow it from?"
I was like "I have enough in my bank account to buy a brand new
Porsche if I wanted to but that's beside the point: this car is not
worth what it's listed for"

Each time was told, a Sales rep will contact me.
"NO REPLY OR CALL BACK!" Dealership is 45 min drive with a car and I don't have a car, so pictures are essential before I RENT a car to take a test drive! Not good business, will take my money elsewhere.

there was no room for negotiation even thought we had no trade in and
we were paying cash, therefore it was an easy straight forward sale for
Jidd Motors. and a quick purchase for us. Not sure how it would have
gone if we would have had a trade in, we would have had to apply for
financing and we would have been trying to negotiate the price more
than we did. The sales person was very easy to work with, but once
again, it was an easy transaction.

They we helpful and quick to return my call. The only issue was about the
suv I was interested in buying. From their pictures, it looked very well
maintained. But when I asked more pictures, they sent me a picture of a
some damage on the wheel well. This picture should have been on the
website pictures because I would not have called them if I had seen it.
I went there the experience while there was good, I don't think they understand that people shop and they are the type that if you don't buy right then and there they will promise to call find you what you want, clean a cars interior that was bad and then they won't call until you say something to someone else about your experience. I had high hopes after leaving dealership but was totally let down. I do not reccomend going here at all.

1. Made visit to investigate 2014 ES 350. They would not
negotiate on price, which was more than I would spend
2. I received an email inviting me back. I explained that if they
would consider their listing price "out the door" and could
beat the APR I received from an online bank, I would be
interested.
3. Igor responded "come in and we'll check your credit"
4. My credit rating is very high (728) and I came to the
dealership
5. NO negotiation whatsoever. Igor wasn't on the premises. I
spoke with another sales person and a manager. They
attempted to sell me on another model.
6. Waste of two hours
7. They called me back the next day to "negotiate". Why
didn't they negotiate when I was on the premises???
8. I've read that this is a glorified used car sales lot on
CarGurus - should have paid attention to those reviews. Don't
make the same mistake that I did!!!!

It was great experience. The problem I had was I went
for the ACURA MDX... they told me on the phone 30
mins before I arrived that the ACURA that I was looking
for was ready for a test drive. I get there to only find out
that the Acura that I specifically told them I was looking
at was "gone" It wasn't there any longer.... "sold". So
then it went from me about to leave to them trying to
sell Me the the Acura 2009 for $15,000. Now that's a
big difference in amounts that I was looking for. But the
guy was nice and told me he would work with me. Long
strong short. I was there for 3 hrs. Thinking I could
possible get the Acura MDX. To only find out they want
a to sell me a Hyundai!!!! And for a bigger amount a
month then what I told them... very nice people, but I
wasn't satisfied with the Acura that I wanted wasn't
here any longer. And what's funny is the Acura that I
was looking for is still on the list of sells!!!!!!! Smh!

JIDD Motors is strictly a used car dealership with many auction block
vehicles of better than average condition. They claim to be a "no
haggle" dealership, but in actuality will bargain to get their desired price.
Quite high pressure in some aspects [do not let them get the keys for
your trade-in]. Buyers should be aware that JIDD will haggle, and not to
let the initial price be the final price. As a used car dealer, JIDD does
not always have access to the very pricey second vehicle key/fob, and
that in some cases there is no paperwork nor owner's manual, that also
will be necessary later. I was treated fairly and with decent respect, but
potential buyers should be aware that the dealership has extra - add-on
costs [$800 plus] which will increase the delivered price. Definitely not
the place for the amateur car shopper. Be aware that you are dealing
with experienced and aggressive managers that will attempt to do some
arm twisting. Overall acceptable, only if one has had experience with
this type of management.

Make sure you check the CarFax. They tried to play it off as a perfect CarFax but I requested to see it and it turned out it had a critical error. I ended up getting a factory warranty out of the deal though and love the car, but just make sure you carefully read all of the paperwork.

What a typical "used car salesman" place this is. Don't bother with them. I
was interested in a car. They sent me the CarFax. It was flagged as a
Manufacturer buyback / lemon. I asked them what specifically was the
issue with the car so I would know what I would be facing. From that point
forward, they tried to sidestep answering my question and just tried to
convince me a lemon is a great car to buy. I told them never mind and
never to bother me again. Since then, I've received 2 "form letter" type
emails trying to get me to buy the car.

Dealer uses double standards...has used car salesmen
playing good cop and managers playing bad cop or vice
versa. Also dealership doesn't have a single person to deal
with...there were at least 5-6 employees who were following
up with me and weren't on top of my needs or answering
questions. None of them provided information especially
regarding extended warranties or pricing, incentives etc. and
sold the car in the meantime to another customer. They
were looking to make more than 10 grand from me on the
transaction (trade-in and price of car they were selling).
Looking to make 5-6 grand on a trade in where customer
gets only a tax credit of 1-2K is an absurd model. But this is
more a problem with most dealerships than just this one.
However, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to other
customers just because some of the cars were not in a
condition to be sold and they don't have a single point of
contact to follow up and close the deal. Also expecting
customer to jump through hoops and be physically present
at dealership instead of sending information via email is a
problem they need to address.

I requested more information to and online ad for an Acura MDX 2001.
The salesman called me asked when did I want to take a look at it. I
asked if I could come that evening and could be there in 20 minutes. The
salesman said sure come on in. I'll be here to show you the vehicle. I
arrived at the dealership in 15 minutes, no one was there. I called the
number the salesman called from, no answer. I called the general
number listed on line and got a voice mail stated the dealership was
closed. I left a message. I got an email the next day thanking me for my
appointment. When I did get a call later the next afternoon, I told the
salesman how rude and unprofessional he was to have me come out to
Des Plaines only to be disappointed in a test rive that I looked forward to
on the way. I asked that he not call or ever email me again for business
with Jidd Motors.

I called twice to confirm my appoint the day i came to their showroom:
Once in the morning and once again about 30 minutes before arriving,
while i was at the bank withdrawing cash for my down payment. I got to the
showroom and asked to see the person they referred me to over the
phone. Instead I was directed to another salesman who said he'd "get
them" for me. Instead, I had to start from scratch explaining which car I
was there to see. Then, while the salesman tried to track down the car,
some woman that was barely introduced sat at the desk just staring at us
while we waited. It was super awkward, and I feel like they left her there to
keep an eye on us or something. Anyway, after waiting for half an hour,
they tell me the car I was there to see had been given to someone
overnight for an extended test drive. I didn't even get to see it! They
immediately tried to talk me into getting another, more expensive car and
even tried to make me put down a deposit to get them to bring a car into
stock! The salesman told me at least 5 times that he would call me the
next day "no matter what" to tell me what happened to the original car I
came to see. I never got that call, but instead received a call from the
person that screwed up my appointment in the first place asking me if I'd
come in again... Not after that experience! I would stay away from this
place at all costs.

Service calls are great, they want your bussness therefore they call
you fast. My biggest complaint is with the service provided to their
vehicles, we got a car from them but car was never put for serive, oil
change was never done and the engine had missing caps. I had
never purchased a vehicle from a certified dealer who do not service
their vehicles prior to purchased.

always driven a Mercedes AMG cars. As I came to the dealership
Reggie was my sales associate,he was very nice greeted me
professionally.I drove the C 63 2012 Mercedes AMG and liked how
it drove, the car was taken good care of and the only one on the
state with color compo black and red and red rims I decided to
purchase the vehicle Tom the finance manager got me financed for
1.9% and Loeber offered me 3.9%.Jidd Motors was definitely a
better choice.While I waited in the lounge area to be called into
Finance I was offered a hot and cold beverage ,which is very nice.I
am happy for my purchase but, one thing that I am not happy about
is the car wash,the vehicle is $60,000 and the least they could have
done was clean the interior ,and exterior better would of give them 5
stars On a bright note everything else turned out great !Thank you

get past that it's bad. The salesman was nice enough, but would not

that age and in nice condition, but this car was not. Several, several
cosmetic damages. Then they played the "good cop bad cop" game
with me when I tried trading in my current car. The mechanic that
came in was trying to play me left and right. I got out of there quickly

I went in having made an offer on a Sienna. The Sales Manager
wanted me to buy an Odyssey that wasn't even on the lot. When
decided to end our discussion he told me to leave and never come
back. So I won't be returning, nor will I recommend anyone to go
there.

I bought my car from these guys. Honestly, I think I got a really fair
deal. THey are typical gross used car salesman and I ended up
getting nearly double for my trade than they originally offered, but
hey, it's a negotiation. I went in without expecting them to be nice, I
just wanted a specific car and a specific deal and I asked for it and
eventually got it. So my advice, know what you want and what you
intend to pay and just demand it or leave :).

We sat around a long time waiting on paperwork, and then when
they were ready for us, we were rushed through and not given the
opportunity to really check look at it. Our fault for allowing it, but
their fault for doing it.
