Horrible! Everything seemed good until they needed to do some actual work. Dealership never had a lien release on auto they were trying to sell us. Jerked around with excuses for a week, basically ignoring our messages to update us. Finally just told them to refund our down payment and we were done. Maybe get a lien release “before” you try selling a car you “technically “ do not own.

I've never been in a no pressure sale before. My experience from beginning to end was very good. John Staufer was an excellent salesman and did everything he could for me. Garth the finance guy did everything to get my payment as low as he could. The sales manager was also very helpful in assisting John. Highly recommend this dealership! They work really well as a team! I am very satisfied!

This truck is a ploy to get customers to their dealership, after working with a salesman for a day and a half they told me the truck was no longer available. They then posted the truck on more sites for sale and haven't taken it down. A poor business model to say the least

Great truck, and I bought it! They worked with me and fixed any issues with it. I didn’t like the tires that came with it…. So I bought new ones and they put them on for me before I took possession.
We bought the car. We paid cash and we were disappointed not to receive any price wriodown at all as free financing was offered.
The dealer was communicative. The listing was accurate. The on site experience was friendly. Our overall experience was good but we really wanted price write down consideration.

A great car
Purposely led us along the sales process, taking my wife for a 45 minute 'test drive' even though they knew before leaving their offer for our
trade-in was far below our minimum (below low end KBB & $2,500 below what another dealership has since given us). To further aggravate
things, during their test drive of our vehicle, a stone hit & cracked the windshield. Their response was "That's what your insurance is for"
with no apology. Only after we protested did we get a 'text' saying they were sorry. Although they finally agreed to pay for replacement, their
sales manager outright lied saying twice that he already contacted the windshield company. Almost a week later (after contacting the
dealership several times), the dealership's service manager called (he was great), saying the sales manager just 'dumped this on his lap
with no details 5 minutes ago'. The service manager had things in the works within an hour. Liked service manager, but they have a very
dishonest sales team!

Very disappointed in the way I was treated not by the sales person because he was great but by the manager. Went to the dealer THREE times for this car with intent to buy even with it being 45 mins away from me and on the day I was supposed to take the car home mind you the plates were on the car the manager who couldn’t even remember or pronounce my name correctly told me I couldn’t take home the car because I had not been at my job for 3 months yet mind you they HAD THIS INFO from my first visit there so my frustration is how do you not realize that until I’m about to take the car home? Shouldn’t I have been approved already? It’s sickening and the manager didn’t even care. I’ve never been so embarrassed or treated so awful. Never again . I loved that car and I still want it but I don’t want to give my business to a dealership who does not have my best interest in mind nor who doesn’t go over the paperwork AHEAD of time.

I had a preapproval from my credit union and was going to be driving 1 1/2 hours to their dealership to look at 2 Vans. They offered me a very low trade in value for my current van and the dealer was extremely pushy about trying me to get my loan through their dealership. Despite me telling him several times about budget and my preference for my credit union he continued to push his lenders. So I chose not to make the drive out to their dealership

To others looking for a used car on the internet...this dealership and it's
salesman DJ Wilson were outstanding! DJ went over and beyond
trying to assist us in this purchase...even taking extra pictures of the
car for us because we couldn't get to the dealership ... we purchased
the car without seeing or driving it! DJ did all the paperwork,
registration requirements and plates and then his boss had the car
shipped to us and we're thrilled. We couldn't find this model in this
color with low miles and in good condition locally there just wasn't any
inventory here so Cargurus found it for us and connected us with a
