Eddie and Peter were both accomodating. The vehicle was as advertised however it was missing
important components that should be supplied with the vehicle, had only one non-remote key and three
different tire brands, (one of which was a different size). The jack and lug wrench were missing, Peter
told me they could be purchased on line and did not offer to supply them. There was only one key, (non
programming) they offered another non-cut key and advised it could be programed by a Honda dealer.
These issues should have been addressed by the dealer and not passed onto the customer. When
informed about the tires, the dealer seemed satisfied enough when he learned the front tires were both
of the same brand and size. He stated, "The car is front wheel drive and its only important the front two
tires are the same"

So I emailed the dealer twice with in a two week period and he never got back to me. I decided to call him and asked if he was negotiable on the price and he said "no I'm firm on the price" and that was it (which explains why the vehicle has been sitting on his lot for a while). I didn't bother to ask why he never contacted me after my initial email where I left my number. Well I guess its his right not to be negotiable (after purchasing vehicles for over 35 years he's the only dealer that wasn't willing to negotiate)he's not the only game in town and there are plenty other dealers that are willing to negotiate. NEVER NEVER pay sticker price cash is king your in the drivers seat!!!

Purchased a 10-year old Prius from Jerusalem back in July. Great car, fair
price, and the dealer was straight forward, honest and always responded
quickly. Also very low pressure, which I appreciated. Small inventory but I
think that's because they're very selective about what they offer. Highly
recommended.

following business day. ill likely goto to this dealer as a result.
The gentleman i spoke with professional, polite, and to the
point, just how I prefer and had the sense to call my after

Worst dealship Ive ever visited.
They told me that the car I came
to look at was perfectly fine and
had never been in an accident
and was in perfect condition. I
ended up running a vin on the car
and the car had been in 2
accidents. I printed out the carfax
and took it with me . I looked
under the hood of the car and
seen the motor had been
swapped with a different motor .
The AC and fog lights didnt work
. After I pointed everything out to
the manager he wanted me to
leave . I asked for a test drive and
he completly denied it . He
actually called other people to
buy the car as I was sitting there.
DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE
!
