Great communication
Jessica helped me right from the start. She was great. We talked briefly about the price of the car. Went for a test drive, fell in love with the car. Then when it came time to get my rate and term and monthly payment, I just couldn't do it. The original term was 72 months at 630 a month. Way too high. Then the next offer was 570 a month for 84 months... I just couldn't do it. So I walked away.
I told Jess I could do no more then 550 a month for 72 months. And 2 days later, she made it happen.
She was able to work with the bank and get a good rate for the term I was looking for and a payment I could afford each month.
Props to Jersey City Kia. I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience here.
They went out of the way to get me the car I wanted at a monthly payment I could afford with a term I was happy with. Thanks again Jess.

We were greeted cordially by a professional, seasoned individual who put us at ease with his no-pressure approach; he did not come across as a salesman! He had us test drive the Tellurude for as long as we liked and answered all of our questions. I had the sense he was acting as our advocate for a better price with management for this certified, pre-owned vehicle. He also responded in a timely manner when we wrote him questions post-purchase via email and voicemail. Not only was the quality of the car sterling, but so too the gentility of the Kia representative. He displayed tremendous patience while waiting for us to secure an insurance card. Lastly, he looked after our well-being by offering us coffee as well as spring water as the visit became prolonged through negotiation and later automobile insurance securement.

This was one of the worst experiences.. I made arrangements to go there have me cc info to hold the car and they sold it to someone e else. They’re a disgrace to deal with I’d give them a minus if I could.
Response was very quick and informative. Unfortunately the car sold before I could get there bad on me you snooze you lose.

Stay away from this Dealership, accepted my offered
price through the email, drove over 4 hours with payment
only to find out they switch the price around and added
the old Scam of VIN Edging ($369), Doc fees($499)
understandable . They said this VIN Edging is saving me
on my insurance. No thanks, declined. Then try to to
switch the price of a vehicle around telling me that he's
saving me money, huh?. Making me waited while all of
them are picking theirs brown eyes for over 1/2 an hour. I
walked out of the dealership, then they called me back
with a promised price from the email. I came back to wait
for over an hour just to do a purchase of sell paperwork
while there were no customer s at the dealership. Come
on guys get your staff some training on how to work
together. Do push a customer around to 3-5 employee
just to sell one car. This customer knows his math, thank
you. You just lost it. Please don't contact me again.

Person did not get back to me a second time after I give them an offer. I would not deal with them again.
Person at the dealer I had sent an email to make an offer and they never got back to me. I offered them full asking price as the out the door price but no one even replied to me.

I try to contact them in 3 time....couse i live in other state and i can go to ask in person. Never received an answer, only an stupid machine make me waste time. I think two things or sell a lot and they don't care. or simply the service is horrible. and the car I'm interested in is not easy to sell...

Charge outrageous tags that are not necessary and hike up prices when you want to buy a vehicle straight cash. Had a vehicle for 5800 asked how much it would be cash and the flip the front 2 numbers around talking about 8500! How does the price jump almost 3000 more!?

They have added fees .... It took 20 minuets to finally get them to admit to them. Just advertising the real price you want.They did reply quick but again 20 minuets on the phone to get real price

Watch out for very expensive hidden and undicussed fees. They also try and have you sign paperwork before seeing what payments would be. I was only fiancing 13,500 and my payment was gonna be 429 a month for 72 months. It should have been in the low 200 range. Asked about it and they said fees and such. That's when I got up, shook the man's hand and walked away.

Dealer not forthcoming with dealer prep fees and what they did to the vehicle
to show potential buyers. Seems like a shady practice. Beware of this dealer.
They lied about the mileage. I gave a check for full price . The same moment they went to the website to increase the mileage by 6,000 miles to cover themselves . I stopped the payment on my check and forced them to send me in writing that they accept to cancel the deal. The mileage was 54,000 on 3/6/17 when I went to buy it. Now is 60,000.

Here We Go! While on my way, I called and was told the vehicle (Mercedes Benz E Class) was available...30 minutes later when I arrived they told me it was sold two hours ago. That is not a problem..I understand....inventory wasn't updated, kooool. They insisted I fill out a credit application, for what I don't know. The salesman begged me to get a Kia. They are Very Very Very aggressive to the point that it seemed like we were having a oneway conversation. I would not say don't shop Hudson Kia, just stand your ground and do what is best for you. Wish I could give zero stars!

Hudson Kia had the car I was looking for. I inquired about it, and recieved a call back rather quickly. The one star is because when I received a call from Hudson Kia, someone had told me they would look for a time for me to come in and she would call me back. She never called me back, and I understand that things get busy, so I decided to call back myself. I left a message, and still no reply. It was very disappointing because I was traveling and I was very willing to route that way to try and make a deal on the car.

Devin called me about a SUV I had inquired about on line to purchase for
my daughter. He set me up for an appointment right away to see it. The
car was OK but not really what I wanted for my daughter, it was to big so
Devin asked me what I was looking for as far as year, size, price and
what it needed to have in it. When I told him, he asked me to wait and
then bought out two other cars of which I purchased one that day. I was
very happy with the car with the price and the way the whole thing was
handled. He was a great sales person and listened to my needs. My
daughter is happier than I've seen her in years, she loves her new SUV
so much and now feels so secure when driving it and I have Devin to
thank for that. He was very professional and didn't pressure me at all,
which put me at ease and able to concentrate on purchasing a great
SUV.

I scheduled an appointment with julissa
to see a Jetta. This place isn't exactly
around the corner from me. I was
planning on making the trip anyway. So
glad I called back the same morning to
make sure it was still there because after
about 20 minutes of waiting and being
transferred back and forth I was told the
vehicle wasn't there. I asked them why
they didn't call to alert customers of this
seeing as how I was coming specifically
for this car. After cancelling the
appointment I get a call back from a
different representative asking if I was
coming In to see the car. I was so
confused. Was the car there or not?
Turns out it wasn't and this place just has
horrible communication between its
employees. I've been getting calls every
few days since asking if I would like to
come in. What a joke!
