The personnel were great and very accommodating with the limited time we had to close our deal. The one detracting thing was that the vehicle was advertised as having remote start, but it did not. They claimed they were unaware that the listing by internet providers were at fault. I contend that all dealers should be aware of the accuracy or inaccuracy of the vehicles they post for sale.

Dealer sold veh as I was traveling to them, if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known and travel out for no reason. Salesperson was unaware it was sold as I attempted to text her her response an hour later was that it was no longer available. Poor follow up

People were friendly but due to a mechanical issue could not make a deal on the car I went there to see. They attempted to show me 2 cars that were not within the guidelines of what I would be interested in (guidelines that they were aware of) thus the 3-star rating.

Wish I could give a 0 star, very disappointed! Knowingly sold me a car with $1400 worth of front end damage that was not obvious when buying the car. Driver door speaker is completely blown(noticed on the way home and informed the salesman immediately), passenger speaker is on the way out as well. Car was poorly detailed and there was even a PACK OF CIGARETTES left under the seat.. gross. How difficult is that to find and vacume up? On top of all that, since the time of purchase they have refused to call me back about getting the car fixed. Salesman and manager alike, promise to return my calls yet no reply after waiting weeks and repeated effort on my end. I traveled some distance to buy this car from them and I'm very disappointed to not even get a phone call. Take your money elsewhere. They act like a nice little hometown dealer that "always take care of our customers" but once you walk out the door with a car they couldn't care less about you.

Awful. Set an appointment to look at the jeep.Drove an hour ,to look at it. After arrival look over the Jeep. Another salesman sold it out from our salesman while she was lunch.

Evasive to answering my questions. Looked at 2018 with $6500 in incentive. I qualified for $5000 did not explain which on I did not qualify for. Part of incentive was $1000 trade and they offered $500 for my trade.

They sold me a car that broke down 50 miles from the dealership and then put me on hold or hung up on me when I tried to call them for advice. Not sure why this says they didn't respond. They did and they lied.
