Horrible dealer they quote me for a 09 civic si for 14,230 and i tell them ill give them 14 flat and they say no we ll wait a few days just to get that extra 230 dollars seriously so your gonna lose a customer for a customer that hasnt even seenthe car yet for 230 bucks do not i repeat do not try and work with these people straight cutthroat tools

Very friendly people who are are easy to talk to. The vehicles will be clean and ready to test drive before making a purchase. They are willing to work late nights to get you in a car. Jeremy is the name of the sales person I was able to purchase this car from.

Had Worst experience dealing with JAX exports. I contacted them through CarGurus multiple times but never responded to my enquiry and I took it to my hands and called him to check on price of the car, person on phone was too rude.

Horrible experience. Too bad I can give negative stars. I was 2 hours into my drive to this dealer to buy a car. At which point I decided to call them to ask a question after they assured me the car would be there, only to find out that it supposedly sold. Stay away from these scammers.

I live down in fort Myers with no way of actually seeing the car I wanted. Brian the man who helped me would send videos and pictures and just generally help me out. Sending me the paperwork, getting the price down etc. but then it just goes downhill. The car arrives at my house and there are glaring problems, the Bluetooth in the radio and AM/FM didn’t work at all, we later discovered the radio was just there to fill a hole as there was tons of wires missing and disconnected, I thought nothing, then a I noticed the AC does not work at all except on max settings....ok there was interior lighting that didn’t work and was set up incorrectly,uh ok? And maybe worst of all is that my car was infested with roaches, I told Brian and hesaid. “Good luck! It’ll be cheap fixes” didn’t offer any compensation and left me with the car myself, couldn’t believe it, it’s been days and he no longer responds to me. Just know you must check in detail because these guys won’t. I am disappointed

Didn’t hear back right away, so I called myself. Guy answers the phone with no introduction, and I told him about the car I was interested in and about my trade. He told me he couldn’t help at all because the owner would not want to trade my car, and refused to give me help me in my situation. Then I get a call from a different guy at the same place, asking about my inquiry, and I told him what happened, and again, no help at all.

While I didn't end up buying a car from the guys at Jax I was very impressed with how timely and friendly there responses were. Being in Texas I didn't know if I could drive to them to get the car I was looking at and they offered to ship it to me for a reasonable price! Very friendly staff!

Came to a deal after having a pre-purchase inspection, bought the car and JAX Exports fixed the few minor issues. Fair and personable. I'd highly recommend JAX Exports.

They don't want to deal with you. It looks like they don't want to work. When I went there, i was expecting to see the car and then talk about finances. As soon as I arrived, they began to talk about finances and if I was going to be able to pay the car. Something that I understand that they don't want to "lose or make me lose time", but if they showed me the car, I would consider the idea to talk with someone to help me finance the car(something that I did with Nissan dealers). You don't expect to receive that kind of attention as soon as you arrive. At least they should have shown me the car. I'm pretty sure that if they showed the car and the customer liked it, the customers would try to do everything to get that car.

Very prompt and attentive with their response. Hopefully in the near future when I start looking for another vehicle other dealers will follow suit

Extremely awkward.... Yes they call me back. However, upon arrival, the car wouldn't start. In addition, they advertised Tha Navigation... Only to find out that they didn't have the code to make it work. When I asked them why? They have told me that I am , the BUYER, supposed to call Honda and ask for the code or pin number. Are you kidding me? Why me? It was a 2008 Honda Pilot for $14,000.00 out of the door. They were the laziest people that I have never met. Please don't waste your time with these disorganized people. Plus, I have been talking to one salesperson, made an appointment, only to find out that HE was busy with someone else upon arrival. That's disrespectful. Nobody should be treated like that. I guess because they're selling used car, they look down on people. Well, I am glad that they treated like that because it motivated me to buy a new car within my budget and range. Don't water your time with these folks

Bad experience. Initially I was happy with the responsiveness of this dealer. I made an appt and arrived on time but representative was out. He finally returned but knew almost nothing about the car Since I needed to export the cat, I had some very specific needs for information such as recalls faults etc. The owner was helpful in satisfying some of this. Since it was President's day and a holiday in Canada, I could not confirm some information until the next day and offered to provide a deposit. The salesman said that would be fine and if I could not import that car my deposit would be returned. A while later the owner stated clearly that the deposit was non-refundable and amounted to a commitment to purchase the car regardless of what MB USA or the Transport Canada people ruled. He added that he would not hold the car until the next day either. Pure high pressure sales technique. So as I said. A bad experience. I would recommend people avoid Jax exports.
