Ray & Charlie are two great guys to work with! Did most of the paperwork over the phone. Did my own financing with my credit union.. I was in and out in about 20 minutes when I got there! That's how car buying should be!!! There was No jerking around , And in the end I drive 5.5 hrs to get this one, (internet sale)got a SUPER CLEAN TRUCK at a great price. I will return to get my wife a Tahoe. Ray & Charlie spent a little extra time to go over things. Big Plus ++.. Thank you again, and don't change a thing. Wanted to visit dealer while I was in Gettysburg and dealer stated it was out for inspection might not be back until end of week there was a couple of vehicles ahead of this one and I said I was going to be camping until sunday would that work and they replied now the air conditioner was going to be looked at so now it would be following week so I will look elsewhere.

We had a great Conversation... Very Knowledgeable about the Trucks he was selling... Had been a mechanic for may years and knew the vehicles conditions he was selling. I drove over an hour to the Dealership.. Was worth the trip. Bought a and F150 and am very pleased. Would recommend this Used Car/Truck Dealer to everyone.!!!

I ended up making a deal on the Ford F-150 at Jarboe Motors. I looked for the right truck at the right price and I feel like I got it. From the start Charlie was 2nd to none. He was fantastic and the easiest salesperson I’ve ever worked with. There wasn’t one question he didn’t or couldn’t answer. Loved the whole process of dealing with a smaller dealership.

Dealership is very good but the 2013 F150 lariat ecoboost 4x4has tons of rust covered up on the undercarriage. Electrical problems already and had to get leaky roof fix. I expect serious problems later.Not a good choice on my part.

Excellent service! I do not live close to this dealership, so trust is a big factor when considering making a long drive to see a vehicle. Jarboe Motors is a family owned dealership and extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent shape, both mechanically and cosmetically as it was listed. In my case living some distance from them - they agreed to stay open after hours to accommodate my schedule, your not going to find such flexible service at a larger dealership - I've purchased many new and used car from dealerships over the years, my overall experience with Jarboe Motors group tops my car-buying experiences. Great dealership, walked me smoothly through the process and even went so far as to help me out when my payment didn't go through and I needed to get a cashier's check from a bank half an hour away without a way to get there, would easily give them a 20/10 if I could! loved everything about the dealership and I'm quite happy with how it turned out, drove off the lot today with a new to me 2012 f-150!

The dealer was very responsive, and as accommodating as possible. Unfortunately, I live over 2 hours away from the location, and it is around the holidays. I was not able to make it to the location to test drive the vehicle, and got an e-mail that it had been sold.

The entire staff was great throughout my entire car buying experience. We worked with Charlie, who was very patient, friendly, and helpful. He was able to answer any questions we had, and was not at all pushy like other car sales associated can be. Being a family owned business, you can tell that the entire team really cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

Excellent products and excellent service! I live closer to southern Maryland, but I will definitely return to Jarboe Motors for future vehicle purchases. Staff (family owned and operated) is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent shape, both mechanically and cosmetically. I purchased it to drive my daughter and her friends, and I feel VERY safe and secure using it to drive the kids on short & long trips. I called to make sure they still had the truck first. Then drove 1 1/2 hours to inspect it. Charlie Jarboe met with me. I really liked the truck and dealership. I decided to purchase it the following business day and Charlie arranged for financing and had everything ready that morning. Very impressed with Jarboe Motors and love my truck!
