Excellent experience from the first contact. Would highly recommend!! Smooth transaction and we found exactly what we were looking for.
Well usually dealing with any dealerships isn't pleasant. I've bought a few cars in my day and I wasn't pressured. I went to look at this car I saw on carguru. Low mileage for a good price, bought it. The reason I have to mention for the 5 star is Alec the manager worked with me, and Andrew sold me the car. To drive it and drop it off in my driveway. I didn't have too many choices to find a ride. High five to a good team there. See Andrew, he's a good guy

Car looks great drove great till I got it home after a week or two a driving ended up with a bad transmission noel at Janesville Subaru told me I was s*** out of luck and that's how the cookie crumbles never go here is my opinion they will lie to you and sell you anything just to make a dollar

Their offers, especially on my trade, were not cost competitive even though I received an e-mail in which they
claimed to be "very aggressive" on price. My trade needed some very minor body work and a very little paint
which they claimed would cost $1500 to refurbish and I already had gotten an estimate of less than $500 from
a very good body shop in case I was going to sell my trade outright.

Very helpful!
This dealer is practicing "Bait and Switch" with this car. I don't think they ever had it.. But once they wouldn't sell it to us they sent 2 emails offering Higher priced Toyota's. Now that my folks is Bait and Switch. Warning ! Do Not use this dealership for anything.

Doug, I can understand your frustration, We did take this vehicle in on trade at our Dealership. All vehicles are required to pass a safety inspection in order to be sold. Unfortunately, there where just too many issues with this vehicle to be a safe and reliable car. Rather than selling this unit we sent over several other options for you to look at before you came to visit us.
