Basically just went into see were us do it on a new car versus a trade-in of course they wanted to give me nothing for my trade-in even though I can look on Kelley blue book until what it’s worth and see the resale value of that exact same vehicle. But nope they want to talk it down but it’s not this it’s not that so basically just walked away. Knowing that if they would’ve Took it in trade in they would’ve sold it for probably the same or more of what everyone else is asking they wouldn’t even give me a third of what it was worth.

The online consultant responded quickly and put me in contact with a
local contact (Kristen) who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I
missed out on this car but would definitely use them again.

Responded fast and courteous
I test drove a used Mercedes Benz and was told the car was in great
condition. Bottom line - the car didn't drive well at all. I was told they
were going to fix the issues and get back with me. It's been a month now
and I emailed them to get an update. I was told the car was fixed and
they just needed to pick it up from the mechanic. Called again yesterday
and spoke to a different person. This time I was told the car was back on
the lot and someone else was looking at it, but had to be sent back to the
mechanic again. Meanwhile, they have raised the price of the car by
$600. In my opinion, this Dealership is so dishonest and I would never do
business with them!

When the customer came in to test drive the vehicle it was noted at the time it had some mechanical issues by the customer. We had just traded for the vehicle and were unaware of any issues at that time. We would have not put it on the lot with any mechanical issues. We told the customer we would have it looked at and would get back to her as soon as we have the issues resolved. We are a Ford dealer so we wanted someone to look at it who specialized in Mercedes repair. We were told that it was a compressor issue. Although I didn't visit or buy a car from Collins Ford, they made all the right
moves to get me involved. I thought the distance from Columbus, IN to
Louisville was an obstacle. Just didn't have the time to travel that far. Still
looking for a good used Ford Fusion or Honda Accord, 2014 or 2015.

At first was very responsive and got back to me quickly and after they seen that my credit wasn't perfect , The salesman didn't even call me back he just sent me a text and said he couldn't get the car financed , I didn't think that was very professional

We are very sorry we couldn't get your credit worked out, but the FTC regulations and the lending institutions, won't let us go into any detail on why we couldn't obtain financing for the vehicle you wanted. You might try one of the free credit report services on the internet, you can receive a fee credit report each year (at no charge).

I bought the car. The only negative I have is I was waiting for the
tag and the dealership told me they mailed it to my county
office. I called the county office and the dealership never told
me it had an out of state title. So I had to go to my county
office, g et a paper for the sheriff to inspect the car, go back to
the tag office and pay more money to get the tag. Such a
hassle.

Best buying experience ever, they had what we wanted and we got the best deal, the first time. We shopped the so called bigger dealers and all we got was a lot of run around and hassle. We saved over $1600 over the 2 other dealers we shopped, plus we've already used the free service loaners, it makes it so convenient to bring our new truck in for repairs or service. I will recommend James Collins Ford to all my friends and relatives.

Salesman was a joke! He knew nothing about the cars on the lot. He was unable to remember what we were wanting and kept pushing more expensive cars.
