This is a great place to buy a car from. Great atmosphere, Salesmen are very nice people and they really do everything they can to help you get the vehicle you want. Excellent personal and quick response from This dealer.
Kristie was able to arrange for my test drive within 2 hours since I was going to be in the area that day.
I’m still evaluating which brand of car I will purchase and whether to buy new or used.
Based on this experience at Jack Sweeney I plan to include this dealer as a source in my final buying decision.

I received an email back from Brian and Jake Sweeney within an hour or so. The only issue I had
was the car "dealer notes" said it was " Certified" but I was told it wasn't. When I questioned it
the next day I was given all the all the advantages of the Certified vehicle. End result was
positive. The car was very clean and available for my test drive. My salesman, Brian, was
friendly and we worked out a good deal. First impression is I would recommend this dealership.

Price point was decent. While they replied to my inquiry quickly, it took
a few days to get in contact with someone from the sales team. I
ended up having to call the dealership to get in touch with a sales
person. Once in contact, the sales person was very helpful and
responsive. The listing accurately described the details of this vehicle.
I did purchase this vehicle and drove 4 hours to get it. The
experience overall was good. The car was clean and ready for a test
drive once I arrived and the sales person met me out front and was
friendly and accommodating. They apparently put an environmental
protection application to the inside and outside of the vehicle and then
tack that price on to the negotiate sales price. This was my only real
frustration with the experience once I got in touch with a salesperson.
I would recommend this dealer, just be aware upfront of their tacked
on environmental package charge.

I visited them to look at car, was approached as I exited my car. salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. as soon as I said I was looking at one other car the tone changed. no deals were offered, no price negotiation, nothing. I ended up going with the other car but not a bad experience overall.

Prompt and courteous responses to my questions.
The jeep was listed with many options that it didn’t have. When trying to negotiate on price they were showing me what it “is worth” based on options it didn’t have. Then they tried to tell me that it had a bunch of stuff that wasn’t listed and they had no paperwork or anything on, making me think that they had no clue. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.

I was contacted by the dealer, after inquiring on a vehicle. I set an appointment for Sat, with the sales manager. I drove from VA the preceding Fri and when I called Sat morning to confirm our appointment, "everyone was in meetings", so I left a voicemail for the sales manager. I'm writing this review on the following Mon and still have yet to hear from them.
The dealership was friendly and responsive. Although I was willing to continue to negotiate, the dealer obviously paid top dollar for this trade in, as they refused to deal more than a few hundred dollars below the sticker price. I was leery as to why a vehicle with only 7K miles has had two owners and I'm not sure that question was ever really answered. Although I really liked the vehicle and was ready to finalize a deal we were unable to. I believe it probably worked out for the best however, especially with the new models set to be released from Honda soon.

Salesman took time to thoroughly show us vehicle. Vehicle was as described and shown in advertising. We were looking to negotiate on price, dealer was asking full price. Ended up leaving without purchasing vehicle. Just a difference in numbers. Salesman was very kind.
