Ocala and Gainesville residents now have a proven sales leader in Jaguar Land Rover Ocala for service appointments and repair and new Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. We will also be home to certified Jaguar Land Rover models and have a dealership full of amenities our guests will be proud of. The dealership opened December 18, 2018. The Dealership is owned and operated by the Morgan Auto Group out of Tampa, FL. We are thrilled to be serving the greater Ocala community including Gainesville, Belleview, Wildwood right here in North Central Florida. Answered quickly and very pleasantly
The sales rep made contact with me within an hour of the business opening for the day.
He answered all my questions.
He sent additional photos requested.
He attempted to solve a concern about the interior color of the vehicle.
He followed up daily until I had made the decision the vehicle was not for me.
It was one of the more pleasant experiences using CarGurus.

They did respond quickly. However, they consistently did not answer questions. They ignored them until reminded. They admitted to acknowledging the question, but just didn’t answer them.

I had been looking for a late model low mileage Sahara with painted hard top, leather interior, navigation, single owner non-
rental, at a fair price and this was exactly what I wanted. I had to drive 175 miles to get to the dealership but it was worth it.
This dealership was prompt in responding to my request and available to answer all my
questions with courtesy. They was good about following up with a response to our questions, etc.
The customer service that was provided was exceptional and I recommend you reaching out to
them for your next automobile.
