Wanted all cash because of covid... what a joke haha. We’re in a pandemic and you want 51k in cash for a cash. SMH.
Actually they did not contact me . I went there in person. It was absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. First of all, they put me on it a list to be called when a representative was available to see me. needless to say I was never called. And it was not a crowd of people there. hornburg has it set up like it's a Beverly Hills boutique where you should be lucky if someone takes the time to help you look at a car. like I said it was a very bad experience for me I would never refer anybody to hornburg Jaguar Land Rover.

We had an appointment to see the car but when we got there the salesman we had an appointment with was showing the car to someone else and wouldn't acknowledge us even though he knew we were waiting.

Filled out a request on line for a call back. I didn't hear back so I called the dealership directly. I got served by Dino and he was awesome, made the purchase go so quick and easy.... thanks Dino!

Profoundly incompetent service. Apparently, they lost their Jaguar-trained mechanics a couple of years ago and replaced them with basically shade tree mechanics. They stock few spare parts and virtually everything must be ordered from a central supply which means that no matter what you go in for, they have to keep the car overnight. To compound the problem, they have no loaner cars and you have to rent a car from Enterprise at top retail rates. So if you buy a Jaguar from Hornburg, count on having it serviced by the very excellent Galpin Jaguar service facilities in the Valley.
