The folks at Jag/Land Rover Flatirons are delusional about their vehicle pricing. We offered KBB for a Land Rover they’ve had on the lot for 6 months and they turned it down. We didn’t care for the way they did business there and will not be back.

It was terrible. I was contacted by a salesperson who had no knowledge on whether the vehicle was sold or not. When she (Degler) finally found out that it was, she tried to sell me a much more expensive one. I told her I was not interested but to keep me informed of new deals. Degler never replied. Rude! A sales manager from Flatirons sent me an email regarding my experience. I replied how terrible ut was. He never contacted me about this. Overall, I think this dealership lacks decency!

This dealership team, save Kris, who showed us the car seems to be fraught with a culture of not caring. They don't care about service, sales, none of it. I inquired by email about a specific car. They responded and I told them which day I would be in to see it. I checked in with the receptionist, who contacted the wrong sales person. A young woman came out and said "oh, she called the wrong extension". I then waited for 45 minutes in the lobby. No one came out, approached me, offered help. When the young woman that I had communicated with did come out, she could not find the car and kept disappearing saying "I'll be back in two minutes". When she did locate the cars she said "I'm sorry my customers are here, I need to hand you off". To save time, I had been pre-approved for a loan amount and had researched additional membership discounts I was eligible for. Finance denied the sale for a measly $5000 difference and would not recognize further discounts. The feeling was too big to care

I was not impressed. I had to wait for sales person to drive back to work. They wouldn't get another sales person to help me. Then the vehicle was not even cleaned. The condition of the the vehicle was not one that you would expect at a dealer like this. I am not even talking about detailing.

They were quick to respond to my email inquiry and gave me additional information they thought I might want to know...the one online was FWD, not AWD. While we hadn't spoken directly, they left me a voice mail letting me know that. Must be a common request of people living in Colorado!
