Talked them down to a price that worked for both of us and bought it. Car was immaculate 26000 miles and not a mark on it inside or outside. Car is like brand new. Love the car love the experience at Jaffarian I would certainly buy another vehicle from them and I will highly recommend them to family and friends. And I found the vehicle using carguru it a great app to have.

The car was ready for a test drive when I arrive there in the morning. Ronni was very helpful by the end of the day. I was driving at home.
Manny (my salesman) was awesome but there were some strange policies in place. Apparently, they don’t allow their vehicles to be checked out by an independent shop. Also, they gave me a really low offer on my vehicle so I ended up going to a different dealer and was given a fair offer. It’s too bad because the car I looked at was clean and an awesome spec, but I would be a fool to purchase a used car without having another shop take a look at it.
Disappointing experience compared to where I am now buying my new CX50. Test drove a ‘24 Mazda CX50. Sales rep turned radio up and I turned it down in time to hear a major brake issue. Sounded like it was an 18-wheeler. Sales rep agreed. But the big boss said to drive it 100 miles and it should go away. Laughable, really. Looking at the price drops they were clearly aware of the issue and probably hoping I wouldn’t take it on the highway with the radio off. Just be aware, especially if it’s THEIR service department giving the vehicle a green light. Shady dealership/sales manager.
This dealership is a joke. Amazing actors. All I asked is the final price of a vehicle. They made me wait for so long. When I eventually lost my patience and headed towards the door, they handed me that paper, which was already printed, and was just waiting sitting there inside the printer. They were just trying to make tired. Never go to this dealership.

BEWARE! Text the sales manager at Jaffarian about
a Lexus GX 460 . CarGurus says vehicle on the lot for
2 months. Made a 3 hour trip to test the truck. I tried
to buy the vehicle and was presented with a much
higher price than advertised on CarGurus. Showed
them their advertisement. They told me the lower
price is only if I finance through Toyota and do not
pay it off before 3 months because the dealer gets
money back. After checking there was no early
payoff penalty I agreed. Did the paperwork, they ran
my credit which is very good. After sitting around
they came back and said there was a problem with
the title for the Lexus. Told they can't find it. I ended
up leaving a deposit for the truck. I waited a few
business days and contacted them. I was told the GX
would need to be sold at auction due to the title
issue. I did get a refund, but it was a huge waste of
time and the same Lexus is STILL for sale on their
website and CarGurus. Not sure what the scam is!?

Fantastic experience. Entire sales team was great and a pleasure to work with. Easiest car buying experience I’ve had.
Listen carefully to the negative reviews: this is an awful dealership if you are trying to
buy out of state. I dealt with the sales manager, and I had to educate him about
current Massachusetts DMV policy. Even after he agreed that there was a legal
registration for out of state buyers, he would not agree to issue it. Instead, he
wanted me to pay the full price for the vehicle, then let it sit on his lot until there was
an available DMV appointment in my state, which wasn't for at least 2 weeks.
THEN, he revealed that I am not allowed to use my own outside financing - I would
be required to use their in-house financing. This is obviously predatory, as they
would be free to make me agree to whatever financing terms they wanted; the
purpose of outside financing is to shop around and find the best terms for yourself. I
tried very hard to give these people money today, but they made it extremely
difficult. I don't recommend this dealership based on their ignorance and ridiculous
policies.

They were professional and I thanked them for there time
Offered to purchase vehicle and the dealer refused to sell to me because I live out of state.
Dealer stated that they’re low on inventory and will only sell to individuals that live in Massachusetts.
Definitely one of the craziest things I’ve ever been told!
If you don’t live in Massachusetts don’t bother contacting this Dealership.

Our experience with this dealership, and specifically our salesman, Ronnie Rosario could not have been better.
Clearly, integrity and customer satisfaction are as important to Jaffarian as they are to us!
We completed our purchase in a matter of a few hours, and left there with a cleaned vehicle, full gas tank, and smiles on our faces.
We will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future, and will recommend them to everyone!

Dealer was responsive, engaging, knowledgeable & professional in every way. They actually
made a mistake/misunderstanding having us test drive the car when someone else had first
dibs, but they made up for it by offering similar level discount on a even newer car (best deal
on a 2020 Camry LE within 150 miles). And Certified Pre-Owned too boot. They offered us a
fair deal on trade-in. The only thing that threw us was that they were not clear about how long
(4 hours) we would have to wait the day we came to pick up the car (this was mainly due to
extra busy insurance registration on a Monday morning, but something they still knew was
typical for a Monday and could have warned us about so we might have planned things out
differently had we known in advance).

Yes the Salesperson, Bill, contacted me promptly after my initial inquiry was very helpful, we spoke several times thereafter and he was always very responsive with information & all my questions.
Bottom line, this used vehicle though very low mileage, had more equipment than I wanted or needed so carried a price reflecting same, as did the cost to trade figure, even though the trade in value of my vehicle was a fair evaluation, I felt it was more than I wanted to put into a used vehicle.

Although, I eventually bought the car from them and it's mainly because we are mile away from each other and I
did not want to be going afar looking for cars. It is best to have a business transaction at a place where
customer is highly value and respected. If at all you want to deal with this dealer, avoid any possibility of having
anything to do with there sales manager Patrick Osborne. He is so rude and disrespectful. Having such a
person as a sales manager depict what Jaffarrian as a Major dealer of Toyota/Volvo represent. My experience
with them is a long story one. Furthermore, there was a floor carpet in the car when I went to test drove it and I
noticed it has been removed when I went to take the car, I called the attention of the salesman(Bill) to it and he
told me they might have probably took it out during detailing and promised to get me one, he even made me
signed a paper indicating that they were owing me the carpet and up till now, I am yet to get it from them.

I was told it would be ready to test drive in a week because it just came on the lot. I waited two days and sent an email inquiring how it was coming along. I received a form letter in return telling me I was a valuable customer. I emailed again and got a response that the test drive would by appointment only. I requested an appointment as soon as it was ready. I called twice and left a message and I was finally contacted and told it was sold that morning. All this took place within a 4 days of my first inquiry, not a week. The only follow up I got was, "it's sold, call with any questions?"

Frist class operation. I did not buy from them. Good follow through. .
I was immensely impressed by how quickly I got a response from Robin D. She was professional and courteous. She listened to my questions and was able answer straightforwardly. I setup an appointment in the afternoon and work with Scott H. He presented all the information about the vehicle I was interested in and didn’t use any double talk or jargon. Tom M(?) in finance was able to work within my budge and provide the best offer I could work with. Not once did I feel pressured or guilty tripped. I hope to do more service with them in the future.

Last one to drive it stuffed the nose
into a light pole. Damage with rust
forming. Had to jump start it. And
finally got on the road and the
21,593 mile transmission was shot.

Very non-communicative from who I can only believe was a family member (last name Jaffarian). Responded a day later and didn't answer a single question I had asked in the email. Tried a second time and he didn't respond. Reached out a second time a few days later to someone else who was listed as a sales person and they never responded, so I bought a car elsewhere.

I was told they would hold the vehicle for me to see. I drove an hour and a half to see the vehicle and when I arrived asked to buy the vehicle. They said to test drive first. After the test drive I went to buy the vehicle only to find someone else signing papers to buy it. I felt it was sneaky and dishonest.

We make every attempt to notify all potential buyers of the car's unavailability once the car goes under contract.
Was a complete waste of everyone's time; the dealerships description of the vehicle was completely bogus and exaggerated . The salesman was full of bull and only wanted to make a sale anyway possible. I ended up purchasing a vehicle of the same make . model and year a few hours later at another Toyota dealership. My advice is buyer beware and do your homework on Do's and Don'ts on buying from a dealership..

Tim, I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience. The Used Dodge Journey you inquired about was exactly as described, including price. We sent you pictures up front and when you came in you drove the vehicle and stated that you had another jeep you were looking at and left. You did make a statement that you weren't in love with the color and that you were looking at a Journey that was a year older with approx. 10,000 more miles. I don't understand why you felt the need to bash the personal and the dealership.
Horrible. Sales rep got mouthy and way out of line. It was a no deal because of numbers, but kept pushing and would not listen

We drove about an hour to get to Jaffarian to see this one car. The internet sales person assured me the car was still there. However, the inhouse salesman or service department could not get the key to turn in the ignition. There was no communication between internet sales, in house sales and service. Additionally the were waiting on the title so we could have bought the car that day anyways. Finally the car in general was dirty. We were ready to buy this car but it turned out to be a wasted trip. If this car gets cleaned and cleared we would be willing to return and buy.

Jaffariams team was nothing bit professional, friendly and courteous. Ricky was our sales rep and he emphasized honesty and transparency. When he agreed to address minor concerns regarding the vehicle he immediately resolve them without hesitation. I would genuinely refer anyone to this dealership.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
They called, texted me and left me a voicemail to confirm my appointment for
test driving the car I was interested in, so I assumed this vehicle was still at
the lot. I live an hour away from Haverhill and I went and this vehicle
"miraculously was sold". I understand that business is business but they are
falsifying information to try and get people come to them. This vehicle that
you are looking at right now is actually sold.

After shopping for a month and visiting every Toyota Dealer in the area I found the used car I wanted and bought it from Jaffarian. They contacted me right away when I first inquired about the car. They were willing to lower the price $200, the doc fee was the lowest around. The salesman offered to deliver the car to my house after the registration and all was ready. Very convenient! I was very happy with them and would recommend them to a friend.

Spoke to rep on the phone. Told him the
car was a little out of my price range. He
told me to come in and he would work
with me on vehicle price no problem. I
drove an hour and ten mins to get there
and was told all prices are firm. I asked to
see the vehicle and it was told it was out
being detailed. Sales rep asked me to
follow him to his other lot. When we
arrived at the other lot we were told the
car wasn't there it was out being
serviced. I wasted over 3 hours for
nothing. I'm a full time single dad and
have limited time while my children are in
school to get things done. I would not
recommend this dealer to my worst
enemy. The sales rep was unapologetic
to say the least.
