Overall great experience. Noticed some issues AFTER the purchase ( saggy headliner and side skirt was beat up) and there's only 30 day warranty on mechanical work so no help there. Also needed brakes 2 months after purchase back in September. I get its a used car. They used to be no dealer fees but still got a FAIR deal on car even though cargurus says it was a great one
Haven't bought (yet) but I know im in the right place when the time comes. buying a car in this market is tough; they make it easier. a lot of their cats are below market value so they honestly are just doing God's. A true no haggle pricing dealership just pay tax and tag/transfer fees. friendly and helpful

This is by far the best used car company. They were honest and informative about the auto and went the extra mile. Jacob even stayed late into the evening after closing time to complete the deal. When I buy another vehicle this year it will definitely be from Jacob's preowned!

Contacted Jacob because I was interested in his 2011 bmw 328i and he responded rather quickly, from then on it was a very smooth process, traveled down to his dealership to see the car and to test drive it, car was in excellent condition as was shown in his pictures, got a great deal on the car and I ended up driving away with a new car and smile on my face, thank you Jacob for a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend going to him if you are looking for a nice, quality pre-owned car.
