We purchased this car and got the deal we were looking for, Noah was great! The communication after we sent the funds and they were received, was lacking. We had no one call to tell us when the car was being shipped to us in SC from FL which was a little stressful. We expected to receive the car in 2 days, and it’s been more like 4 days. We hope to have the car tomorrow! Looking forward to having transportation again!

Professional sales team.
Sales representative was very polite contacted me and informed me there was a $998 dealer bundle I had to purchase, in
addition to the regular fees. I said no, thank you and went through the website to purchase directly and took the time to get
approved (and the website said someone would call me the next day at 1 pm, but I never heard from them). I called back 1
more time to see if we could make it work (so I could buy the vehicle), and was told someone from management would contact
me, but have not heard from them. Everyone was polite, but it was a big waste of time.

Really wish I could give this car dealership 0 stars. I
explained to the dealer that I will be driving over
four hours for the car after looking for some thing
for over a month. They called me while I was on
vacation. I advised that I will be returning to the
states in two days and getting a rental car to come
down and didnât find out the car sold until I went
back to click on the listing when I returned and it
was gone. They were not apologetic and just said
that they would cancel my appointment. I luckily
ended up finding a 2024 LT1 from Orlando w

I went back and forth via email on the specific car. Then I reached out via text and called. I was specific on what car I was looking at the the
trade I was possibly doing. I told them to give me a final number on the trade so I don't drive 30 miles for no reason. They said they needed to
look at the car to get more than they offered me. So I drove down there only to find that the car I had been going back and forth with wasn't
even there and they gave me basically nothing more on trade. This was a total waste of time and typical car salesmen tactics.

I asked for the total price and they never gave me an answer. and I have the cash on hand! All they say, come down for a test drive, again,
come down for a test drive, I got sick of the phraise! They don't want to give me the total price over the email!
Overall, not a very good experience. Upon first contact I wanted an explanation of the dealer fees applied to a sale as an
out of state customer. My request was met with an unpleasant attitude made worse when I mentioned that I would also
be looking at another vehicle at a nearby dealership. It took several more phone calls to get a complete response in
regard to the numerous fees. In the end I was eventually sent a proposal with a complete breakdown of cost to include
the associated fees. It was rather disappointing to discover a vehicle that was well within my intended budget became
well over budget with nearly an additional $3000 in dealer fees. I have nothing against a dealer making a profit, but this
seemed a bit too much.

My primary goal was price I'm a cash buyer because I don't like dealing with the Antics in theatrics of Interest and extra fees.... needless to say Walking out the door totally price went up almost $2000 with no room for negotiations being in the business of only paying cash for cars for the last 6 years they're a waste of time......on another note I was helped by Bill who way so pleasant he made the day better very attentive and kind, and the sales management have a job to do and are not about to or even try to negotiations or maybe in my case which I've experienced very often more times then not being a female looking for a car they think you don't know anything

Worst service that I have ever experienced elie Hoyek the sales consultant was the rudest person I ever experienced in my life, walked in and I asked is there room for negotiation he just got up and said no point in taking anymore since their dealership is a fixed price dealer and he doesn’t want to show the vehicle since it’s waste of his time very rude if they want to sell a vehicle for 80k and treat people the way this sale person is trained, good luck I would never recommend any one to this dealership awefull place stay away from this place if there was choice for negative star they deserve it

Drove 1.5 hours for a confirmed appointment(both by phone and text) and arrived to be told double
booked and not allowed to look at it. GSM Luke called me silly for posting a Google review with the
facts. Who calls a customer silly, but I bought a new car the next day. Cash in hand and they turned
away. They promised a tank of gas for wasting my time but never delivered. He acted like it was all my
fault. All other dealers have been amazing.

Liam, the salesperson who helped me was excellent
and deserves a 5 star. I would have given the whole
experience a 5 star if I didnât have to spend $3,600 to
get the car stereo fixed, which was not disclosed to me
at the time of purchase.
Shady practices, advertise a price and then once you call them to get the out the door price, they add something crazy to make profit.....Since when a Lexus vehicle needs a LOJACK? This vehicles come with their own tracking systems......When Told them that I don't need the LoJack they come up with some lame response saying they install the system on every single and vehicle and can't be negotiate...Definitely will take my business somewhere else....

The “no haggle” price program they have is immensely frustrating as I wanted to purchase the car, but would not for the above market price they had it listed for. The car I was wanting to purchase desperately needed new brakes and rotors and all four wheels were curbed severely, and the dealership would not guarantee a fix. Good salespeople and building, but could be improved.

The dealership promised me a good rate so I went to test drive the car.
Even after they had all of our credit info in their hands they quoted us a
ridiculous interest rate. They knew what payment we were looking for
and assured us they could make it happen. After all was said and done
they admitted the numbers would never have worked. This was very
much a typical "used car salesman" experience. The finance guy was a
bit of a bully. Definitely would not recommend.

I did purchase the vehicle, but was unhappy with the sales experience, there were statements made on an
items cost that was "included in all vehicles at Apex" and then when I pushed back, I was told that they would
check to see if they could eliminate the cost. The did remove the cost, but the item that was preinstalled in all
vehicles at Apex was a lie. It was a subscription to a vehicle tracking solution. And the device is still on my
car but I cannot use it, and they have not replied to me on how to have it removed.

I wasn't happy with the total experience. I expressed my problem with the car pulling, and ask them if they would take care of it. I heard every kind of excuses why it was doing it. After I purchased the car, I came to my local mechanic and had him give it an alignment. That was the problem. I will not purchase another vehicle from them. I also didn't receive the additional Fob(keys) that should have come with the car. Won't be recommended by friends to shop here.

Apex Imports sold us a car on Saturday. Then they sold it to someone else on Sunday.
They had agreed to repair a fender dent before delivery, and we had agreed to the term,
applied for financing and made an appointment to pickup the car on Wednesday when they
estimated the fender would be repaired. Maybe they didn't want to repair the fender. They
didn't call us to report that they had rescinded the sale and they wouldn't take our calls on
Monday. On Tuesday we called the Service Department to find out whether the fender had
been repaired. The service guy told us the car had been sold to someone else.

I had a good experience with the sales staff. They were helpful and let me drive the car....by myself. The only negative was
learning that the 12 month 12K mile warranty they kept touting was from a third party that has terrible review ratings. I
bought the car anyway and will hope for no warranty claims.
Apex Imports is a no-haggle dealership so know your stuff about pricing before you get there. CarGurus definitely helped with that. Also, do your due diligence about the cars themselves that you are considering. Consumer Reports and Edmunds can help with that. Overall the experience was straightforward and almost painless. They will put a hard sell on you to buy the Kahu. Ask for a discount before you purchase it and know what it is. I’d also say check with your insurance FIRST to see if you get a discount for it. While the salesman told me I’d get a discount, my insurance company said otherwise. I do love my car and I did get a fairly decent deal on it. The finance director was super nice.

The vehicle I was interested in was in terrible shape. Bad brakes, automatic transmission was
not shifting properly, pulling to the right badly and when I told the salesperson, he didn't
seem to be concerned.
They are a "one price dealership" which means no haggling, which is fine but I would expect
the vehicles to be in better shape.
The salesman was courteous but the dealership let me leave there with half a tank of gas and no second key fob. I
do like the truck but I'll be looking for a newer Highlander before too long and I'm not sure that I would deal with
Apex again. They also put a temporary tag on the truck but didn't contact my insurance company to make sure it
was added to my other two vehicles. They also gave me a really lowball estimate on a trade-in that my bank will
loan 22k on.

The car advertised was not the same car they had. They advertised a blue automatic LX. They showed me a gray manual transmission. They said the blue one they advertised would be $2000÷ more. Then every car i was interested in on their lot was either out on loan or they're was something else wrong with it. I had gotten a ride there because i was borrowing a car & had to return it. I had driven 40 minutes there, & had to call my wife to pick us up. And we were there for 4 hours.

The car options were mis described as it did not have the panorama
roof. It was also described as zero accidents (AutoCheck), but CarFax

in an accident. I did not pursue because I wanted
a Murano platinum. This dealer was very

Great experience. First time I have ever purchased a pre-owned automobile without seeing it in person. I was very apprehensive, but with the cooperation of the sales team, I ended up with a great car at a very fair price.
Service was good. The dealer andcustomerservice Department were very redponsive to my needs. The dealer listened to my needs; however, when the negotiations began, I felt the finance manager was not sensitive. Interestingly, he reduced the price by $300. I was appalled when I discovered he had not done me a favor. The amount reduced was for GAP added to the final costs that they did not ask me about.

I came down to the dealer to get this Sorento. Josh the salesman was very helpful and comfortable to work with, however after getting off to a rocky start with Brian we patched things up and started doing business. He was professional and helpful as well. I left without making a deal. Angela them reached out to me and I told her we failed to make a deal and she would see what she can do and call me back. I then again spoke to Josh a few days later and told him I am still interested in making a deal after I was approved by my bank for a loan and he too said he would call me back, I even sent an email to Angela the next day. It has been a week and Angela nor Josh has called me back. I guess I will bring my business elsewhere.
This dealership was good on the phone. The ladies were fantastic! However, that is where it stopped!!! We called about a specific car AND set an appointment. The car was NOT detailed! It smelled horrendous!!!! The Salesman had ZERO knowledge of the vehicle. The sad part is, I made an appointment and this is how they prepare. We looked at another car on their lot and it was equally disgusting. I told both the salesman as well as the manager who finally tried to come get me out of my car when I was leaving that both cars were an embarrassment to have on their lot and they really need to make sure their Salesmen know their inventory instead of sitting around looking at each other. VERY UNIMPRESSIVE, save for the ladies calling on the Internet Inquiries, They are WONDERFUL!!!!!

No hassle dealership. Bought a 2015 Mazda CX-5 at a great price. Car
salesman Feraz Amed was very easy to work with. We made two visits
over two weekends trying out different cars. We really were not sure which
vehicle to buy and so took our time to decide the vehicle we wanted to
purchase. On the two occasions we were there, sales manager, Brian was
agressive to get our business and offered to give a discount on the already
fair price to close the deal. He did not pressure us into buying with any
other tactics though. Dealership is very serious about following up with
customers. After our first visit, they called me on 2 different days to check
my interest on the Mazda CX-5 that I had test driven.
Receptionist at the showroom was quite friendly with my kids. Accountant
was very efficient in working through the financing paperwork and
disclosures. He takes great pride in his work which is good to see.
Everyone at Hanna Imports, Apex play their part to ensure a no hassle
buying experience !

A young lady called to tell me that they received my inquiry and that she'd call me back in an hour. That was a week ago, and I still haven't received the callback. I don't care to do business with companies that exhibit unprofessional behavior. I've moved on.

Although never went to the dealer they call me and email me trying to help...
Called a week prior and set up an appt, but when I called the day I was
heading over they said they did not have me in the system. I arrived about
45 minutes after calling them the day of and the vehicle had not been pulled
from inventory yet, the battery was dead and it was absolutely covered in
pollen. Very large dealership, almost gives me the impression it's too large
for it's own good.

Charles was great to work with. They allowed a outside mechanic to check the vehicle and I was satisfied with the overall experience.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Purchased my car from Hanna. Keith, the sales person, Charles the trade in estimator, and the owner all responded to my personal requirements. The Service Department took ownership of preparing the car for sale. I am very senior, fixed income, and had to have monthly payments within a fixed range, max for the trade in and a good deal on the car. They came through across the board and I could not be more pleased.

w/wife test drive, pre-purchase inspection and

Hanna Imports of Apex was awesome! I worked with Mike P. he was great and made sure I got what I wanted and I did purchase the car that I am still loving by the way! So all praises to Hanna Imports. They have so many nice cars and the staff was nice also!

Wholesale type car, Black Book=Rough.
Oxidized paint, broken loose body plastic
Worn out clutch and damaged flywheel.
I kept seeing it online for MONTHS first at their Raleigh location, then Apex, and wondering why a nice looking car ( in the photo from 20 feet ) wasn't selling. The salesman and Mgr were nice enough, no complaints there, beautiful used car facility with many NICE Euro Sports Sedans, like the customer checking out BMW 5. My whole family, including my 15 years, is in the Car Business so I'm NOT exactly an amateur, just looking for a cheap commuter Toyota. LandCruisers rule during Blizzards, Snow, and Ice BUT commuting 107 miles a day in it will break the bank, Baby needs new shoes. When I offered to make an 'As-Is' offer the salesman disappeared and didn't come back, some people might be offended but I just thought it was FUNNY and unprofessional.......Besides, Clutch +
Flywheel replacement was closer to $2,000 NOT the $550-$650 I was guessing. Yikes ! A cocky old fart like me saved by the bell. Seriously, clutch/flywheel failure is a 'Car Kilker anyway, like an evaporator core pinhole or engine head-gasket, easily 30%~40% value of older high-mileage car. Same thing as your Allstate guy telling you 'We're going to call it totaled'

Just wasn't my day but I'll be back, there's an Exxon~Mobil next door with good coffee and Krispy Kreme and my wife wants a white Bimmer, maybe I'll get to drive her 7-yr old Prius to work in Wake Forest from Chapel Hill, mmmmmmm 46mpg VS LandCruiser 12-14 mpg, Duh.

We went to the dealership to view a car late in the evening. We spoke with the manager who said he was almost certain he could get us into the car we wanted for the payment we needed. Come to find out they sold the car out from under us, tried to get us to buy a car that was in not one, but 2 accidents with structural damage. They were pushing the "it's loaded", "we priced it just for you" mumbo jumbo. I think we will be going with another dealer for our car buying needs. They were all super friendly and made you feel like you could get the car you wanted however. It's a shame it didn't work out but lesson learned.
