I went in for a specific vehicle and keep in mind I spoke with the salesman throughout the week. However, I get there on my appointed time just for them to tell me the vehicle was not there. A salesman took the Mercedes for a family emergency. Then drove up in a Toyota Highlander. I was upset because this was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and my specific request. I had driven over an hour and rented a turo which cost me time and money. I left unhappy and without a vehicle.

I drove from Hernando, Florida to Jackson Kia in Cocoa specifically to see a 2025 Kia Carnival SX Prestige that was listed online at a certain price.
This was about 120 miles each way (240 miles round trip) and nearly 4 hours of driving.
When I arrived, I was told the advertised price was a “mistake” and that the vehicle was not available at that price. Instead, I was encouraged to look at a 2026 Carnival at a higher price. The same price remained listed online days later.
This felt like a bait-and-switch after a long trip. Because of this experience, I would not return to this dealership and recommend confirming pricing in writing before traveling.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. They listed this vehicle for $28K on their site and on CarGurus. I called and spoke to three different people and each person told me the same thing, its available and the price is correct. They also mentioned some in house contest they were running where they are very interested in making deals on trade ins. So I drive an hour. I arrive and I'm met by FINN, who asked some questions and when asked about my trade in wanted to see my car. I still hadn't seen the vehicle I came to see yet. He gets done getting the information from my car then asked me to come back inside. I told him I wanted to see the TelluRide. All that was fine, loved the car. Sat down to do fiancing, and magically the $28k car was no $36k because of some "Jackson Advantage" package. They only offered me $3500 for my vehicle. Carmax valued it at $5500. They said it wasnt worth that. There is so much more to say but 1000 characters is 1000 characters

I reached out several times for the contact person (who usually does not work for the dealership) to tell me his manager would reach out. Never did. I bought from another dealer the same vehicle.

They are scamming. Vehicle is listed at 28k but add on a bunch of fees to make it 41k out the door price. Beware do not buy from them. I just left the appointment I had.

Very pushy staff (had the audacity to demand we stay seated before we left after we’d been there for 4 hours), not very hospitable and showed a car that was not in condition to be sold as it had a worn/dirty interior with headlights that needed to be replaced.
Pushy . Tapped his hand on the desk loud enough to make a noise. I explained what I wanted. Once I got approved for alot kept pushing. If you do not have cars under 7000 say it. Once I was told this car was electric said not intrested. They have no cars under 7000 besides this electric car. Walking in the first desk was vaping inside. Stay away from me.

Very upfront and honest. No pressure.
Ended up buying a Sportage from Jackson KIA even though this dealer was a 3 1/2 drive away from where I live in Coral Gables. First, they
had the car I wanted. Second, the salesperson Eric Smith was super-responsive to all my questions and worked with the General Manager to
get me the best deal possible without a lot of back and forth haggling. The price out the door was far less than any KIA dealer in the Miami
area. Third, three of the Miami KIA dealers did not have the vehicle I requested when I arrived. I would highly recommend Jackson KIA and
salesman Eric Smith, General Manager David Morgan, and Finance Manager Tomas Barreto. All of them treated me well and did not play the
usual car salesman games.

Friendly helpful environment yet very structured and professional
Went to see this car at the dealership. It is not $22,319. They never mentioned a "reconditioning fee" which was basically 4 new low end tires, filling in some chipped paint with the wrong color white paint and an oil change for $1600. They also wanted to charge $1500 for the title, tags etc, ridiculous. The car has a rattle in the back where the top is and they wouldn't entertain fixing it or taking any money off of the price so we could have it fixed. We left without the car because who wants to do business like that. There was one very nice sales guy who was helpful and kind but he was at the mercy of dishonest management. Overall just disappointing. Buyer beware!!

Was told by a sales person that the truck was available for purchase and an appointment was made to test drive it. I drove 142 miles to get to the dealership and called them 40 miles out to tell them I would arrive early and was told by the sales manager the vehicle I was coming to see was sold the day before. Had to turn around and head back home. Wasted 6 hours on the road and $85 in gas for nothing. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this dealership. Do not recommend this dealership for any auto purchase.

I was not happy with the lack of communication. When I asked about the “out the door” price their response was a deposit was put down on the Jeep. Within the next week I saw the price go up 1,100k. I received another email about the Jeep saying it was available but no one ever called. I continued to receive emails around 11pm about the Jeep but no one would ever call. The Jeep is now no longer on their website. I felt like I got the round around. This wasn’t a pleasant experience. I just wanted a price so I could cut a check, drive down, pay and drive away. Sounds simple enough.

Dealer replied. Vehicle was not on lot yet. I suggested to come in On Tuesday, earlier not to miss purchasing opportunity, appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. SOLD on Tuesday.

Very courteous . Responded quickly by salesman and by management. Honestly hoping to have someone check vehicle for me this weekend and I live 12 hours away.
