Jake was great. Love the truck!
We had a deal fully agreed upon, including price and warranty. Right as I was about to leave for a 3-hour drive to purchase the vehicle—after making
all arrangements and having my son take off work to drive it home—the dealership informed me they were removing the warranty solely because the
purchase was being made through our company.
This change was communicated at the last minute, after everything had already been agreed to and scheduled. If purchasing through a business
disqualifies a warranty, that should be clearly disclosed up front, not once the buyer is literally preparing to leave.
Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time due to poor communication and changing terms at the final moment.

They were very polite with me I wasn't interested in a vehicle but I decided to go with another one less mileage and more features but they are very polite and respectful and assisted me greatly

We only spoke by text message - I was not able to make it there that day. They did reach out and let me know that the original
salesperson I had spoke with would not be available that next day but they would have someone else help me. I thought that
was very courteous of them.

Super easy
Salesman was nice on the phone. I asked if he could send me a few pictures to my phone. 8 days later and nothing. Car has been listed for 2 weeks with no pictures.

I test drove a 2014 Toyota Rav4 with 60,000+ miles on it. The car was in good condition with a large scratch next to the very back window and a dent in the bumper, so we
offered them less money, it was selling for 22,000 - we offered 20,000. However, they don't negotiate their prices. So, we looked elsewhere and found a 2017 Ford Escape
Titanium fully loaded, with only 42,000 miles selling for a few thousand more than the Rav4. This car is in pristine shape - no scratches, dings, or dents. The dealership also
gave us a warranty for 60 days - 6000 miles instead of the 30 days - 3000 miles Jack Miller offered. The dealership also put a set of brand new tires on my car as well as other
regular maintenance needed.
I've heard this in a commercial years ago and agree wholeheartedly, "It's not the car that makes the difference... it's the dealership."

What a great group of people! Buying a car has all
kinds of difficulty associated with it. Least of all only
getting a “Coke” tin of fuel when leaving the dealership
. Not so with Jack Miller. The car was clean , serviced
and fueled up! Financing was arranged on the spot and
we left within hours of test driving the car !
Customer service , helpful and getting the job done

20,000 they didn't even bother to put new
windshield wipers on the thing the Cadillac xts

Working w/Brad was a great experience. I did most of my shopping on line so I really just went to test drive and
make sure the car was sound. There was one small issue with the vehicle, but they had no trouble addressing
it and it was taken care of by the next day.
I couldn't be happier with the purchase of the vehicle! I will definitely shop here again!
