Very disappointed I drove almost an hour to get there had an appointment but the car was not clean and smell like smoke and made excuses why it was like that we left I think they need to do a better job on preparing there use cars for sale

Great Customer service and Robert was very professional
Arrangements had been made the night prior to driving an hour and a half to view the car at the
dealership. unknown to me it had (sic) been sold the night before and was no longer available. While
an email had been sent to me advising of same, it was sent after I had departed for the viewing. It was
also related to me by email or text that they had tried to call me(while I was on my way there)but no
call had been received from them-not even a missed call. Needless to say I didn't feel like a respected
and valued potential customer.
They told me they don’t sell to out of state people so I said thanks have a good day and hung up phone

Mike all of our vehicles are advertised with rebates from Ford that a consumer must qualify for in order to receive our online price. As well all of our vehicles state that they must be financed with Jack Madden Ford in order to qualify for our online price. Lastly although every effort is made to ensure that our online pricing is correct we do state in our disclosures that "absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed".

Jack Madden Ford responded to my inquiry right away and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule a test drive at a convenient time. The car was clean and ready to test. I loved working with my salesman Jason. He was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. The process to buy the car was quick and easy. Jason delivered the car to me the next day, and spent a great deal of time acquainting me with all of the features of the car. Great customer service! Overall, an excellent car-buying experience!

slipped between 3rd and 4th got back from
the test drive told them the issues it has
There reply was it just went through service I
said it needs to go back to service
How do you call this a certified car
Anyways car wasn’t even close to being
worth 9k what kind of dealer puts a car like
this on the lot with these issues and
Says it’s certified needless to say they lost
my vote I’m sure they will
Reply with some excuses but being in the
auto field myself for 35 yrs there is no
excuse for this period

Nick when you are looking at a vehicle that is almost ten years old and has almost 100,000 miles on it there are going to be a few things that arent perfect on a vehicle. The headlights are slightly faded which is due to age. As far as other issues with the vehicle we can work on those upon request. horrible that's all i can say. inquired about a certain vehicle and was assured that it was available and that it would be put aside for
me, i even offered to leave a deposit. gentleman on phone told me that was not necessary. i explained to him that i was coming
from an hour and a half away. needless to say when i got to the dealer the car was not available. the only thing they tried doing
was selling me a car that was more expensive. would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

it was very easy i found the car on CarGurus'si I was looking for the milage , see if it was in any kind of accident and how many owners had it , I searched different cars and came up with this one the dealer had it ready for me when I got there , my husband and i drove it for a test ride and bought it that night . I got a call back the next day and the financial department got me a better loan price almost $100.00 savings then the first loan. I will tell all my family to use Jack Madden Ford for their next car . P. S. my sister got a different car that had more miles than mine and paid more money than me for the same year car.

The guys who helped me was actually pretty nice. Very informative. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young but I was not taken serious at all. I went there to get a quote for my car and test drive my car of interest. They didn’t try to sell me the car whatsoever nor did I get to test drive the car.

Melanie and jack contacted me and they did it fast and in a professional way.
I set up an appointment and when I arrived the vehicle was gone. Understandable that they sell to the first
person who arrives however, it would have been nice if they notified me so I did not have to drive the hour to
get there on a Saturday morning.

Was excited to purchase a vehicle from this dealership they were happy to sell me the vehicle online untill I said I had my own financing. Then they changed their tune and refused an online sale. Very deceptive.

This dealership was a disgrace! The salespeople were unprepared, gave me a car to test drive that all the lights were not working in it. When I followed up the next day the Sales’s guy Ed was actually yelling at me over the phone. I would not recommend anyone buy from jack madden ford.

The client Barbara came into the Dealership on Monday Nov 6th to look at a Pre Owned 2016 Ford Focus SE which we had listed online for a price of $12,396. We believed we had come to an agreement on the vehicle at the listed price when Barbara stood up and said my offer is $9000 out the door, that's my offer and walked out. The next day, as I always do, I did the Unsold Showroom follow-up and asked if there was anything I could do to assist Her. contacted me in a matter of minutes. I was unable to talk on the phone and
they immediately asked if it was ok to text; which was very convenient for
me.

They got back to me with this vehicle fairly quick, but all the other ones they
kind of ghosted me and never replied. I was prepared to buy a vehicle and
they never responded with more info on the vehicle I was prepared to buy
right then and there.

Being from a less populated area, I might have bias towards this high volume approach to dealership, which proved to be well founded. However, in the beginning, on my initial call Alana, I felt well taken care of. I was connected to sales person, Dana who was initially attentive, personable and professional. Hard to shake negative feelings that I asked for a few alterations in items they changed or added to truck. There was zero willingness to negotiate any difference between cost for tires Dana claimed were being installed & tires I was willing to pay difference for. As learned soon after, the original tires were still installed, therefore was not treated honestly. This alone is enough that I would never recommend this dealership even though this salesman had just begun working there, according to him anyway. Next, he stated a new bed liner was just installed. I asked about removal of bed liner, with me paying the difference between that and a different covering on the bed. This request was not pursued in the least with the reason being some inter-departmental accounting issues making it too complex. As a consumer hearing of these internal obstructions from a business that needs to be 100% dedicated to those who walk in the door looking to buy a vehicle, I feel they have "lost the plot" of what core image needs to be projected to us customers. Upon these requests being flatly denied, then attempts to sell aftermarket service plans that they clearly knew were not in my best interests, I asked that at least I would be able to drive away with a full tank of fuel. This was granted as if it was a special favor to garner a high rating from me. In fact, the salesman asked that I give them a good rating after all this which was offending. Overall, I think I got a good truck for an acceptable price. This is because Ford made a good product and this dealership was able to get their hands on it.

Total misleading I give no stars talked to
representative a week ago made a date which
was today to see car. Dealer said was all ready
and made sure I was still going down so she
could have it ready. I get there and she says
it's down in another lot I'll take you to it, where
gates locked behind us car was filled with
pollen and she didn't have keys. Total waste of
my time car had more problems and also car
she took us in reaked of cigarettes. You call
that customer service? I call it a big waste of
time! I can't even give it one star! Had to click
one star because it wouldn't let me send this

They treated me like a punk kid off of the streets. They claimed i
had to talk numbers and work out a deal before i could even test
drive the vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to
anyone who doesn't "look the part".

Tried to give me a GREAT DEAL on a vehicle that had been in 3
accidents...we almost signed the paperwork when we asked about a
car fax on this 2008 EDGE...They would never have told us but we
knew the deal was too good to be true!insisting they didn't know
about the accidents they tried to sell me another identical vehicle at
about $5000.00-$6000.00 more and I asked why I couldn't get it at
the same price..came up with an excuse....certainly they knew
about the accidents...they just chose not to tell me.

I got a responce right away from the dealership and the salesperson setup an appointment to show me the car I was interested in buying. After driving 1 and half hours to the dealership for my appointment.The salesman who I had the appointment with gave me to another salesperson to take care of me, I guess he was busy. Anyway the salesperson took me over the the vehicle i was there to buy. Well the vehicle was SOLD! How about a phone call to tell me that you've sold the vehicle. I drove 1 and half hours. Thanks for nothing Jack!
