They stopped talking to me once I requested to have my own mechanic perform a pre purchase inspection.
I spoke to the salesman through text. I told them I was waiting on a check from a totaled car and would reach out to see if it was still available when I had the money in hand. I got spammed with constant messages every single day. Even when I would respond and say I would reach out when ready, I kept getting messages. Almost like they were automated. They would come through every single day. So no matter how much I liked that car and was interested, there's no way I would ever do business with this dealer. It seemed very unpersonable and unprofessional. Hounding me to death when there's clear communication from my end is not going to get my business.

We had Robert as our sales man he was welcoming but definitely not honest about the dodge Durango I purchased! I bought it on 11/23/24. I drove 3.5 hours to get the suv he said it had absolutely no problems! We left early in the morning to go get it and by the time I got back home it was dark and noticed the back bar light or my license plate light doesn’t work! I also noticed the passenger windshield wiper doesn’t work and of course I didn’t know till I sprayed the windows while driving and couldn’t see. I contacted Robert about the issue and he’s left me on read. This is a safety issues!!! This is something you let the customer know about! I already got pulled over because of the light! I’m really frustrated I was let know and I need it repaired as soon as possible because I can’t drive it at night! Long story short I’m really frustrated I even went that far to get the car when I could have gotten one closer with no problems!

Contacted Robert at the dealership. He made sure I knew that they had moved to Blue Springs. Took his time and showed me a selection of inventory. They had that would fit my needs. I’ve not purchased yet, but probably will come back and buy from them.

Every thing about this place was first class! From the first call, to driving there and meeting the staff, then to drive off with my dream car , it went perfect, I drove over 2 hours there so did not know what to expect, but I will definitely buy all my cars there
I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone! They are not honest or trustworthy. We tried to use our debit card to hold a vehicle until Friday because we live 4 hours away, the sales manager said he needed cash in hand. We live 4 hours away! They wound up still having the vehicle Thursday, so we told him we would be there Friday afternoon, he said sounds good, we have your name on the vehicle. He texted me a picture and said they sold it less than 2 hours after that. They are not professional or trustworthy at all!

This is a family owned dealership and they treat you like family. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my life and by far this was the best truck buying experience ever. Sam, Nick and Robert were kind, patient and accommodating to help me feel comfortable- and I live 8 hrs away. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from JKB Auto.

Worst dealership experience ever! Too many people involved. Lack of communication. Told one price but tried to quote me a different price. For being the largest volume dealer in the area, they don’t seem too worried about getting cars off the lot.

Put 2k down on this vehicle which should gave brought amount financed down to 9995 plus an extended warranty they offered only to read my contract and see that amount financed was 12640 so it's like the got my 2k and 12640 from the finance comfor a total of 14640 will be calling tomorrow 06/06/2022 on this one to all the ppl buying save all paperwork just in case issues arise

Dealer had the truck listed as “Call for details” Asked the dealer what the price on the truck was. Got a response that it was in the detail shop and they would put a price on it when it was out and he would let me know. A week later, still no response.

Yes the dealer was helpful. All I can tell new customers is check vehicles out thoroughly. Me and my wife looked vehicle over she rode in passenger seat as we test drove purchased vehicle and drove an hour home my wife then drove vehicle and I got in passenger seat and had to adjust seat because I am taller and then noticed the seat was broken. So I started to investigate and notices a compartment on seat was silicone on inside is where the seat was broken.so I thoroughly looked rest of vehicle over and found in very back passenger side panel there was holes in it where someone had possibly cut into it, which was hidden with the t b I'd row seatvin the up position. I contacted dealer manager and he told me they didn't know about it and couldn't do anything about it. I would think a honest dealer like they say would help out a customer on this when they just spent 32000 dollars on a vehicle. So just make sure to thoroughly look over any vehicle before you take possession.
Not impressed. The car was trashed. Then the young salesman asked that I do not rev the car as soon as I sat in it. Asked what they needed for me to test drive it and he responded his sales Mgr. would have to go with me or even drive. I am 51 years old. Told him the car wasn't worth a test drive anyway and thanks for the time. Car looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

Sent an email and got a rude callback. Long story short, I liked the vehicle but there were some
POSSIBLE warts I wanted to know more about before driving 40 minutes out of town and
dropping 20k. Basically, the vehicle was in an accident but there was not much else to go off of.
When I pressed, the caller said I could get the accident report for a few bucks. This kind of
stunk considering it was just a few bucks and therefore, IMO, should have been public to begin
with but not a deal-breaker. Margins are tight. I get it.
The deal-killer for me was when the caller hung up on me while I was mentioning how much I
liked the Nissan manual transmissions. Yeah my kids were loud in the background (I would
have to bring them for a test drive anyway) and everyone has a bad day but come on - that was
not cool. Dalton did call me back and he seemed nice but the train had sailed bc I put the cash
in the mortgage. Did like Dalton so will give a second shot when I am back on the market.
I drove an hour and a half to test drive the cadillac escalade. Was able to do so, but was unable
to have someone take a look at my Tahoe for trade in. Sent pictures and VIN got what i felt was
a very low offer. Now saying you can get a better offer for mine, but need to see the vehicle. I'm
interested in trading. But now need to drive back down and unsure of what the trade difference
will be. Feel as though I've wasted a day or two possibly.. Would like to make the deal happen,
just don't want my time to wasted.

I was contacted quickly by a salesman who provided a name of Robert. I explained I
was 2-1/2 hours away and that I would be arriving at 6:00 PM. On my arrival, I was met
by Matt who explained that Robert was in a meeting (even though the dealership closed
in an hour). Matt asked if I wanted to go for a test drive and then asked if I wanted to
drive. I felt like this should be a given since I was looking into spending close to 22k
dollars on a used vehicle.
After driving the vehicle, I asked Matt what the bottom dollar was and he promptly
stated "that would be a question for a manager." We went inside the dealership to
negotiate and sat down in Matt's cubicle. Robert came over and told Matt to hang
around to listen. Matt said "ok dad, I'll hang out" (or at least something to that effect).
Robert explained the asking price was his bottom dollar and unwilling to negotiate (even
though someone yelled from another area and said 22k was the bottom). The van had
substantial body damage.

It was a slight slip up at the end but they came around I got 2 phone calls prior to going out.When I got there dealers were on the lot smiling,willing to talk,alert,ready to sale.Diverse cast of people which is key.They seem like a group of guys that were trying to sell big American cars.The financier could’ve listen to the customer a lil bit better,but at the end they realized they there job was to get us in “their” automobile.He ran the the paperwork out to our house with a lower APR!Help us..Help you kinda guys

Very easy to do business with. All the employees were really easy to talk to and very friendly. Great transaction!
Vehicle details weren’t accurate, vehicle miles were off and the features weren’t accurate either. The vehicle conditions weren’t what you’d expect when your going to test drive either. We had to jump start the vehicle and while looking at a few I noticed flat tires. There were plenty to look at but that really made me question the overall condition of the vehicle I’d be buying.
We ended up buying a different car from this dealer than what we first reached out for. Staff was friendly, helpful and so far, no issues with the car we bought. I will warn buyers the cars are not clean. We asked for it to be cleaned a 2nd time & it was barely better. It didn’t stop us from buying & I read this had happened before. The price was right on the car. The dealer refused to lower the price bc of dirty interior but looking back I should have demanded a 3rd or 4th cleaning.

Drove an hour and a half to see a 2010 SRT Challenger that was on here. Got there and drove around the lot and couldn't find it. I went in and asked a salesman and he told me the car had been stolen. He didn't say when but said that he had to leave the listing on line til the car was recovered for the insurance company. I find it very hard to believe the insurance company says you must leave a car that has been stolen on here. He also said he would be happy to show me a couple lesser optioned cars they had on the lot. BAIT AND SWITCH! Buyer be ware
Watch out... this dealer has multiple F150s listed as higher trim levels than what they really are. As well as added options that don't even exist. Sure looks like they are trying to pass these vehicles off as worth more than what they really are.
Found a listing on another site showing the truck was $8000 over priced, that site did not have all the fake options and trim levels listed. The salesman specifically told me he was "looking at it on car gurus and it says fair price" not true at all, i looked immediately and it still showed it way over priced EVEN with all the fake ad ons. Shady listings and salesman flat out lied about it.

Unbelievably disappointed in the
misrepresentation of this vehicle by this
dealership! I prearranged test drive
before making hour and half drive only to
be told I would need to wait for a tune up
to be done for a "misfiring issue in
engine probably caused from steam
cleaning of engine". I waited an hour. In
meantime I was offered a 2012 Odyssey
to test drive which on inspection noticed
it has a large bleached out deteriorated
carpet in back of van which had a
pricetag of $20k. I declined. Once 2014
was ready I noticed the carpet on
flooring was slit in several places and
interior metal on back seat was rusted.
The interior was badly abused and was
told probably children. When asked
about whether vehicle had been under
water was told "we have nothing to hide".
When I voiced my extreme upset the
manager said he was sorry it did not
meet my expectations. With a $20,910
pricetag and having spoken to manager
several times prior to going to see, my
only expectation was to find an honestly
represented product fairly priced..neither
true! I would never do business with JKB
in Harrisonville nor would I recommend
to anyone!!

As soon as I pulled into the JKB parking lot, they were waiting for
me and knew why I was there. Jeff the Sales agent welcomed
me as soon as I got out of my car. We test drove the mustang
Jeff answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about
the mustang. Also offered a donuts, water. Then there was Robert who
was nice, profession able and very knowledgeable going over the
vehicle warranty plans.
He understood when I asked to check out the mustang again, just to sit
in it he went over some of the mustang features. Bill the finance agent
was very through going over all of the papers to sign. I never felt
pressured into buying the mustang, they were all very friendly and
courteous, Jeff even wanted a pic of us w/mustang for the facebook page
!!!

Bought a truck from JKB over the phone and it was shipped to me.. . Was told after buy that AC needed a part dealer would furnish and pay to install.."just send us copy of invoice".. The part they sent wasn't needed .needed a different part which I bought and paid to install. Sent them invoice.. No response from JKB.. And no reimbursement. Lesson learned the hard way by me

The salesman Michael was a very nice fellow. However when I asked him about the features on this vehicle the answers I received we're not to my liking. When I asked about the subwoofer in the console he said it doesn't have it. When I asked about the Bluetooth feature he said it doesn't have it. When I asked about the backup camera he said it doesn't have it. When I asked about the DVD player he said it doesn't have it. When I asked about the extra set of tires and wheels he said it doesn't have it. All these things were described is coming with this vehicle. That description came from CarGurus. I do not know if the dealership was aware of what car gurus was saying this vehicle came with. However they should have been able to see everything I was reading about it. I bought the vehicle because even with those discrepancies I thought it was worth the money. The dealership in my opinion is as good as any.

JKB (Tim) knew we were coming from Colorado Springs, Co early Friday morning. We gave courtesy updates on our arrival. Tim stated he didn't know we were coming on Friday. The vehicle hadn't been gone over for maintenance issues. Rear wiper didn't work, and rear window didn't go down, rear defrost didn't work. Additional claims were made that they we're going to do maintenance to the vehicle that never came to fruition. It was stated the price of $18,995 was dropped for us. Not true, the website had dropped pricing prior to us contacting them. Joe the owner stated over the phone, that he wasn't dropping the price a penny more. The AC was claimed to have been looked at and repaired. We believe it was charged with enough Freon to get us down the road. The price was dropped an additional $900.00 for the window/rear wiper. We're out an additional $600.00 for an AC line replacement, due to a leak. First dealership/broker new or used sales that we've been at, that we had to ask to wash and vacuum out the vehicle upon purchase. Previous reviews are spot on concerning their lack of customer service, and how they speak to their employees. Acting like their doing us a favor! Aside from purchasing a vehicle As Is, Customer service is everything, and as a favor, I would never recommend them to anyone. Very frustrating!

Salesman made a promise he couldnt keep. Told us they could take the vehicle to our third party mechanic, knowing where we live, where our mechanic was and who he was. When trying to set it up, he had to ask his boss, who sad no. Despite this we still would have looked at the truck and probably purchased it, however, when called on the misinformation given, the Salesman became extremely rude and terse. Will not buy from or recommend them to anyone.

It's not a 2015 Cadillac but a 2013!
I drove 45 minutes to look at this vehicle and when I arrived I
was very disappointed that it was a 13. I spoke with their
salesperson and showed them the Cargurus Ad listing it as a
2015 and he said "it looks like someone isn't doing their job",
then I asked if there was a warranty on the vehicle and he
told me to look up the VIN and contact the manufacture.
This was several weeks ago and if you look today, the 2013
Cadillac ATS 2.5L Luxury is still listed as a 2015!!!! This
place is truly disappointing and is why Used Car Dealerships
get a bad name! I'm still looking but not here!!!

persistent but pleasant as the far as the individual, when
auto places state they can help people with bad credit they
should be able to. It is very frustrating to spend the time,
allow your credit to take yet another hit of an inquiry and
effect your score meanwhile no one can do anything. these

Issac was tremendous. He responded to every email, every call and answered every question in a very polite way. Willard was also very helpful in the paperwork process.

Called them about a car & they told me they were not even willing to negotiate at all on the price & were pretty rude about it. I bought from someone else & got a better deal.
