Been trying to get info on vehicle nearly all of May without much help. Supposedly the sales manager has me on his call list since Monday, but as of Thursday at 1pm I still haven’t received a call. They have had this vehicle for over 3 months on their lot and I think I know why.

Overall a terrible experience. Was forced to have my credit ran before I even laid eyes on the car we wanted to look at ($11,000 car) and they also took our car and test drove it for 30 minutes while we waited inside to see if we qualify for a car we didn't even know we wanted yet. They then turn around and gave a very insulting trade in value of $500 for our 2011 hyundai sonata with 103k miles on it. Exterior does need some work but mechanically the car doesn't have a single issue. It needs a new steering wheel coupler that makes the steering wheel rattle currently but the part is $6 and would take a mechanic maybe 45 minutes to fix. It would be about $400 to get the coupler fixed at an auto shop (we looked) but didn't think a small fix would be such an issue for a large car broker like JFR. Makes me question their knowledge and quality of work on their cars. Brenda was awful too, very unprofessional and rude. Reason for such a low trade in value was "it's a little rough"

The truck was not emissions equipped. Had turbo fault codes in the edge chip. I had asked if the truck had been tuned, salesman said no. I drove 2 hours to see it and found out it was tuned.

The dealership sales people were prompt and honest in providing me information concerning this particular car. It was a great value and very clean vehicle, but in the end my decision was swayed by the odd roofline that Chevy designed for that particular year Z06.

They were up front about the damage and answered all call. Ended up
getting a different car on the lot. Did my homework on the car (even with a
slight pushy salesman) and ended up getting a great deal.

Dan out of the Littleton office is awesome. He was so personable and took his
time with me and did plenty of follow up (without being pushy). I didn't end up
getting this car but would definitely work with Dan again.

I ended up buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited,
however ALL of the vehicles in their inventory were in
excellent condition! The transition was smooth, and Jason
Sharpe my salesman, was prompt in his email responses
and very diligent in his approach to making sure all my
questions and concerns were answered! I have and will

well I was looking at a toyota 4runner they had listed, we made
contact on Monday, I asked them to notify me if this vehicle sold,
as I live about 45 minutes from them, one way. we set an
appointment for that saturday, on my way there I decide to call
them to make double sure, they still had the 4runner I wanted.
He said to let him call me back in 10 minutes to verify, that they
still had it.
Well I get there about 30 minutes we talked on the phone and he
said "YES" they still have it, so we drive over to where their cars
are parked, and its NOT there... After he said "YES" they still
have it.... Typical used car saleman, will never use them, and will
tell everyone NOT to contact them.,

I recently bought a beautiful car through JFR &
associates and the second day the check engine
light came on and I began having problems. I
immediately tried to get in contact with
jim(broker) and he said take it to shop and see
what it is. Well after I took it to shop and fixed it, I
tried to get in contact with him and he didn't
respond for over a week. At this time one
problem with car was fixed but another came up.
After i talked to him he explained he wanted to
assist and for me to take it to the shop. Well i
took it to another shop to get fixed and now
everything on car is good. I tried to get in contact
with jim right away because I really needed the
assistance and he ignored my situation for over
a week. Finally he responds and says he was in
contact with previous owner and he was willing
to help but because I was getting frustrated with
the no contact situation i said I would leave a
nice review of my experience and now he's
childish and refusing to help. So I have spent
over $700 and was led to think the entire time
JFR would help make it right but they didn't do
anything so be careful going through this
company and through him personally. Thanks for

Did not feel comfortable with the 'history' being told to me about the jeep. It
was quite obvious that it had been used off road, but the dealer insisted it
hadn't. Also asked for some time to think about the price, since the dealer
was not willing to negotiate AT ALL. When I contact him again two hours
later, he informed me there was someone else interested in the vehicle that
was waiting to see if I was going to buy, and he sold it to them. Just a
general bad feeling about the business. Glad I didn't end up with the car.

price than typical dealership, with better service. They had no problem with
me taking the car to a mechanic for an inspection. In fact, they were happy to
let me take the car for a couple of day so I could get it in to my shop. No
pressure, very friendly and helpful. I would buy through them again and give
them the highest recommendation.

I was in a big hurry and although they were backed up themselves jumped
right in to help me. I didn't realize its best to have an appointment instead of
dropping by. They were so nice that even though they were all with
appointments the gentleman who helped me asked his appointment if they
would mind if he slipped away for 5 min to go up to the lot and bring this car
down for me. When I buy a car I WILL call them first. Thank You JFR &

I called because I'm in the market for a convertible corvette. I was looking at a couple others, and asked him for his bottom dollar. He informed me that they normally don't negotiate, but said he would talk to his supervisor and call me back. I gave him my contact information and never heard from him again. I own a modular and manufactured housing company for the last seven years and have been a realtor and land developer for the previous 13 years. I can't imagine how long I would have stayed in business by not returning phone calls. Almost embarrassing as it has been a week. I am a cash buyer and already own a convertible Shelby, I just thought this would look nice in the garage next to it. And the search continues.
