Would give less than one star if possible. Claims vehicle to be in good condition. Photos alone show other wise. The imp they have email will make snotty comments and attempt to insult you like a child when you call them out on their bs. Bottom line … any dealership that acts that way towards a customer is definitely not a legitimate dealership and their vehicles are probably overpriced garbage oriented to take advantage of those with poor credit .

In all honestly, I'm gonna say that. They did not
give me a very good price on the car. As the last
card that I got, which was also an acura was. It is
several $1000 less and it was less gas mileage
on the car. Not only that, but they advertise on
their site and it's very explicit that they do
finance through their accompany and I asked
them to finance and they said. Well, we don't do
that here. You would have to do that through
your bank. And that is never mentioned on their
website. So I felt that for all the amount of travel
that I took. I didn't feel like I was really treated
like a really Is important client.

Outstanding!!! JDM Auto is family owned and they all truly take pride in their inventory and business! They were all professional and customer service is a 5 star experience which was not the case at several other dealers in the area. Once I decided to purchase the infinity Rose had everything ready and in no time I was on my way in my new car! The only disappointment was the listing said it had Bluetooth, navigation and premium pkg but it's just a base model which is fine because I have a Bluetooth converter. Everything else was outstanding!!! I would highly recommend.

Upon arrival from an hr drive. Vehicle was being brought back to the dealership from the shop. When vehicle arrived back salesman was very nice and honest. Advised him of 2 problems with truck, he advised me due to the price they won't fix issues. The DVD player wasn't working and the trunk didn't have power to go up and down. I asked him directly if they would fix issues and he advised me no they won't. I do understand it's a used vehicle, but the purpose of this vehicle would've been the entertainment for the kids in the back. But it had no function or power to work. I did see they sold the vehicle maybe they fixed it for that person I'm not sure. But when I asked it was relayed to me as "no" they won't fix it.

You definitely want to get your own pre purchase check. Not from the list given to you by the dealer. My mistake. I took it to my dealer two weeks after purchase and had to replace rear brakes when AAA told me everything was fine. I’m also dealing with a transmission issue that the protection cover I purchases does no cover. Otherwise love the car.

The sales team was pleasant and low key, no pressure at all, so that was a nice change, BUT ...
Their system for getting a presale inspection is very weird. You HAVE to choose from their list of about six pre-approved mechanics, pay for it in advance, then THEY have to take the car to be inspected. It took them almost a week to do it while we waited & waited.
Once we finally got an inspection, it turned out there were numerous problems with the CRV. The mechanic estimated at least $1000 to fix it all, possibly more. They refused to fix anything other than two minor issues & only agreed to take $100 off (but only if we waived their 3 month warranty). Not likely after the mechanic who did the inspection said no way HE’D buy it! One of the doors couldn’t even be locked manually. Who wants a car that you can’t lock???
And that’s with the car ALREADY priced well above the HIGHEST BB estimate. Add in their exorbitant $699 Dealer Processing Fee and YIKES!

The staff at JDM is wonderful. Very responsive, informative and professional. They contacted me swiftly and answered all of my questions. I did notice the trip to the dealership due to timing and a few days prior to my attempted travel to the dealer, I saw the particular vehicle in the se color in person on the highway and I just didn't like it at all. I love that car in every other color other than blue
So I opted to continue my search. The staff at JDM did everything on their end perfectly with giving me everything I needed on my end and leaving all the planning to me. They didn't bombard and hassle with constant calls, texts or emails and I greatly appreciate that. I'm sorry they didn't have the vehicle I was in the market for at this time and will definitely consider them in the future. I highly recommend JDM Auto and will do so to friends and family.

I called dealer before we went over there the drive was an hour out of my way. The car fax said no accidents, but it was clear the rear bumper had been replaced on an 06 accord we looked at.

This dealer is an absolute crook! My son bought a
car and the next day the engine light came on.
Took it to a Mazda dealership who said it needed
a Complete new engine And that the misfires had
been cleared right before my son purchased the
vehicle . Sabor refuses to do anything said it was
my sons driving ! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

I called the dealer and got a quick, but that was the only good thing in the entire experience. When I got to the place the person working there was so rude. He answered everything we said with a sarcastic comment. There was another girl who was helpful, but I think the guy was her manager, so she couldn’t do too much. We got the car out and came with us on the test drive. When we got back, before we could even finish our sentence about the price, the guy rudely cut us off and said the price is on the car which was actually more than the car guru price. I was already done by that point, but I had liked the car. When we said that we were paying in cash so.... he cut us off and said that they only take cash and don’t even finance, when it says clearly on their website that they finance. I just said thanks and walk out after that. The whole experience was awful; I almost f like he didn’t want to be there and definitely didn’t want to sell that car. Definitely won’t recommend going here.

Contacted JDM the first day they listed the car. They hadn't even had a chance to upload the Carfax report. They offer to email it directly to me and I received it shortly after. We went there as soon as they opened the next morning. Car had been detailed and was very clean. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind and helpful. Good selection of cars and good people.

Outstanding! The dealer responded to my inquiry within 24 hrs. I was able to schedule a test drive and Urooj Pirzada was a joy to deal with. The entire car purchasing experience was very pleasant without any sales pressure. The car was very competitively priced, but I offered a lower purchase price. The dealer countered with a very fair offer and a deal was struck. After purchasing the car and examining it closer I realized what a great deal JDM Auto gave me. I highly recommend JDM Auto. All of the vehicles on their lot appeared to be the best of the best. From now own JDM Auto is my dealer of choice!

Regarding the dealership:
Super friendly, family run, and helpful. They go over all their vehicles (see below) and do any repairs needed before putting them on the lot. Not many dealerships do that, and it pays off with their repeat customers as well as word of mouth which gives them a customer base from five different States.
Becky answered all my questions, going out in the lot after working hours in the cold to look it over for me. She kept up the conversation with me until late in the evening. This is what made us decide to make the trip the next day to take a look.
What we found:
The van we drove up from NC to see had multiple problems. The dealership handles mostly newer and more expensive vehicles, so when they get a lower end one in stock, if it passes the States inspection they don't go over it other than clean it up. That was the case with this van. When we pointed out the problems they offered to repair them but we decided against it.
The owner felt so bad that he told us he had just bought a van the day before that was currently being inspected. He went to get it for us to look at, and it turned out to be the one for me. We waited while they cleaned it up, then drove home my new baby. We discovered one problem with it on the way home that we're hoping the free warranty will cover.
Overview:
I would recommend to anyone needing a good used vehicle to make the trip. They are a relatively small lot, but that's what keeps them reliable, efficient and a good deal on top of it.
