I purchased a 2004 Mini from them ! Easy to locate business, in Plymouth ! Another Plus is that the owner is a car guy and has Road America interests ! Clean office and shop ! ( A real Car Guys Office etc ) Lots of neat car STUFF ! Excellent to work with ! Went thru with me about all features about the Mini ! And helped me get the Mini to my location. Answered my many questions ! that I had while at the shop and answered my e mails about care ? of the Mini !

Well I originally bought this with the paperwork stating only the ac was bad. I drove off and smelled burning tranny fluid only to drive back and drop the car off to fix the leak.(was dripping tranny fluid from lines rapidly. So after about a week of the purchase I did get the vehicle delivered And back which I thought was cool bc I live over 2 hours from the shop. I also paid the shop 250 to fix the ac. So two days after getting the vehicle back the check engine light comes on. So I take it to a Chevy dealership to get the engine light and a alignment. Couldn’t even get an alignment until the bent control arm was fixed. The engine light is for a emission leak in two spots. One of the leaking spots is a discontinued part. They had originally replaced fuel lines and pump bc of rusting out over time. It’s obvious they were aware of the issue and reset the engine light. Basically the paperwork stating what was good on the vehicle was half wrong.

Hi Scott. We are sorry to hear about the check engine light coming on after a couple days of you owning it. The check engine light was in fact reset by our tech, but not for any emission leak problems. We did a substantial amount of work to make the car right, including sensor replacements. We went as far as ordering and replacing all new brake and fuel lines, which our local dealer also told us was discontinued. There were no codes for any emission leaks while in our possession and we don't want you to think we erased codes to try and cheat. There was also no evidence of any bent suspension p

my son bought a truck from them sept 2nd i relise he bought it as is but we got down the interstate about 15 min and the engine light came on it was to late to turn around and go back because they were closed.they had not done anything to the truck as far as we could see. The inside was dirty the oil was not changed cause my son checked the oil and you could barely see any oil on the dip stick and the battery cables were all corroated.Every other truck we looked at from other dealers were always clean and everything checked out as being better serviced. He bought this truck because it was the lowest priced he could afford, he is on disabilty and can't afford to pay much.The people there were nice but they don't do anything to thier used vehicles before they sell them they should get them in better shape before they sell them. it could end up being a hazzard. I called them right away when we got home that day and left a message but he hasn't heard from them yet. We will never do business with them again cause they don't service their used vehicles good before they sell them as we found out that is not good business as far as i am concerned.They were not very truthfull about this truck.Thank you for listening

We are sorry to hear about your troubles. Just wanted to clarify a few things. The truck was fully inspected by an ASE certified repair shop. We have repair bills totaling over $350. The oil change was missed by the repair shop, but we did cut you a check for $50 before you left to have that covered. The truck was a fresh unit for us and just came out of the shop and we did not have a chance to get it detailed. We did, however, give you a $500 discount off the price of the vehicle. Dealer was responsive to my phone calls even after the sale when I had questions. We were able to buy the car the same day, the process was very simple, did not get pressured to buy unnecessary items, and overall they were knowledgeable about the vehicle.
