They call me 3 times last time at 4.20 pm and once arrived there 4.30 pm the car was already sold No words about it

After I inquired through text about the car, they wanted me to take a test drive so I know it was still available. I was 400 miles away so I asked for an estimate on delivery. Silence! I requested a virtual test drive even though I knew I was already ready to buy. Silence! I tried calling them---no answer. I sent them another text inquiring about the car. Silence! Then contacted them again through Car Gurus by email trying to get something from them. They NEVER responded again. The next day I get an email from Car Gurus saying that the car I was interested in had sold. "You missed it" I can't help but wonder if they ever actually had that car for that price or were they just wanting to get me on their lot. I guess I'll never know because they will not respond. Way to go JC Auto Market.

I had a very straight forward and pleasant experience at JC Auto Market. The manager Johnny paid attention to me and listened to my concerns. He's very professional, knowledge and personal. I got the info and the car that I wanted. I def recommend JC Auto Market!

They responded quickly , but be aware the dealer chargers almost 800dls in "dealers fee"..

Communication was good. Front bumper on vehicle appeared to be a different color and paint was flaking only on bumper from what I could see in photo. May not have been wrecked but I would assume someone did at least hit something and replace it. They said condition was 9/10 all around and didn’t say anything about the bumper being replaced.

Absolutely the worst sales man I’ve ever met. I think he might of been holding the car for his friend or something. He did not even try to sell it to me. His words after discussing the price were “ I wanna drive a Ferrari but I can’t afford it”. Little does he know I had whatever money i needed to buy the car. Do not go here.

While I went through the process of buying a different vehicle from them... Got approved for financing and everything was done except finalizing the price. I had multiple conversations with Fernanda and Carlos along with the finance company but when we were getting ready to finalize the price, a couple minor repairs that need to be done as well as a warrenty.... they ghosted me. "I'll call you right back"... I'm not chasing someone to buy their vehicle. I was approved for a full price offer but I told them I wanted to be a slightly lower monthly payment. $20 less. After reading previous reviews I was skeptical about even walking in to the dealer and even told them that I hated car dealers and the games they play. Just wanted a fair deal. Fernanda assured me she would get me a "fair deal" and then never called me back. This was a week ago. I drove past the lot and the vehicle was still there. What are they hiding? Maybe they're just too busy.

The salesman was somewhat helpful and the process was easy. The vehicle I purchased is turning out to need more work then I expected. Some of the things could have easily been fixed by the dealer. I feel as though he was not completely honest with me.

Really one the best and easiest vehicle purchases I have ever had. Trying to buy a couple of more vans in the next few months. These guys do it right no hassle. They have my long term business for sure.
