JW trucks is the way to go great experience
Flew out from San Diego for a 2016 sprinter and was told by Tom he was the only owner, no accidents, and the van was clean (Carfax confirmed this). Upon arrival and inspection of the van, I noticed that the right passenger door and underneath the wheel well was rusted and had been welded on, meaning it has some sort of damage. When I brought this up to Tom, he then told me the top of the vehicle was in a accident 5 years ago, now keep in mind the vehicle is a 2016 so an accident 5 years ago is not possible. Then when I brought this up, the accident was 4 years ago (still not possible). Then I found out that he did not own the vehicle and it was another business.
TLDR - this dealer is shady.

Our dealership has been in business for 25 years, and we follow strict guidelines on our reputation policy. Futhermore, we do not have any knowledge of this customer being to our dealership nor have we had a 2016 Sprinter in our inventory for has been offered for retail sale. This is a false review. Dealer contacted me and was not pushy. Just a well balanced approach, I will continue to look at the vehicles at JW's.
Overall, I felt like I got a pretty good deal on this truck. The navigation card had been removed from the truck and the back up camera wasn't working properly. They added $500 to put a card in and repair the camera. I felt like that should have been on them in the negotiated price, but still felt overall I got a good deal. The folks at the dealership were very friendly and helpful.

Had call three times just to get a price. Talk to a dealer first time . Said call right back with price never did . Had call back on my on . Talk to another one going email information about it never did . I'm a customer that have a check from capitol one bank all ready pre approved . That's how I bought my Mercedes Benz . I hate to say it seems like when they hear your voice and seen what color you are conversation change about helping you.
