Dealer was poor. For someone selling high end cars the experience was disappointing. Didn't detail/clean the car. Tried to sell without valve stem covers. Didn't buff out scratches. Only provided one key. Didn't have car ready at the time of the appointment

The people I dealt with were all nice. That said, I was looking at a used Audi but just comparing. I am looking for a used Tesla S Plaid, of which there are a few, and the prices seemed cheap. Sadly, NOT 1 CSR could tell me truth about what I was looking for: I said specifically; I am looking for a Tesla model S Plaid WITH the "Track Package" and was told they have it on every model I saw online. I finally asked several times," the track pack has Carbon Fiber brakes, 20" or 21" wheels AND NON-GOVERNED (tuned by Tesla), capable of 200mph. What a run-around waste of time, they'd say yes, then maybe and no once I explained what the track package is to 3 people! I will not even consider doing business with this company. Here's a point of interest for the owners: TRAIN YOUR STAFF....

Never visited - but they reached out right away - I found another car at another dealer
They were very communicative when making an appointment however I am grateful that I checked prior to leaving my house for said appointment because the vehicle had been sold and I was not notified. Thankfully I didnt waste an almost hour drive to an already sold vehicle. I believe it is rude and irresponsible to not tell a potential client that the vehicle they're interested is no longer available. It feels like a bait and switch situation.
Don’t waste your time! I contacted the dealer regarding an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Immediately received a response from Zena. Zena forwarded my questions to Adam Ali for follow up on January 14th. I was looking for a trade value on a 2017 BMW X1 with 148k miles. I waited 15 days for a response that came back at a whopping $1k offer for my vehicle. No where in line with Edmunds, KBB, or what two other dealers offered for the vehicle. Completely wasted my time and his for that fact. Lost my business as a result and guess what, the car is still sitting on the lot. Folks, this is how some car dealers EARN their reputation. Buyer beware!!!

Talked to a guy named Adam. He told me he would call me back on certain questions and just never did. He also likes to call me “Boss” way too much. Once or twice, ok bud.
But maybe not after every comment you feel like you need to make. Not the sales guy for me. I’m sure someone out there would just love it though. We have a different Model S plaid showing up next week.

The response to my inquiry was gung ho promising to satisfy my request for specific information and volunteering to do a video walk around. That was on a Saturday night! The following week I received nothing but rude emails from the person assigned to the task and who of course, provided nothing. Wow! Just wow.

I personally did not have a good experience. I found my dream car and emailed this dealership on a saturday. I thought that a real person was emailing me back and Advising me that a sales person would call me on monday, come to find out it was just ai. No one ever called me on Monday and so I followed up with the email and again was advised someone would call me. Around 3:00 p.m. on Monday I made a call to the dealership after being fed up. I spoke to Andy and we did a FaceTime around the vehicle and I told him that I wanted it and to send me a contract and I would wire the money the next day. I asked him to hold the vehicle for 24 hours in order to give me time to wire the money, he advised that that was no problem. I even asked if he needed a deposit or anything. He then called me about an hour later and I wasn't able to answer but he texted me and said do not send the wire because another sales rep sold the vehicle. It was a very disappointing experience.

There were no actual photos of the vehicle on the site - I asked for photos of the
actual car. I also asked if GPS/NAV is on the vehicle. Crickets.

Was interested in this Range Rover and the person I spoke to was absolutely not interested in selling this car to me don’t bother to follow up with don’t even attempt to make a deal I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .. not to mention a week later the price went up on this vehicle

I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. My 17 year old son chose to purchase his first pre-owned vehicle from J & S Mitsubishi and as soon as he left the lot the car started having all types of issues. Drivetrain Malfunction, Cruise Control Malfunction, Drivetrain light came on in the vehicle. When we opened the trunk we found car parts in the trunk from an attempted repair I assume. When we towed the vehicle to a local shop it turns out the car needs a water pump and a new transmission for several thousand dollars. We have reached out to our sales rep Ben Markulec, who claims there is nothing he can do to help us, which I find completely ridiculous that this can not be good-willed in some way. There has been absolutely no accountability. I called several times asking for a manager, I also called their other stores. I was told that a manager was going to call us back. I also asked to speak to George Saliba and till this day no call back.

Dealership always seems to be distracted whenever you call. I've called twice and they were busy in personal conversations
both times. The first time, the sale person said he would call back and six hours later he never did. The second time I called
an hour and a half before closing and the second sales person said that they were closing "soon" and I should just call back
on Monday. He was clearly laughing and joking with other staff and I was interrupting their horseplay. Truly, this is sad
because I just wanted to purchase a vehicle they had. If only it was on any other lot, I would be driving it now.

I felt like I had to beg for them to provide any
information and I recognized them being
dishonest a couple of times. The dealer told
me the dash was in good shape even though it
was clearly bubbling in the photos. When I
asked for more photos I was told it had just
arrived from auction and wasn’t ready yet, but
the car had been at the dealer for months.
When I called them on this info they admitted
the dash was damaged.
This isn’t the kind of dealership I want to do
business with.

We drove an hour to see this car. We were 2 miles from dealer when they texted me the car was sold the day before. I went there anyway. The manager was not very accommodating. I waited a bit to speak to the salesman but got tired of waiting. The next day the car was still listed for sale but $2000 higher! Not a good experience!

Love the car but for me customer service matters. I know people buy cars every day but this is my first experience purchasing a luxury vehicle. I'd like to feel like I want to give my $ in exchange for feeling good while I purchase. The gentleman I spoke with made me feel as if he were doing me a favor by selling me a car from his lot. In fact he stated that it doesn't matter to him if I buy off his lot or not. So I'm not. Good luck to me on my future purchase.

Let's see. They told me the car was available. They ran my credit. Asked me how much I wanted to leave down. I told them then they said car was sold. I was pretty baffled. We have other cars available. They should have told me the car was sold or being processed to buy before they ran my credit Just be honest.

No body at the dealership calls you back after the first call. It took us 5 days to work on a deal that ultimately didn’t work out. They were rude, spoke down to me, and flat out ignored me most of the time. I would have to call 3 times to get them to pick up and they still would not answer the questions I had. They have zero interest in selling cars, and at one point told me I should shop else where. I ended up buying the exact same car I was looking at at a different dealership. I would not recommend these people even if they were the only dealership left. Giving them even one star feels like too much.

What can I say, Ben was great and the other people we dealt with were nice, but, they refused to lower to the price I wanted. Then, 2 days later, I see the same car listed by them at a LOWER price than I have offered!? Even with that, no one bothered to reach out and see if I was still interested.
The real downside - for me anyway - is they are in NJ, which is 3 hours from me. So, when we couldn't make a deal, I had to leave and just not willing to go back and make the trip unless I KNOW I'd be leaving with the car.
Also, they seem to not understand how PA works. Insisted I needed the car on my insurance or I couldn't take it...even though it was 5:30pm on a saturday..and my PA insurance gives me coverage for 3 days..precisely for this reason.

I mistakenly thought they were much closer to me and then realized they were several hundred miles away; consequently, I could not proceed with my interest in the vehicle. I understand first come first serve so that was okay but they also have a black truck that’s the same color, price and miles as the truck that was sold. I honestly felt so uneasy with Rami that I wanted a new salesman. So the next day I called back to the dealership and I still got Rami. He literally yelled at me and was very rude with me bc I didn’t ask for him. I continued to inquire about the black truck. Asked him what my interest rate would be. He then rushed me off the phone. He told me he would call me back and never has. It’s very hard to find these trucks but at this point I can do without the hassle of purchasing anything over the phone. If I had the chance to fly to New Jersey I would but I just have changed my mind due to this particular experience.

This encounter ultimately caused me to buy the same vehicle from another dealership. This could be an isolated incident, but this should absolutely never happen.

The salesman was professional in that he strongly
recommended a pre-purchase inspection as I
wasn’t going to be able to test drove it. However,
the service he recommended had lousy reviews
so I found another. Their technician discovered
serious damage had not been repaired from the
“minor accident” that had been reported on the
Carfax report. The dealer mustn’t have inspected
it themselves. I did not buy the car.
I don’t normally leave reviews but it was literally amazing dealing with these guys. Went in for a Lexus, was one of the only dealers who price was what you see is what you get plus obviously state tax and DMV fee which you can’t avoid. None of that bait and switch finance price bull all theses other dealer was trying to get me with. The process was smooth was in and out in less than a hour. Highly recommended, look out for those other dealers who will state one price then hit you with “oh that’s the finance price with 5k down” theses guys don’t do that highly recommend.
Worst experience EVER! Rude, dishonest, bothered…my experience with three of the salesmen…asked for a video as I’m out of town and was told absolutely zero defects three times and immediately the generic video of the front and back showed significant damage and we’re not talking chips, dings, and scratches but a completely damaged hood…they’re embarrassing themselves but don’t have the mentality to know it…
Pete is an absolute rock star. Sent me pictures when it was 10 degrees outside. Super friendly and helpful. We got most of the finance and inspection work sorted out online. No more four-hour waiting at the dealer. I showed up, signed the papers, and drove my new car off lot in about half an hour. 100% would recommend.

thousands in hidden fees bringing the vehicle price way higher than expected. Well not at this dealer. Rami, my salesperson was

Dealer has been great and very accommodating,
I called the head office and explained that I would be unable to come inside the building due to the fact that I
have two family members with pre-existing conditions. The head office rep said that they can sign all
documents outside and that there's no need to go inside the building. I proceeded to call the Hamilton location
(609-584-4777) and spoke with someone that has an accent. I explained my situation. He said that I could go
and test drive the car, but if I wanted to purchase it, I would have to go inside. Such a simple request and yet
no willingness to budge.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE, DONT BUY HERE‼️‼️ I bought 2014 Mercedes with only 50k miles from JS in ewing, literally after one day I found out it needed a $4,000 repair, oil is leaking into the engine also causing it to sqeak non stop this is MAJOR/DANGEROUS PROBLEM!!!! The service manager said “well you shoulda bought a extended warranty.” I showed him how the car is squeaking, he said his car squeaks too, and i shouldn’t complain about a used car. I Called to make another appointment to point out the problem and the manager said he will call me but never did and never will. I WILL MAKE SURE I EVERYONE KNOWS HOW SHADY & DISRESPECTFUL THESE PEOPLE ARE, the sales team is nice but the service will say anything to not help you!!
Unfortunately, they were very non-specific about mechanical info about the car. They claimed to have done a multipoint
inspection of the car, but would not provide a copy or even answer questions about it.
When it came to payment (cash deal, no trade) they wanted me to send cashiers check or wire the money, but would provide no
security for me. Would not even consider using any form of escrow service.

I can't say enough about Justin, He helped me purchase my car a week before I came back from
serving in the Army overseas. He was very patient with me throughout the whole process. He answered
my texts, email, and phone calls. I will recommend J&S in Ewing NJ to anyone looking for a car.
My wife was in the market for a new vehicle but was specific as to what she wanted. Fortunately for us, we not only found the
vehicle trim she wanted but a good dealership and a great guy to work with. Rami was very professional, didn't apply any
pressure, patient, was upfront and honest with our options. The vehicle was cleaned up and ready for a test drive when we
arrived with a full tank of gas. Rami went through and explained all the options that comes with the vehicle and alternatives as
well. This made the purchasing decision very easy for us. We were in and out of the dealership within half and hour. Ask for R
ami when you go out there!!

The automobile I was asking about was sold that same day but the salesman continued to

The car had a giant dent on the driver quarter panel, which the dealer didn't mention, they also "touched up" pearl white metallic with white paint which I thought was bird crap , judging from the price now I would suspect that they took that "under a thousand-dollar dent" out with some Bondo and a toilet plunger and still retained a clean Carfax.

most car dealerships these days, they have an automated response
that quickly sends you a canned response, stating that someone will
reach out to you. However, most times, nobody contacts you.
There are plenty other dealerships around - just need to find one that
is more responsive.
I had a great experience from start to finish to post-finish with J&S Autohaus in Ewing. I worked with Justin
on the purchase of my 2016 Audi S6 and he was extremely professional and easy to work with. Their
finance manager Matt was also very informative and walked through all of my extended warranty and
protection options thoroughly but left the decision up to me without any undue pressure. Lastly, and what
really showed the type of dealership they are, they truly stand behind their cars. I had noticed some brake
squeaking the week following when I brought the car home. I contacted them and they agreed to look at
them at my convenience. They determined it would be best to replace everything - new pads, rotors, and
sensors all at their cost. I'm sure they could've cut corners or made it more difficult, but I didn't have to say a
word. Their service manager Mike was great and took care of me. I wouldn't hesitate from buying from this
dealership or frankly any they own! Kudos!

One of the best modern day car buying experiences, I've had. From internet find to driveway in one day. Great response, clear paperwork, zero hassle.
I decided to buy a different cayenne s with the same options plus roof rails, 5k more miles on it, only two new tires, and more expensive extended warranty with a higher deductible. Total higher cost to me was $2,040.
I felt the salesperson was in a rush on each of the phone calls. When I’m writing a personal check for nearly $50,000, I expect not that. I didn’t get an answer to my questions for exact costs of shipping, he initially said the extended warranty was “about $2500-2700” at his cost but then checked after I repeated said I needed to know the bottom line before coming and said it was actually $3,295. He said there was a $551 fee when another salesperson said it was $445. These inaccuracies didn’t instill confidence that the deal would have been what they said and I was going to travel over 150 miles via Amtrak to get it. It’s a shame, I really liked the car.

gentleman that detailed my truck, (don't know his name), were fantastic. I drove for 5
hours from Massachusetts to purchase the truck and was nervous as I have never
purchased a truck without driving it. They by only high quality used cars. I was very
impressed with the ease of the transaction. The drive was worth it.

We found this dealership extremely helpful. They even delivered the car because I was unable to drive it the long distance to my home due to medical issues.
I would certainly would buy another car from them.
Too many emails. If I don’t respond once it’s either because I’m busy or because I’m doing further research on the car. Peppering my inbox every other day with follow-up emails wont make me move any faster. In fact, it’ll make me run to another dealer and give them my business.

Very Responsive and helpful with the whole inquiry
There was something wrong with the car. It hesitated and transmission was
making a jolting feeling when stopped at the traffic light. The dealer said it
was because it was a really hot day 95+ and we had for people in the car.
Most absurd thing I have ever heard. We left and they had their technician
check it and it was a transmission sensor update. By that time we wanted
nothing to do with their establishment.

I had the best car buying experience at J&S AutoHaus! I’ve been
searching for a decent Ford Escape Titanium for weeks and I came across
their listing on CarGurus. The very next morning, on a Saturday, I called
and spoke with Justin (super friendly) who confirmed that the vehicle was
still available but it was at a different location. Justin quickly made
arrangements for the vehicle to be brought to the Ewing location so I can
come in for a test drive. When I arrived at the Ewing branch, I was blown
away by the all beautiful and luxurious cars on the lot! Justin pulled up the
vehicle and it was spotless, looked like brand new! During the test drive,

pleasant experience that took less than 3 hours! I went back on the

Very nice crew... very nice cars. If financing a car there, arrange your own. I have excellent credit. Still the intetest rate with there bank was 6.04% on a 2014 car for 72months.
I am refinancing it immediately at 3.29% for 60 months and saving so much with Bank of America. It is a pain, but worth it.

I had a difficult trade to get out of & Rami got me out of my car & into
the car I wanted & payments I could live with, all under a hour & a half.
This is the 5th car I have bought from them & probably not my last. I
recommend you try them & see what Rami B can do for you. if you
don't want to spend a whole day at a dealership (I don't) then try J&s
for a totally different experience.

The worst....a car sat there for 199 days. Spoke w the guy and told him I had a long ride to get there. Get there after a 2 hr ride to be told 'ohhh we just sold it last night', but we have other cars. No phone call? Bait and switch at it's finest, wouldn't trust these guys with my pet hamster.

Dealership has a nice selection of quality vehicles. On the day of my visit I drove a 2014 Q7 and thought it was a good vehicle. Unfortunately, the salesperson refused to negotiate the price and I walked away. Only later to get an alert from car gurus to see that the dealer lowered the price. SMH
Not sure how many motivated customers they let walk out the door refusing to negotiate, but that's counter productive when they end up lowering the price after the vehicle sits on the lot for long periods.

Lately I have evaluated a lot of dealers on their prices, so I have to admit "J
& S" was one of the best -- it explains why they have been in business for
so long. I was dealing with a sales guy named Steve. I have called him so
many times and he never got annoyed -- but remain so pleasant; and gave
me a lot of good advise. I strongly recommend this dealer to all -- they
should be your first visit if you're shopping for your next car.

I was contacted promptly and we exchanged several emails about the time and location of the dealership. I found all of the salespeople and finance manager to be very helpful. While I didn't buy the Cruze, I am very happy with the Accord that I did purchase. Andy let me test drive about a dozen different cars so I could find the perfect fit for me! Prompt response to my inquiry. However it was a typical dealership experience where they attempted to tell me what a "good deal" the car was, and that at their asking price they were "losing money".. meanwhile I had "inside information" and knew what they owned the car for (not any repairs/service added).. and knew they were throwing around the typical stories.....I didn't buy the vehicle or even negotiate further once they told their first lie....

Went to lot, salesmen stayed inside building never approached me.
When I went inside to inquire about vehicle, I was told vehicle taken to
auction. I saw the vehicle parked in the back lot. I will never go back or
recommend to anyone. I will also dissuade anyone who I over hear are
