I sent the first request through car guru. The second request through the dealer website and then sent the email again only to get a response four days later “Car Sold”. Absolute terrible way to do business. I owned a car dealership for over 30 years and never once was any of my customers treated like the way I was.

in the 3 leads you left you did not leave any contact information but an email that was incorrect. it was one letter off and i did finally get an email to you stating it was pending sale then the day it was being delivered was the day you called the dealership. our computer tracks everything and shows the attempts to contact. i would highly suggest when looking for a vehicle to leave your phone number as that is the easiest form of contact.
they only contacted me once so I thought that they didn't want to do the deal, that is why I
have contacted them again.

james your credit app was declined by the banks. once you get the score up we can try again. the finance manager did reach out to make you aware of this that is why we only reached out the one time.

Good place to see good used vehicles
I'm sorry they contacted me and said the vehicle I originally was on there was sold but they had a different one. I told him the one I was looking at is an alternative and they said they would get back to me and never did. No longer interested in doing business with them. I don't deal with people who say something and don't follow up. I was in the car business for 24 years and if I did that to customer that I probably got fired. I believe in falling enough when you say you will. But I do not want to do business with them I'm just stressing it again so they need not bother me any longer.

The staff were friendly. The listing was inaccurate in actual mileage. There is a substantial difference between 150,000 and 159,000 miles. The vehicle was not ready for purchase when I arrived and I had to wait 2 hours to see it.The most frustrating part of the transaction was that I was left 20 miles to empty when I drove away from Uvanni Motors. The toyota is great. The quality of service is lacking. I don't think I would recommend them to a friend.

We try to be as accurate as possible Car Gurus as does all other websites that are third-party pull from our main website occasionally mileage and options are not correct as there are glitches in the system that we cannot control that is why we have disclaimers that state in part that the customer should not rely totally on the information And should check to make sure everything is correct , The low fuel was never brought to our attention or we would have filled the vehicle
Talked to Dealer. Said vehicle when out for repairs. I waited but in the mean time found another Jeep. Emailed back to the dealer not to bother calling me about the Jeep. Every thing went well. But, if the Jeep was in the lot at the time I was their things may have been different. Good luck to the new owner!

Was told car was solid,drove an hour to find out it was not solid, quite rusted,dead battery,and leaking fluids from everywhere.

the vehicle in question is a 1979 vintage , it is 40 years old, the vehicle is in decent condition for its age

There was over 52,000 miles on it when I test drove it instead of 49,500. The sales person was nice but did not know everything about the vehicle and the price had drop by 500 but he used the old price. That might of been a mistake on his part.

They did not get back with me,when I told them when I would be back from my trip. They would proubly tell me the same as the other dealer any way.They would have to find a buyer for my car first. Don't get that. It is the same with any other car.
