JC Lewis Mazda made my entire buying experience exceptional. I’m extremely satisfied with the RAV4 Hybrid SE I purchased, and the process from start to finish was smooth and stress‑free. I highly recommend JC Lewis Mazda to anyone looking for great service and a quality vehicle.
Overall the experience was good. We liked the sales person Zabet. She was very nice.
There were some exterior small dents/scratches and a front bumper issue on the passenger side that wasn't brought up
until we came and noticed these things before the car was detailed for us. Otherwise the purchase was very easy.

Wow...what an amazing experience with J.C.Lewis Mazda! In a world where buying a used car often
makes one feel as though they are walking down a dark alley on the wrong side of town, J.C.Lewis
made me feel safe and that they were looking out for my interest as well as their company's interest.
Joe Lewis went overboard to answer my questions, inspect the car (I'm an out of state buyer who did
not wish to make the 300 mile trip to buy the car unless it met my standards and needs.), and explain
the pros and cons. Ultimately, I did not purchase the car but I want to put this review out to let others
know what a reputable dealer Lewis is. If and when I'm in the market for a new or used Mazda J.C.
Lewis will be my first phone call. Lastly, it's important to mention that at J.C. Lewis they do not 'play
the price ad on game'...they are straight price shooters...NO GAMES! I applaud this dealer's
commitment to honesty and to work a fair win-win deal.

There are bunch of useless people sitting around and wasting customers time and money. Never ever try to get with these idiots. It's not worth the time. They are just a
garbage. While we are in discussion about the quote, all of sudden sales agent told it was sold to someone else. They don't have any idea about how important is the
customer's time.

Initial contact was good, but after requesting information all contact seemed to stop. Both the sales rep and
manager who had reached out wouldn't respond. I suspect they felt I wasn't really interested which is too bad
because I ended up buying the same car from another dealer.

I sent dealership three questions before I made the 2-hour drive to see the vehicle. They replied with a generic
response that did not answer my questions. When I resent the questions, they did reply, saying the car had
just sold.

couldn't schedule an appointment just
the next day after talking about the
Highlander.

Yes and No, I Didn't wait to hear back from the dealer from contact through this site. The dealership is only an hour from where I live, so I contacted them by phone and then just drove there.

They couldn't find the keys, and one of the sales people called a technician while looking for the keys and referee to it as "yah, the car with the battery problems." I called a day in advance to come test drive this car and they told me everything would be ready, only to wait around my entire lunchtime for the to chase each other around for keys. The car also had Alot of damage that isn't shown in the pictures, and the interior is far from perfect. Have fun with with these shady folks!

I wrote an email with a specific question about the vehicle. Received an
obvious standard form in reply. Replied to this and again requested specific
information. Again received a form letter. Answered this a third time and
asked to please have an actual human return a reply with an answer to my
question. Finally got a response, but not what I wanted.
