Great experience
The staff at J Brinks Motor Sales did reach out to me but never responded to my inquiries submitted online. I submitted an offer on their
website twice but never received a call or email in response to my offer. They continue to send me emails but they are all regarding my initial
request for information on the CarGurus website. I'm not impressed.
The customer service began great. Said the truck had no issues and that it had a maintenance check. Went to drive the truck and it had a misfire right away. the engine like came on as well. Told the salesmen I didn't want the truck and he says "still misfiring?" I said yes and I don't want it anymore then proceeded to have an attitude with me. will not be going back.
Absolutely a wonderful experience, had the vehicle I was looking for, for a great price. Process was super fast and simple. Test drive, paperwork and going to get the money only took 2 hours. One of the very FEW pleasant experiences I have ever had at a dealership and I would 100% drive the 1hr+ to do business with them again!

They couldn't have done better
Communication was excellent! Nick was very helpful through my car buying process. I drove over 2 hours to purchase this Jeep and he made my buying experience super easy and smooth! The mileage needed updating. The Jeep was started up and ready to drive when I arrived! The process was quick and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend.

After driving for 2 hours to talk with them and see the car, only to find out the prequalified doesn't mean anything. They still run credit through their financial services. If I had 50% down then I could get the car. Thank you for wasting my time and gas.

Not responsive to email requests. The dealer did send me reminders that I contacted them - a generic email. But the dealer never replied to any of my multiple requests about a visit, test drive, or questions on the vehicle. I just received the same email asking me if I had questions. Clearly I did, but no reply to my questions.

Called before going there after they said the car was still there, I even directly asked "are you sure it's still there and on the lot" to which they replied yes it is....
I get there and it's no where on the lot and went through again after closing and still not on the lot.

The car was already sold when I contacted with the seller, but he gave me quick reply and tried to help find right car for me. If they have the car what I am looking for, I would buy it at this store.

Very responsive.
I had a great experience with this dealer. I contacted them on a Monday
afternoon and received a phone call within an hour and then an email
following up after I didn't answer, test drove on my way home, and drove
my Jeep home the next day. There was one concern with the vehicle that
they quickly addressed. As a woman purchasing a car I have had some
terrible experiences with sales people and staff trying to be dishonest and
feeling the need to mansplain things to me. John and Mike were very
open and honest with me and treated me with the upmost respect. They
gave me a great price on my less than mint trade in (another dealer gave
me a quote that was $1100 less than what JBrinks gave me). I would
recommend this dealer to anyone! I couldn't be happier with my Jeep!
This dealership has been extremely helpful thus far. Particular, Nick has
been phenomenal with his service and communicating with me, in addition
to ensuring that a car deal is beneficial for both parties(myself & J Brinks).
Also, they're a kid friendly environment, which I believe is so imperative
when trying to put families in vehicles that they love. If I had to choose one
hangup with them, It probably would be "short staff." Maybe I just came on
a busy day. However, I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Bragged about how great the f&I guy is and what a great rate they got some guy with a 580 score and yet couldn't get me bought with a 654?? Wasted time and dropped my score with credit inquiries.

They called, very helpful
I rate this truck poor because dealership said they would repair the truck and they did not there was 6 problems with the truck and they fix the front end and nothing else and they said they would fix six problems so this is why I rate it poor
