I actually called after sending the email. The person answering the phone was fantastic!!! The person answering the email failed to check the actual vehicle for the correct mileage which originally was a typo listed at 3845 instead of 38455. I would go to Iverson Chrysler Center and deal with them at any time, but would be looking for the gentleman that went the extra mile vs the one that answered that particular email.

The vehicle I was looking for had sold, but Mark Halverson paid attention to what we were looking for and our price range. When another vehicle fitting the criteria showed up he emailed me the details right away. We ended up buying a great vehicle. Made arrangement to see car 04\23\16. Drove 125 miles, arrived one hour early 10:30 AM. As I drove into the dealer's lot the car I came to see was driving out. Salesman said someone decided to test drive it. Went to cabelas asked salersman to call me when car was back. Later saleman called me said person who test drove car was buying it. 250 mile trip for nothing. Under circumstances that day feel I should have been given first chance. Very disappointed.
