IRA Volvo communication was horrible. 10 spam messages, no direct reply to my one very simple question. I quickly went to a different dealer, and would never again consider IRA.

They did reply but not quickly....
Also, they sent follow up e-mail asking if still interested in car selected, I responded yes, but they reported
sold...e-mail received later stated sorry, car was sold...not great feeling here

The sales manager responded to my query right away but didn’t follow through after assurances that information would be forwarded. They seem otherwise very pleasant and polite and earnest, but we never had an actual sale transaction so I can’t speak to that.
We worked with William and he was an absolute delight! He went above and beyond with our experience, was very thoughtful and communicative throughout our purchase and trade in! 10/10 for sure!

Sales people were nice. But the vehicle had such an odor from a dog in it. I had to leave the windows down for the test drive. They should have thoroughly cleaned the car.

wasn't happy with the salesman, the fact that he didn't talk to me much face to face he was
looking at autos from other dealerships, and never talked to me about buying the car every action
threw a computer never talked to me about the deal, Very cold interaction.

Tried to work with them. Applied for financing. I gave them my information and they ran a hard credit check. Then they did not respond. There was no response to follow up
emails. Allowing a company to run a hard check is a big step and then to hear nothing in return is unprofessional.

from someone else who actually wanted to sell
me car. Was contacted by a sales person, gave
all my info, didn't hear back after a day,
contacted again and was told they are short
staffed and busy. Never heard back from again.

It’s important to note that I usually do not leave
reviews but I am so frustrated that I felt it was
deserved. Overall a bad experience unfortunately, I
have never had to work so hard to spend $40,000
plus! First contact was made on 04/13/20, after that
any correspondence from them was extremely slow
and required reminders from me. I was very patient
with the understanding that due to the Covid-19
pandemic their business may be impacted. I had
requested additional pictures of the vehicle I was
interested in purchasing as I live far from the
dealership and I wanted to know what to expect
before driving two hours. The internet sales manager
agreed but I never received them. I had also provided
them information about my trade in vehicle in order for
us to tentatively work up an agreement but I still have
not received an appraisal or offer. During all of this
they lowered the price of the vehicle which I find very
peculiar as why would any dealership lower the price
during negotiations.

The gentleman who showed us the car was friendly and straightforward. There was no pressure to
purchase a car and price on used cars seemed to be fairly firm. We didn't buy the car but I would go
back in the future as we had a positive experience.

It was a pleasure dealing with Prime Volvo. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. There was no pressure that I have experienced at other dealerships. I felt the price of the car I purchased was more than fair and I got a little less than what I figured on my trade in. I would definitely not only reccomend them but would also go back myself. It was one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle I have ever had!

Drove almost three hours in the pouring rain and horrible traffic. Called twice to tell them I was
on my way and approximate time of arrival. Upon arrival was informed that the car had just been
sold. Pretty shady if you ask me. Won't ever do business with them.

I went to the dealer and the car I wanted to look at was sold. The salesperson showed me a few other cars but didn't have the details on the cars. They just came on the lot. I asked him to email me the details which he never did. I spoke to the Internet salesman to give him feedback about the other salesman and he stated that he will follow up with him and sent an e-mail. This never occurred.
