Went bad right from the start. Rude salesman named Tony didn't even have the common courtesy to introduce himself and shake my hand. He was though very impressed with himself and kept giving me his unimpressive resume. Should've left right there. Used 2008 Tacoma had not been gone thru by the shop so they had no idea what issue's the truck had. It did look super cherry and only had 46K miles on it. My over aggressive and pushy salesman tried all the usual used car salesman lines and tricks on me trying to pressure me into buying it. The office manager came by noticing how disgusted I was with the salesman's pressure tactics and rudeness. I asked her for another salesman which she agreed to. I agreed with her to purchase the truck on condition of a maintenance inspection. Upon inspection, the truck was a disaster needing immense amounts of drivetrain work. That ended that. Learned the lesson of leaving right away when my instincts tell me the place and people are no good.

I waited a few weeks to write this review to see if anything would change, but it hasn't. I wasted 3 hours of my day to go look at this car. After 2 phone calls confirming my appointment, I showed up and the car cannot be found on their lot. I waited an hour for someone to tell me they have no idea where it is. A few days later, I got a text from someone and they said the car is being repaired for a recall. I followed up in between that time and no response. Worst possible experience, little to no follow up after completely wasting my time.

They contacted me initially and I then asked for them to send along someone's contact
information but never heard back. I was a former customer (bought a 2020 CX5 in the fall of
2020) and have no complaints about that interaction. I was going to be up there - I live in RI so I
thought I could arrange a meeting. I will probably go with a dealer closer at this point, I don't see
much difference in prices.

I inquired about several CPO vehicle advertised online. Prime Mazda was the
quickest to respond. I only gave them 45 minutes to prepare for my visit (on a
Monday). The car was ready for an independent test drive with a map in the
time it took to photocopy my license. The 30,000 mile vehicle was presented
exactly as advertised and in excellent detailed condition. The transaction
went quickly and fairly. Everyone was efficient, genuine, honest, and
accommodating. After owning 15 cars purchased new and used, this was the
best experience yet.

Been trying to get information on the car I inquired about for a week. Got an immediate auto-response. U replied to that and got a quick response from an Ariana asking if she could help. Explained my situation and asked specific questions about the car and she never responded. Days layer got a response from a supposed sales mgr and told him I had posed questions that haven't been answered and he's yet to answer them as well.

My experience at the dealership was an awful one.I was contacted by a representative So i made an appointment. When I got to the dealership I waited for help I asked for help waited again ended up with no help so I just left the dealership. Just unprofessional I will never return there.

Awesome experience. Called late on a Friday to find that the car was still
available. Drove down and Joe Damiano stayed late for me to ensure I was
happy with the car and work out numbers. We couldn't do the paperwork the
same night because it was so late, but once we agreed on the numbers, Joe
had everything all set for me to pick the car up first thing in the morning.
They made the experience incredibly easy and I spent only a couple of hours
at the dealership in total to complete the sale. Thanks!

Sales experience was painless. Then the looong wait for the business manager. Trying to get answers regarding registration etc after delivery of the vehicle has been painful
I wouldn't say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had but not the worst either. I can say that we were communicating with three different people from the same dealership which made things a bit difficult when it came to negotiating price. I felt that calls were not returned at times within an appropriate time frame. I was from out of state so after the sale was finalized I was told that the car would have to be transported by an outside vendor to the state that I lived in. Fortunately I looked into seeing if I could get a temporary license plate pass from the town hall in the town that I lived in. Would have cost $200 to have it transported by the outside vendor, really! I had bought another vehicle in MA before and the dealership had it transported for free. I was charged $249 for VIN etching which I was told was non- negotiable. Something the dealership said they do on every vehicle because it saves them insurance money. Can only imagine how much of a mark-up there is having that done. Car wasn't cleaned prior to me picking it up. Candy wrappers stuffed in the cubby in the driver's door. Full tank of gas though. Love the car!

Strangest experience. I visited on a Saturday and made an offer that
they refused. Got an email from them on Tuesday asking to call, did so
and left a voicemail with sales manager. No response. The car then
showed up on cargurus with a price lower than I offered. i then
recontacted by email and through cargurus. No response. The car then
showed up at an even lower price a few days later. Contacted through
cargurus again; no response. Finally drove back to the dealer today and
the car has been sold. Either dishonesty or incompetence but definitely
not ok either way.

Went there to see a vehicle with no intention of buying. It was at the high end my budget but the price seemed to good to be true. When I arrived I was teamed up with Janice who showed the vehicle and took me out for a test ride. Having taken afew of the same out at other dealers, this one was by far the best. Having told her my interest she worked to get it at a monthly budget that I needed to be at. Three days later I drove it home .
I highly recommend them as there was no pressure and the prices they had for used vehicles were below the the average anywhere else. Well worth the hour drive it took me to get there and so glad I was able to work with Janice.

Didn't find them to be helpful. And couldn't come to a reasonable deal
After more than an hour of travel in the worst traffic imaginable, my wife and I were met with a warm friendly smile from Harshene. He was so patient and easy to work with and no pressure. Even the used car manager, as tough guy looking as he was, he also was easy to talk with. All in all I will definitely buy another car from Mazda Gallery when the time comes, I will also recommend Mazda Gallery to all of my friends.

Helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable
The people there are excellent. However the car I went to look at was
perhaps the worst I have ever seen for sale at a major dealer. The
windshield was cracked, there were scratches all over the exterior, and
there were easily 2 dozen cigarette burns all over the interior, in the
plastic door panels, the upholstery (front & back, more than a few were
holes all the way through the fabric), The car had a shimmy at highway
speeds due unbalanced tires.
While I was there I test drove another vehicle and it was in the expected
great condition so I believe that this was an aberration. It was very
surprising especially since I made an appointment to look at this specific
car and came from more than an hour away.

Mazda Gallery contacted me immediately and tried to make an appointment for me to come in and look at the car I was interested in,. There was a delay on my part as Mazda Gallery isn't convenient to my location. About a week after initial contact I decided to take a half day from work and make the journey to Mazda Gallery. Unfortunately communication was spotty, if at all present, with two of Mazda Galleries employees I had been working with. Long story short, I waited too long, the car was gone and now I just walk along......sorry bout that.

people are very misleading
though. I would have given two
stars based on Marissa's
misleading us to believe we could
negotiate down to our preferred
price. I called ahead specifically
to ask about price flexibility and
she basically lied. The sales guy

end up buying but would
consider working with Brian on a

Very happy easy people to deal with. Even though there were some
issues with the vehicle right out of the gate, they worked tirelessly
until they were resolved. I wold go back again but I would set up my
own financing first.

I drove to Mazda Gallery from CT because they had the car I
wanted ..Gorgeous Red Mazda3 with only 14K miles on it. Chang
was great to deal with. Very professional and friendly. They drove
the car all the way to Mansfield CT and waited at motor vehicle
with me. Super Service! I keep my cars till the wheels fall fall off,
but I would definitely go there again.
