Judging by the reviews, this dealer is famous for there “the car is yours” bs, then after you show up for your appointment you get hit with the “sorry car was sold earlier. Wasted a day of work, drove over an hour, was told i would be the first one to see the car “your name is on it”. All BS. Very unprofessional. Did not even have the courtesy to call and say the car had been sold. Appointments seem to be pointless, you will have better luck just showing up as soon as you find a car you like. What ever sales rep sold the car before my appointment can go to hell. HONOR THE APPOINTMENTS, people sacrifice time and money to make it to them!!

After a week of discussions about some minor rust repair I decided to buy the car. Called the salesman @ 8:30am and told him I would be there in the afternoon to buy the car. I was told “my name was on it”. I live about an hour away in CT and while driving to the dealership about halfway I got the call that the vehicle was sold. Earlier in the day I offered to give a deposit over the phone but was told that they don’t do that. I understand first come, first served but that was not what I was told. I was told the car was mine. Dealership is nice, salesman friendly but when it comes down to it I guess cash is king here. This was the last day of the month, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Drove over an hour and a half just to be told the car that I specifically called and scheduled test drive for had been sold “that morning”. Completely wasted an entire night after a 9 hour work day.

Gene Rice was extremely helpful when I walked into the dealership showroom. After determining what I was looking for he brought the clean car right up. My initial test drive was very short and he offered the car the next day for my trip to Connecticutt. There was absolutely no pressure when I brought the car back. I was very glad he was available when I walked into the showroom, although all staff were friendly. I know if I have any questions or issues going forward Gene will be there to help me. I would definitely recommend contacting Gene for your car buying experience. He made it as smooth and painless as possible.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful. No hassle, fast process. The
car was ready for a test drive when I got there. It took less than an
hour to get all the paperwork signed and ready to go. During the
final inspection, a problem was found. They fixed it, and even

We bought this truck from Prime Auburn. Dave was wonderful, we had to wait a few
days to get our truck. We had to wait for a safety inspection. they found the front
brakes needed to be repaired so we waited from them to complete our front brakes and
another problem. Our 2001 Ford Expedition was owned by my brother-in-law for two
years, we flew down to Florida and drove the truck back to MASS. We owned it from
2003 until this week. We were going to have to spend another 1,300.00 on truck repairs
so I decided we kept putting money into it and that was the last time. We might sell our
truck for 1500 to 3000. We have brand new tires on it, only 2 months old.
My husband and I are very excited about our new vehicle. I know it is a 2013 but the
one car owner took care if it. We bought the 3 years extended warranty plan.

I was so unhappy with my experience with this dealership. As soon as they got the down payment for my car they immediately became so unprofessional. Three different times they promised me I would be picking up my car that day. And three times I did not get my car. It took my speaking to the sales manager for anything to get done. They do not know how to handle business and do not care that they upset their clients. The only thing they would say to “fix” the problems was that I could return my car. My car was not the problem. the problem was their customer service. They screwed up my paperwork and did not tell me until hours after I was supposed to get my car. Horrible dealership. I would never recommend anyone going there.

Rebecca, The fact that you live in Connecticut and we are a Massachusetts dealer makes it a long process to secure a registration as an out of state dealer. Also, our salesperson is new to this area and didn't realize Connecticut RMV is closed on Mondays to out of state transactions. He also erred on promising it would be done the next day without confirmation that we had the drivers available to complete the transaction. Very helpful and knowledgeable I bought the car!!
Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to look at the Hellcat and became seriously interested in it. I explained that I was interested in another one down the line. They made me an offer that I liked, and would have sold the car. Here is the best part, I explained that I wanted to pay cash and I would give them a large deposit if they could hold the car for about a week. Nope, would not except that and tried to get me to finance!?! Got some #% story about how they needed to make the sale because it was the last day of the month. THAT pretty much made up my mind to go with the black one that I liked just as much from the other dealer at a very good price. They were very accommodating, NO pressure, no haunting emails and they held the car for me with a credit card!!! And yes, they got paid and I own the car.

Through entire process, salesperson was a pro! I felt 0 pressure, was given tons of options including the option to see other cars. Test drove the car and received tons of information about the car including maintenance history and car fax without asking for it even! Once I decided to buy, the process was quick and efficient with great explanation throughout! This was a bit of a road trip for me to get to Prime Ford but so well worth it... I worked with Gene and he did a perfect job. He definitely put the “team” in sales team. I have had the car for a week now and 100% satisfied
After following this car for a few weeks, I decided to go for a test drive and probably get it. I used their chat system and they confirmed it was available. I received and email from the General Sales Manager that it was available.
I drove 45 min to find out it was NOT available. They apologized for the error, but no one pays my 2 hours time and gas

The worst experience i ever had. Bought a 2015 ford transit connect three weeks ago. Paid 600$ more than average price for this car. Even didn't drive the car because they couldn't find keys for two hours. Was promised to get best service for this money, that is why just paid them and picked up car in two days. Was told that i will get two keys for car, but car was going just with one key. Talked to the manager at least two times and 3-4 times with other guys but they never called me back. Came by twice to the dealership. They sold me 2015 car with one key which had my key technology activated. Now i can't drive more than 80mph, also the sound is around 50% loud.

They were not educated on the products that they were selling and when I infromed them on a issue I was having with my vehicle they would not help me resolve that issue at all

They offered me 2015 FordFocus for
$400 a month but they don't want to give
me what I wanted. (Armada)
Was an hour ride, but turned out to be a great experience! From my initial email contact, to sales, to finance, I felt I got a good deal. In just a few hours I rolled out in my new (used) truck. Jeff took care of me well; we had some fun; and he even assisted in the detailing of the truck I purchased. Would go back again in the future.

I have a very busy schedule. I
would not have been able took
pick up car for another week.so
they were nice and delivered the
car the next day after all
insurance and registry paper
work was done .

Truck I was interested in was sold already but they did send info on
another truck they thought I might be interested in I wasn't ,
but the real issue is even after saying the truck was sold they still
kept it posted.

Dealer took too long to contact me back, they would tell me they'll call me
and nothing, I had to end up contacting them 4-5 times to get service, at
the end of it all i liked The car I was going for but the customer service
was just not as I expected, your chasing them instead of them chasing
you.
