Chad im very sorry that i did not follow up after our initial conversation. The reason being, my mother-in-law passed away the next day unexpectedly at 61 yrs old and she was the caretaker of our baby daughter. I greatly apologize, today is my first day back in the office for a few hours. This customer was by far the most difficult, irrational, rude and compulsive liar to the point where she swore and screamed at our 73 year old female secretary which put her into tears. We informed customer we were done and not dealing with her as she crossed the line. Customer then became extremely apologetic and called the shop 5 times within 90 minutes wanting to speak to 73 year old secretary to apologize for her inappropriate behavior and begged us to help her get this car as she really needs it for doctors appointments and church. Furthermore, the finance company questioned approving her

Furthermore, the finance company questioned approving her loan after dealing with her and the games she tried to play with all the lies. I can provide numerous text messages from the GET-GO where the customer knew 2007 mini with 100k miles was being SOLD AS-IS. Customer profile is: 15 years from Typically retirement age, hasn't worked in years due to a physical disability, informed us and the finance company that she receives X amt of dollars per month from disability. She filled out other information on the credit app and submitted it. Based on the information she gave to us and finance company, finance company pre approved her with terms and out of pocket monies needed for down pmt. Upon the finance company performing their due diligence for final approval only 50% of X amount of dollars from disability checks were validated going into her account. She lied on application stating she receives 50% more. She informed me she had a long standing bank account. That was not true. She just opened a bank account 2 weeks prior and finance company requires an bank account to be opened for at least 30 days. Customer then stated she had a disability credit card that uses in Lieu of a Bank account and that's where her disability check gets deposited monthly. The finance company didn't want to approve loan as the risk was too great but i helped communicate to finance company that customer will maintain the new checking account and enrolled in automatic deposits. They finally approved her but reduced the amount by $253 they were willing to finance due to risk; lower income than she stated and lack of a long standing bank account. This had nothing to do with GAP coverage. Moreover, the plastic bezel on the front hood flew off when she was driving home and a CEL came on and she couldn't pass MASS inspection. We had her bring Mini back to us to resolve issue. We installed a crank position sensor and resolved the CEL light and she was able to pass inspection. She never asked to get reimbursed for bezel nor do we ever state we were not going to help as we installed the new sensor and never charged her for it even though she bought the vehicle as is. Customer called the office to see if still had a vehicle for sale. Unfortunately it sold and had been taken down from website weeks earlier. We had an update to our sales software which controls the website inventory and through a computer glitch when updating caused several vehicles to get reposted after they were sold. We quickly resolved this issue. He then inquried what else we have for sale and we informed him. Customer never came down to our store requesting to test try or buy vehicle A and our staff switching him in Vehicle B. Never happened and never will happen as we have been in busi
