I liked the experience with InterAuto. The salesman was very helpful and gave us a good sense of caring for us. Unfortunately, we did not buy a car from InterAuto. We changed the model we were looking for and InterAuto did not have one at that time. I would go back when I need a new-to-me car.

The car was leaking oil, had a bad pcv valve and needing a timing chain and they told me they would take care of everything which I highly doubted being that it was an Audi Q5 3.0T requiring the engine to come out. Just be careful when buying a car there and check the car out thoroughly.

The dealer was very helpful and gave us all the time we needed. The car we looked at was no right for us,

Poor communication, But, they DO Honor their limited warranty: 2,500 miles/60 days! The price was fair for the quality/mileage of the vehicle. But, they were not willing to fix the broken armrest/reduce the asking price. But, I was able to fix for $7 w/gorilla glue. Get your financing elsewhere 1st. Be prepared to call your auto ins. Once you buy/finance car. It moves the paperwork along much faster. They will do the RMV. But be prepared to go to one of their nearby 3rd party state inspection stations to get the inspection done (already included in the loan.) I paid nothing to get some things fixed 6 days after I got the car, when the check engine light came on. It was out of commission for three days, Then the dealership had it for 4 more days, w/very poor communication about how things are coming along, but they did fix everything!

I made an appointment to test drive a car I was very interested in buying, got confirmation of my appointment, drove 50 minutes, only to be told the car I had a confirmed appointment to test drive had been sold half an hour earlier.
Gave the salesman three days to get the car out of the car pile, get to the dealership and they tell me the car is in the shop, when it is out buried among 100 cars, 6 deep in the row, hood popped and the brake pedal missing with bolts on the floor mat. I asked if I could have the keys to hear the motor run, they told me I couldn’t because they were working on the brake pedal, come back In an hour, no thanks, keep your car, the worst dealership ever! Never visit this place, it’s a joke
The kid that tried to help was nice and they let
us test a car past closing. However, I would
never buy from here because looking under
cars checking for any issues I found literal
holes in an exhaust tank from rust, and most
had major rust. 10k for a deteriorating car? No
thanks. The lot is also busy, inaccessible for
testing a lot of cars locked by other cars, and
the inside is less than favorable. They also
seem unable to cater to the amount of people
coming due to their large inventory as every
question with a worker would require a 10-15
minute wait. Shady cars, minimal help, and
not very welcoming

Awful, awful experience. Found this 2013 BMW that had been on this lot for over 110 days. I came the Friday before Memorial Day to test drive this vehicle. I liked it, got the purchase and sales agreement from the salesman. He told me he would be here Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday even tho Monday was Memorial Day. Later found out he spelled my name wrong on the contract. I called Monday morning over and over again. No answer. I called Tuesday morning, no answer. I called again Tuesday to a salesman telling me the car was sold yesterday?! HOW?! I WAS THERE FRIDAY FOR TEST DRIVE AND MONDAY WAS MEMORIAL DAY. SO IF MY CALL WAS NOT ANSWERED HOW WAS THE CAR SOLD? Shady salesman here, could tell they were money hungry soon as I walked in. No negotiation just “my cars are the best”. Terrible absolutely terrible and I will not recommend to anyone.

This place is not friendly!!
By that I mean not very friendly to Africa Americans. Me and my sons went to purchase 3 vehicles from this place after sitting in the lot for 2hrs with no one coming to help us I then went inside to request some assistance from someone. I was spoke to rude by the women sitting at desk!!!! She Told me she could help me in 20mins that was fine!!
Then a white family pulls up in to parking lot looking for a car just as me and my family are doing only difference is they are white Americans we are not !! The owner runs out to white family asked them if they needed help get them the keys to the car that they a looking at and sends them off on their test drive!!!!!!!! Unbelievable was embarrassed for my sons whom all are attendees at Ivy league college's!!!!
Them once it was pointed out by a white American men who just so happens to be my cousin by marriage he blows his lid and tells us he not dealing with us people what ever that ment!

We stated that the technical condition of the 2008 car with 154K miles and $3999 in price fully conforms with the Mass state inspection requirements. In fact, the rotors' replacement wanted to be done by you actually costs $150 maximum. We do understand your desire to lower the car price by $1000, however the car was sold to another customer on the same exact day. It was brought by him to the state licensed inspection station and passed it successfully.

Answered most of my questions over several e-mails.
Very nice staff, not pushy. Quality vehicles. Minor cosmetic stuff, solid electrical and mechanical. My mechanic even said how surprised he was at the condition of the Land Rover. Dealt with most of the staff.
My wife had a check engine light in the first week and went to them to get it checked. Alex was very concerned and helped check it and teach her how to use the info computer. Simple loose gascap. Very happy, will definitely go back again.

My experience with InterAuto was undoubtedly the best I have ever had buying and selling a
car. I found a vehicle on-line and at first was a little hesitant as it was a 2-hour drive from my
home. However, after speaking with Alex at InterAuto, I decided to go see it. As my car was
in the shop being serviced, I just brought pictures and service records. After test driving the
vehicle, I decided I would like to buy the car. Alex was willing to hold the car until I could
return with mine for a trade. His price for the replacement car as well as his offer on trade was
more than fair. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle-free. I must say that Alex went
above and beyond in seeing that I was satisfied and comfortable with my new purchase. I
absolutely love my new wheels, but when it comes to say good-bye to it, I know I will go to
InterAuto for a replacement because they are not only professional but terrific to deal with too!

Truck I called about was not the truck advertised, drove

Excellent experience! I asked about an '09 Charger R/T, and Anastasia
replied right away. Car was clean & ready for a test drive when we got
there. There was no priessure to buy - the car spoke for itself. Anastasia
was very helpful & even worked late to send out the paperwork I needed
to secure the loan from my bank. In the end, I got a very good deal on a
great car. This is a smaller dealership, but it was worth driving an hour
each way to buy from them. They are nice people & I felt like they are
working hard to earn our business. I'd happily buy another car from them

Dealer was very responsive via email and very friendly! The car we were interested sold before we could make it to the dealership, but would be interested in doing business with this dealer because of their quick & kind response!
Very disappointed. Would not send me the carfax unless I took the car for a
test drive. That was a deal killer. I mean what's wrong with the car if you won't
send the carfax. I like to take my time a look at the carfax, not being rushed.
I wouldn't even bother to test drive the car after that.

Highly recommend. The best car dealer in the area. I live in Westborough and a bunch of my neighbors highly recommended this family operated business.

We came across this car on CarGurus almost after giving up on finding one due to unreliable dealers... we gave them a call and the car was nice and detailed waiting for us to test drive it. Upon driving it the car was in excellent shape. And the customer service definately matched our expectations. Anastasia and her husband were lovely. They walked us through the whole process and we were able to pick up the car the following day! On pick up day they even greeted us with a celebration gift. They are very nice people and I highly recommend this shop to other fellow carguru shoppers as well as known friends. 5 stars to anastasia and Alex!

I called InterAuto on the phone as they have relatively good reviews
on Cargurus.com. The person who answered the phone spoke heavily
accented English. I asked to speak to someone in sales to which she
replied that she was in sales. I asked her several questions about the car.
She asked me to call back as she said she had to "lookup" the CarFax
report. I didn't bother calling back as I doubt I would have understood what
she told me about the car anyway. Instead I put my questions in writing
from their ad on Cargurus. (I noted that I had called on the phone but had
difficulty understanding the person who answered). In reply Anastasia (one of the co-owners of this new dealership) replied that I
was "discriminating" against her when I said I couldn't understand her on
the phone and consequently they would not sell a car to me (which is
discriminatory). I would stay away from this business at all cost (unless
you're Russian or Ukrainian).
