One word for the experience is OUTSTANDING! The car was just stunning and they helped me get financing then delivered it to my door. I have bought through other dealers and they don't hold a candle to the customer service I received at Integrity Ford. They will be getting my business in the future.

The sales man took a long time to respond back to me. After initial inquiry I had to contact him to get any response, and the sales man showed no interest in my business. Lastly the way that this dealership values trade in vehicles is a joke.

Very professional, information and purchase was seemless..

The salesman very kindly met us on a Sunday so we could see & drive the car. We purchased the car the next day. We then discovered that the 'premium' 6-disc CD player does not work. Caveat emptor ... but still very disappointing.

What a refreshing, pleasant experience! !!! Honesty and car sales are not always synonymous but, apparently this dealership has figured out the value of telling the truth. Ironically the dealership named Integrity means what it says!!!!

Dealer is relatively rude. Won't run a test Ive asked for twice. Doesn't seem like he is real interested in selling the vehicle.

Dealership sent me an email with additional information to get me started within one business day of me requesting more information. We discussed my trade in options over the phone. They went out of their way to break down different financing options based on my trade in. The two people I worked with were kind and followed my lead. I didn't feel pressured at all. I would work with them again!

Rick Greear helped me with this vehicle and was willing to get the answers to all my questions about it (which not every dealer is). Unfortunately I found the listing right before a scheduled vacation and was not able to make the trip to test drive it before it sold. 4 stars since I did not conduct business transaction and cannot comment on that.

This dealer did actually respond. They responded promptly with a direct answer. They did not nag with repeated replies like some irritating sales people I have encountered

This vehicle shopping is a new experience this time. Dealers don't seem to care if you buy it or not. Expect you to pay their price even when it is above the price of similar vehicles. Beautiful vehicle but too high.
