Our sales person "G" was very professional and accomodating to my busy schedule. He was knowledgeable and respectful throughout our interaction. I really dread car shopping but G, Nolan the GM and Annette financial specialist made the experience stress free and actually enjoyable so I bought the car!!

Called to apply for a loan. No one answered for a few days. Then they answered and took some more documents. Then silence, I couldn't get through, no one answered. Called today and they said the car was sold. Do not recommend. No punctuality and horrible treatment of customers.
Winslow Scott has been very informative, understanding, honest, and above all, relatable. He tells you
everything you need to know about the vehicle you're interested in. If he does not know, he will find out
by any means. I have never felt more comfortable walking into a dealer and talking to a salesmen. I
have a good friend who works at a locally large dealer, and it still wasn't as smooth and comfortable as
this. I have already recommended those I know to go here and look at their inventory if in need of a
vehicle.
Had the best experience here at Integrity Auto. They really helped me and my family out and got us into a roomy , spacious and luxurious Suv . I'm so glad we came here thanks so much to Vanessa ,Winslow and Brian for making this happen we are greatly appreciated of you couldn't be more happier with our purchase . Slow communication back and worth. Impacted
confidence I had in wanting to transact with them. I
would sent a text and sometimes not hear back for
an entire day. I was still interested in the car but
never heard anything back after committing to
have. Update: finally got a hold of someone working
a deal with me. But once we got to the trade, I
never got a figure only to say someone will call you
about that value. That was 2 weeks ago

I got an email back from them and I asked them if they could send me a picture. I have yet to get an email with the pictures of the vehicle.

The dealer did contact me several times and we chose another vehicle, they were very helpful.
I got two phone calls from this dealership saying the Ram truck I was interested was available and that I should stop by. I get there only to
have them tell me something about how the truck was in a flood and has rust issues and they wouldn't show it to me. Would have saved me a
trip just to tell me that over the phone.
Oh and this dealership is the most notorious for stupid "fees" that they push you to accept as mandatory. They aren't. Don't fall for it. The only
mandatory fees are tax, title, and license. Any "dealer preparation fees" ($1000 at this place) are complete garbage.

I did make contact with a representative from the dealership about a particular vehicle. I was happy about that. No other dealer has responded. Unfortunately the vehicle of interest was sold before I could go and see the vehicle in person. But I would be happy to keep searching and working with this dealership.

Vanessa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Tesla I test drove. The only downside was that Integrity Auto did not have a full official listing of the vehicle's options (such as FSD) and evidently could not obtain that info from Tesla. I could not make a decision based on that uncertainty.

Emailed Joe at Integrity Auto about 2015 Toyota Highlander asking for more info. He
sent me a prompt reply with lots of extra information. I called to talk to him direct about
the vehicle and found out that the vehicle had been in an accident w/damage. After
further research, decided it was not the vehicle we wanted. I contacted Joe informing
him we had found a better unit at another dealer. Joe asked if there was something they
could do to still make a deal which I certainly appreciated. Thank you Joe, just wasn't
the car we wanted. Will keep you in mind in the future.

We worked with Daniel at the dealership, he was friendly and competent. The dealership did everything they promised they would do in a timely manner. Remember everything is a negotiation when buying a used car.

Quick and responsive.
While in the market for a toy. I asked the dealership for the best price. Tge answer was, it's listed at a fair market value. 2 days later they lowered the price 2k.

I reviewed the email thread and found that our vehicle was listed 5k below car gurus instant market value and there wasnt a less expensive comprable vehicle on the market at the time. you asked us to give you our best price and as I stated when we spoke we DO NOT advertise our second best price, however no reasonable offer is declined, and you chose not to make an offer. the best price is a price that leaves both parties feelling satisfied ... and you gave no counter offer for us to try to work with. market values

Great service from start to finish. They provided all reports available on the vehicle, including a comprehensive independent inspection report. They made the car buying experience extremely easy and answered all of my questions. The vehicle showed up in the condition it was described and is amazing! Working with Justin, Brian, and Pat was a very nice experience. Found the
car online, questions were answered timely and when I needed
transportation from the airport, Justin offered to pick me up. Overall a great
experience in purchasing this vehicle. Appeared this independent dealership
had a nice selection of other vehicles to accommodate most needs. I would
not have any reservation with my experience thus far to use them again.

Car was over priced plus had lots of problems
under the hood
I had contacted Orlando about a vehicle, and he and I
agreed upon a price -- however when I arrived the next day
to purchase the car, he said that he wasn't going to honor
the price that he and I had previously agreed upon since
someone else was interested in that vehicle. They definitely
don't live up to the "Integrity" part of their title...

Slow to get the information. However once they responded
communication went well. I worked with Andre. Pleasant experience
dealing with him. We were looking at a car for our son. Almost made a
deal. At the last moment a dealer that was much closer to us made us a
very good deal on a car with lower mileage.
