Dishonest. I bought an EV from them and they told me it comes with a EV charger. Because it was a weekend Osvaldo said they couldn't give it to me that day. Knowing that I'm not from the area he promised to mail it to my house. They ignored all my calls and emails after I left the lot.

They were helpful but didn't have what I was looking for

Dealer completely misrepresented vehicle. In viewing dealer's photos, I called and asked if there were marks and scratches all over the shifting knob. I was told that the car was in pristine condition. I also noticed air fresheners attached to the vents and asked if the vehicle had been smoked in, or had any odor problems. Again, I was reassured that there were no issues. Trusting this dealer and agreeing upon a price, I picked up a cashier's check and drove 3 hours to purchase the vehicle. To my utter dismay, the interior had been scratched up and chewed by a dog, including the shifting knob, passenger seat and door. The chemicals smells to mask the pet odors were so strong, my wife’s throat hurt after sitting inside the vehicle for 5 minutes. We left with the check and drove 3 hours to get back home. Needless to say we were extraordinary disappointed. Horrible experience at a dealership called Integrity.

Called me back immediately and answered my questions

So I call various times in the spam of 3 days asking for a simple question. I was told that car was available. I decided to still apply on their website yesterday due to the car being available. Today I was contacted and told they will reach out when the financing department open. I never got a call back. Call during noon and no answer. Called just now, and they just told me the car was just sold and if I was interested in an other car. I made it clear that even if I did I would take my business elsewhere. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Honestly very disappointed i was expecting a totally different experience but they lied ti me saying they had tre truck, they asked me to confirm the appointment, made me go 2 hrs and 30 min by driving in traffic just to tell me they sold the truck about 8 hrs before! I can't believe it and being there they offered me diferents suv that i don't need fortunately i found a better vehicle in a different dealer and I'm very happy with it.

We were interested in a car here and were told upon inquiry about it that it had sold. A couple days later we seen it was still listed online so we called again and they admitted there was some confusion on their end and the car was still available so we continued on with the process of getting for information and starting finance paperwork and then the next day when we called to ask some questions they said it was SOLD! We were just in contact with someone there the evening before and it seems like the car was sold right out from under us in the middle of negotiation! Ended up going to a dealership in Sanger.

Great place to deal with was really helpful

Scheduled an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Drove an hour from my house and arrived at my appointment on time. Sales Associate said he would pull it up front for me. Came back 10 minutes later and said that it was in the shop and would be back in a month (a month!?) but he had another car he wanted to show me. I told him that I had made an appointment specifically to see the car that was now in the shop. Wasted an afternoon on this unprofessional used car dealer. Either a bate-and-switch, unethical dealership or a totally unorganized operation. How does a car with only 10k miles on the odometer need to be in the shop for a month? No words. Don’t waste your time.

Poor response to email ad I asked more questions. Just stopped responding when I asked if they did an ASE certified inspection on the vehicle. I’m now looking at another dealer.

They were excellent!! Needed a new car and they were super helpful. I wasn't sure about a truck because I've been driving sedans mostly but after a test drive and learning more about trucks I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend. Paul, the sale rep was great.

Had a really good experience with the whole car buying process. Checked out a few options until we agreed upon what I felt comfortable with. Did not feel pressured, which is what I did not want, and had all of my questions answered. Overall, really happy with everything.

I'm very happy with the whole process it was very smooth we went over finance options checked out a few cars I was really interested in and now I have a new ride thanks to Enrique and the sales manager.

The guys were great at Integrity Auto and worked with me on a great deal. Paul was very informative and the manager did his best to get me the best deal possible. Their cars are really nice as well. It me a few test drives to decide between the two options and they were very accomodating. Very happy camper.

Made an inquiry but didn’t pursue the car before it sold. They were polite and didn’t persist in contacting me.

All i asked for was the Carfax report, twice, and never received it.

4/13/2018 WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY A FROM THIS DEALER. DISHONESTY, DECEPTION AND CORRUPTION!!! The sales person named Enrique promise to get the missing parts without a problem but after signing on the ownership they will hide, after 15- 20 phone calls, text & emails to speak with the manager either they are out, don't worry, or we will call you back, which they never did. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Way over priced on all there cars , they give you the run around and give you different numbers till you sign something , there a joke , watch out for these guys

Very professional service at this dealership! I was interested in a Range Rover evoque, so me and my husband came to look at it.. When we came, the sales person was very polite, offered us coffee or water, was very professional... he showed us a car, we loved it, it was immaculate , so we went inside to work in numbers, but my monthly payment was a little over $300 and I can only afford up to $200, but they were very nice about it, so then they offered me a different car, BMW , we test drove that one and it turned out to be really nice and lovely car, the payment was still a little higher then $200, but I was very happy with it, because the general manager decided to give me a pretty good discount, so we end up buying it! My experience was amazing, they work very professional, quick, very focused on their customers and very polite! Will Recommend to all my friends and family!

They have no idea what they are talking about. Was looking for a truck for hauling and wanted the specs from the door. Dude said "I will send it later but I can tell you it weighs 3700 lbs." no, no it doesn't, told him weight range for Sierra 3500. Never heard from him again.

I saw one car that I liked at integrity auto, so I emailed them about it, they were very professional on the phone, the next day I went there with my wife and and they just got a different Bmw that I just couldn't ignore, I baought it, it is the best!!! We are so happy we went there, their service is great, very friendly people! We spent there maybe an hour and it was a cool experience!!! That's the place to buy cars at, they got INTEGRITY

Not willing to work on price....short response to questions

Bought the car. I should have researched the condition of the car prior to buying. Left side mirror light does not work. Front driver seat does not seem to heat up much, and there is a fair amount of rust underneath the driver side seat. Additionally, the car idles a little rough (ticking noise) when warming up. Mileage was about 600 miles higher than expected. Dealer was friendly and accommodating.
