I would highly recommend you have these vehicles checked out by a 3rd party. they will scam you with a $1000 processing fee. also was told i needed to be there to sign in person, I've bought dump trucks at further distances and have never had to be there to sign.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Not very knowledgeable of vehicles on lot. Not very good with promises on financing and don't follow-up. Sold this specific vehicle after promising to hold it for 2 days, but sold it the very next day and didn't even call to inform that it was gone. Very negative rating for this dealership.

The dealer contacted me and set up a time to look at the car. It took a while to track the car down but it was overall a good experience.

They offered on line that you could apply on line sign paperwork on line and delivery service. When I chatted with them they told me I needed to come on to do paperwork pay deposit etc... they are plus 6 hours away what they advertise is not what offer

So far so good. Communication (pay phone) has been adequate. The dealer did not respond to email. Maybe a little old-school.

I received an email and phone call within the hour of making my selections on Car Gurus. Johana Rios contacted me and immediately set up an appointment for my visit. The day of my visit, she was not there, however, the staff and finance manager did everything they could to answer all my questions. The finance manager navigated amongst 3 or 4 different banks to secure me a respectable low, interest rate (in the 5% range). I was very happy with Mr. Chris Stuart's efforts to get me financed and into the car within 20 minutes. Best car buying experience in 20 years!

They talked good than raised the price 2,000 dollars and wanted $895 dollars for a dealer fee.I would never deal with them.

The staff here are great and personable, and make the car buying experience very easy. Getting a test drive in, credit approval, finance, was all a breeze.

The vehicle was a different color and didn't have the features as advertised. The vehicle was beat up and was told the outside is cosmetic but the engine was good.......not I did not like the salesmen attitude.

read some of the responses on hear!! my situation was with them not honest about the vehicle!! I asked about the vehicle if it was one owner and no accidents he/she said that's right or something to that effect. but checked Carfax and it had a accident reported. Just be honest not that hard. so check every thing out before you buy. jmo. thanks.

When u first called in, I spoke with Aaron who was very helpful in answering my questions. I went in on Saturday morning and as soon as I pulled up, Aaron greeted and assisted me. After looking at the car, I sat down with Alex to go over the car buying process. He was great! I test drove the vehicle and when I returned to the lot, I met AJ, who was nothing but helpful. We negotiated the price and I was out the door and on the road in less than an hour! Thanks guys!

AJ was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and held the vehicle for us while we drove down there. We did end up purchasing the vehicle and the process was easy and transparent.

Car exterior was in great shape as were wheel rims. Would have bought it if it weren't for the nickel size hole in the leather of the driver's seat back that wasn't shown in photos on your site. Salesman suggested I could get a seat cover.

Didn’t buy a car here but Rob was great, no high sales pressure. Able to look over the vehicle without having a vulture hovering over us. Awesome fish tank in the office! Very entertaining for the kid

Went on a Friday and they were very busy but eager to help me with my firsr car purchase. After purchasing the car, I noticed the TPM light was on/ not reading the rear tire and the car needed an oil change, I called and they did it for free, excellent service.

This was the worst dealership. When I got there, they said the car had just sold within the hours, but I could get another car (newer year) for the same price since I drove over an hour to get there. Bottom line, they let me test drive a car fall in love with it and then asked me for an addtional $5,000 from the original price. This was clearly bait & switch, I was so disappointed they I just got up and left!!!

The manager was quite unfriendly and the atmosphere was horrific! Also the so called test drive was strategically less than a half mile.... I would not recommend this hole in the wall to my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle.
