Well, the 1st response from them was prompt and promising. But after that I no longer could reach them. I intend to continue searching, and really have no complaint. I would deal with them in the future, should it arise. Thank you, DeBara
Made an appointment to test drive a car, and drove there from an hour away. Arrived to find the car wasn’t ready and in the shop, despite our confirmed appointment. And the guy wasn't even there. After that he said he would let me know as soon as the car was ready, and he said he would put the car on a courtesy hold until i could get there after work. Then he sold the car. Complete waste of time.

Car was smoking possible engine gasket problem
Man, I can’t say enough about this dealership. Not only do they have some of the coolest cars. I have bought six cars from them over the years and every time I feel like FAMILY this is not your run of the meal car dealership. They love cars and it seems like they love helping people too. Johnny and Brendan were amazing. Marcus, the owner seemed to really care. They even helped me with service on my vehicles. I signed up for the Broker service because my Suburban was totalled by a drunk driver and within a week they found me a Yukon that fit my bill. I bought it on the spot I was able to go from a 2003 to a 2014 because of all the money I saved.
Terrible, disrespectful.
I called made appointment and was told the van is in great condition, driving smooth, no mechanical problems.
When I got to my appointment. The sales lady was not available and the second salesman I called before I leave was not available neither. The (manager) assigned another person which wandered around with the keys in his hand for another 30 minutes then disappeared.
Finally the sale lady showed up and told me she will go get the keys.
Another 15 minutes she came back and told me they don’t have the keys.
I was test driving with another Sienna which keeps having alarms sounded off. This one is not ready for sale neither.
I have no ideas why they are even in the business!!!

I know how to work on cars and I asked if the timing belt was ever done. Over the phone the salesman lied and said: "timing belts on these cars don't really need to be done, these are really good cars". I'm like ok, that's totally false but whatever, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I specifically told him I'd be driving 1 & 1/2 hrs to see the car, so please don't waste my time. When I arrive, the first thing he tells me is the car has an oil leak... Don't waste your time with these fools.

Dealer was very responsive but the Lexus RX we were looking for was not in the best condition and on the high side of price. 10 year old tires @ minimum tread. Picture made the RX look better than in person.
Also looks of duplicate communication, so slightly annoying.

The staff contacted me right away after my initial inquiry. Everyone at this dealership works as a sales and customer service team and they were polite and helpful. Even though we didn't buy the car, we were overall happy with our experience.

After inspecting the vehicle I made an offer which the representative said he would take to the vehicle owner. I did not hear anything for 2-3 days. I was then contacted by a different representative asking if I was still interested in the car. He was completely unaware that I had made an offer and had never heard back.

I made a Bonafide offer to this dealership over the phone because the dealership is about an hour and a half from where I live and got met with total unprofessionalism and rudeness. They said I was a lookie Lu and tire kicker and I needed to be illuminated! I don’t know anything about this dealership but I do know Customer Service having been in Retail Management for over 40 years and I have never felt so attacked and treated so disrespectfully in my life! I will never buy a car or refer anyone to this dealership! I know this review will fall on def ears, they made it very apparent THEY DON’T CARE!
