Buying a car remotely, is always a little uncomfortable. I started out looking through Carvana but, never spoke with a human, just Bots.
I switched to Carguru and the Infinity dealer had the car, and was fantastic. Sales called me, everything flowed very smoothly. Communication with the dealer and the wire transfer process was excellent. If you need a well run dealership, I would definitely recommended Infinity of Clearwater.

I called the night before they told me the car was available. When up first thing the next morning when in inspector to car test drove the car was sitting down to sign the finance papers in the finance major comes in and tells us it was sold last night after I had called about it.

Don’t go unless you’re telling them you’re specifically buying the car you’re looking at. I understand you have to make sales, but you can’t expect people to buy a car without test driving. First screw up was telling me I could bring my son to a test driving when the car only has two seats. I was obviously asking so he could come with me as every place is different. I get there and he tells my son can’t come. I told the guy I’d be right back then and he made no indication that he would not be available. So I come back after 15 minutes to find out he put the car away and no longer has time for me since someone was coming to purchase a car. Rescheduled my appointment for the following day (2/26) and then was told after I left work early that he had someone else coming in to purchase a car and would not have time for me again. Will not be coming back and will dissuade anyone from going.

The photo is not an actual photo but once the vehicle has been through our inspection and reconditioning process, live real photos will be posted. We believe in transparency in everything we do and apologize that the stock photo caused any confusion.
This dealer is on point, they responded and gave me an out the door price, I believe this dealer is on top of their game sorry we couldn't make it happen on the number, it's mostly on my end, I understand the market for these cars, maybe in the future I can take my business there and be fully confident I'm getting the best deal.

Nice at first I spent hours there it was the day before Christmas I did love the truck and would of come back when I had more time even though I had been there 4 hours and they were still behind. When I said I had a Christmas party to go to and I couldn’t wait any longer the rep got very rude and handed me my keys and registration back after I had to ask multiple times the. He wouldn’t even say bye. Like I said I wanted the vehicle and would of come back if it wasn’t for that experience

Emailed this dealership about a out the door price on a 2022 Ram 1500 4x4. I emailed them before they ever opened so I could let them know first thing in the morning that I was interested in that truck and the out the door price. Before I could get a answer on the price, they sold it to someone else, and let me hanging for over 4 hours while they sold the truck. I am over 3 hours away from the dealership is the reason I didn't just rush right over and make the deal in person. They don't know it but I had already picked out 5 additional trucks from their dealership to purchase for my business. I had planned to purchase 6 vehicles total if I would have gotten a good deal on the first one. I have now purchased 6 other trucks from another dealership. They don't value their customers very much.

A little too pushy for my liking. If I say I'm not interested, that should be the end of the conversation. Especially, when I say I'm driving my kids home from school, I do not have the patience to talk to the salesman and tend to my kids.

Omar Fleitas at Clearwater Infiniti was very responsive to my online
request for a vehicle history report and "window sticker" during my
research into a well-optioned smoked topaz-beige 2020 BMW 440i xDrive
with 8-speed automatic transmission they offered for sale with low miles.
My preference for a manual transmission has diverted me from fulfilling my
pursuit of the Clearwater Infiniti at this time.

I wouldve gave 5stars but the salesman lied to me about having the dealer's fee removed and I didnt know that he couldnt until After he ran my credit. When he told me about the $995 fee I declined futher service and thats when he told me he sales manager would remove it. He knew that he was wrong because he someone else from the dealership call to tell me and they acted as if he wasnt available that day and he was. I do not like to be lied to esp. When it comes to personal matters like my finances and my credit.

Stay away. Contacted them about a vehicle. They said they could sell me the car I inquired about. Turned out they couldn’t sell me the car because it didn’t have catalytic converters. They called me back saying they could sell it to me after all. I drove 3 hours to look at the car and they had the price 5k higher than advertised. Once we worked a deal and SIGNED THE CONTRACT, they said they would put tires on it and deliver it to me. Got left in the dark for over a week and I finally get a hold of them. They said they couldn’t sell me the car again. 7 hours of drive time and over 3 weeks going back and forth to put a deal together.

However, we did recommend that you should see the vehicle before agreeing to buy it, as it needed some maintenance done. Although we agreed to put new tires on it, at your request, once the vehicle was inspected we felt it was not safe to drive, as it had multiple suspension issues. The dealer is a dope. They had a car advertised with about 28,000 miles on it when the Carfax reflected around 87,000. Once I told them about the Carfax they corrected their ad.

The sales representative seemed very uninterested in selling us a car. The vehicle we were looking at did not show any signs that maintenance or cleaning had been performed. I guess we weren't the 'type' of customer she was looking for.
