Vehicle was exactly as described. Must of the purchase process was handled electronically. The final paperwork was ready closing the deal was a breeze. One of the best truck purchases I’ve every been involved with. Salesman Tim Williams and finance guy Mark Tanner are first class.

They were very attentive to make my experience pleasant. Bruce went beyond to help.

The salesman was very helpful. I felt like he bent over backwards to answer every question I had. He was a good communicator.

Knew I was coming this weekend. He knew I was interested. He DID NOT contact me when the price decreased. He did not tell me anyone else was looking at the car. He was quirt in his response to me today, basically it was tough luck. Oh well, it's gone now.

Pleasant so far

INFINITI is a quality facility to shop for any vehicle. They give all the quality information you need pulse many pictures of their vehicles. They will keep in contact with you, giving any and all updated information on all the vehicles you've shown an interest, plus any change in price. They do need to consider cutting back on their commercial pop ups. But shopping for any vehicle, they are the place to go.

For the past several weeks I was hunting for what I thought I wanted (Honda Accord Coupe) & saw that Infiniti of Chattanooga had one so drove down for a test drive. It was exactly as advertised but after the test drive there were a couple of things that I was not 100% on - so after further chats with Jennifer Miller (the sales consultant) she mentioned that they had just received a Lexus IS250 which was another car that I was interested in. So I took it for a test drive & ended up going with it instead. I am very happy with my choice & with the buying process at this dealership. Jennifer was an awesome salesperson, she was very informative, patient & entertaining as well! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend them. The whole staff was pleasant & very accommodating to us during the whole process. Very Happy Customer

The dealership gave us a great deal on this car. While the vehicle's exterior wasn't quite as "immaculate" like I was originally told it was the sales manager made it right and adjusted the price slightly more so that I could have the paint touched up here locally in SC. This was a Christmas present for our daughter and she couldn't be happier!

I was very happy in my experience with the Infiniti of Chattanooga. The professional sales lady and finance person were very pleasant and informative for us in our purchasing experience. There were no comments or discussions to push us to make our purchase or added options. My inquiry was by email on Sunday - the dealer's system responded with an auto-email on Sunday to tell me they were not in on Sunday and would contact me on Monday. I received an email and phone call early on Monday morning. I highly recommend this dealer.

I bought my dream SUV!. The team at Infiniti of Chattanooga was extremely helpful & patient. Just when I thought I would have to go back to the drawing board, they were able to pull the deal together. Very hospitable dealership; they picked me up from the hotel and I drove away in my dream car in less than an hour.

Everyone was just great

Overall experience,well...started off great. Our sales lady Sarah was awesome. Car we looked at started off being on lot since August and way over priced at 36,900. About 9000 dollars off every others asking price for the same exact car options. Said they were motivated to sell old q50s off the lot. We were gonna pay all cash or maybe even trade in our prestine Honda accord. The new sale price of the car of 30,900 was still at least three thousand away from all the other Dealerships selling this car with all the same options. In fact most of the other cars had less miles. When it came down to it they wanted to rob us of our trade in. So we will keep that out of equation. We offered 28 thousand cash out the door. Sales manager came in and told us sorry we couldn't make a deal and have a nice day. Left a sour taste in our mouth about Infiniti. So we are going back to Lexus now.

Very responsive I would recommend them

Although I haven't purchased from here yet, the customer service has been excellent up to this point. Sarah has answered every question I've had...and she's done so in a prompt manner! If I end up buying elsewhere, it definitely won't be because I didn't have a good experience here.
