This was honestly an awful experience. The salesman was misogynistic and condescending, he went silent on me for almost a full week right before I bought my car (with no notice, after ensuring me multiple times that he would be in “constant contact”), and has a very bad communication style. At one point I spoke to his sales manager, and he was also rude. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I give them credit for contacting me, but I feel they were less than forthcoming with useful (and truthful) information
about the vehicle...and in particular why a 2024 truck with just 58 miles is being sold as used. I was told that they
purchased the truck from a dealer that was going out of business. And after being pressed for information, one
contact told me that the truck had been repainted. This caused me to dig deeper into the CarFax info, which
showed the original dealer in Colorado and then a second dealer of record. I checked and both dealers are still
very much in business, so I suspect that I was lied to about the truck being purchased from a dealer that was
closing down. I also learned that a huge hail storm hit Brighton, CO in May of 2024, so I speculate the repaint was
due to massive hail damage. So Impex's lack of details and honest information (IMHO) ended my interest in this
vehicle.

Total waste of time dealing with them told them how much money I had to spend and then they tried to sell me this car that was a buyback under the lemon law and because could not get enough financing for it trying to get me to put money down when I couldn't then they just wanted nothing to do with me even though I already had my own financing set up with the check before I went for the amount that I told them

I purchased this vehicle and the process was seamless thanks to Lisa (saleswoman) and Chris (Finance Manager) . My car was delivered to me from Impex to the Shreveport LA area, and was exactly as it looked online. Overall great experience.
I was contacted by a sales rep that stated he would try to help me get a new car. He sent a link and asked me to let him know which cars I was interested in. I sent him a couple that I liked but he never responded. I sent a couple of follow up emails but never got a response. I was very disappointed in the service and lack of communication.
Aron & Brian were very easy to deal with when purchasing my vehicle. Brian sent me personal videos of the
car inside and out, as well as, provided any additional information I needed. Negotiations were fair and there
were no high pressure sales techniques. I live and breathe negotiating and I would have recognized those
tactics immediately. If you are looking for a vehicle, check them out!

Air Force Veteran here, bought this vehicle because I'm currently raising a family of 11 kids we homeschool and wanted this wagon to take the kids on field trips and adventures. Paid CASH for this van after speaking with employees at IMPEX who said the vehicle passed the 120 point inspection and was ready for delivery, they were cleaning it up as we spoke, would try to have it delivered by weekend send the wire and insurance info ASAP so they can get this great van out to us! Well, Saturday came and went, then said Monday, but didn't get delivered until Wednesday, and it was filthy in and out. Supposedly new shiny tires were on it prior to delivery but were not upon delivery, were even low in pressure.Promised photos/videos prior to delivery weren't taken,the photos listed didn't match, it should have been SHIPPED NOT DRIVEN! Plus adtl 500+ miles unaccounted for! Main door malfunctions,extremely difficult to open/close posing danger.Crack in windshield. Needed oil change,list goes on
Expect at least a $1000 mark up from any listed price. They added an $800 transaction fee out of nowhere, plus something called LoJack that i didn't want. They claimed
my insurance would love it and it would save me money. False. Not a pleasant experience and a great example of the reason no one likes going to car dealerships and
talking to car salesman. if you have a chance to get a car from this place and are traveling, make sure you ask about hidden fees before you make the trip. Expect
uncharges galore and find out all the info you can before traveling. The car condition was fine, although it was sold to us with a broken tail light. I felt like we were a
commodity at this dealership, which readily admitted to us they only cared about volume sales. I gave two stars instead of one because the tranfer of title went smoothly.

Chris, Sam, and Greg were all very helpful and easy to work with. Cornelius is the main reason I’m leaving a review. Instead of having me come directly back to the dealer from the airport (flew in from out of town) he had me take some back roads. See the countryside. Great drive and great visit hearing him share where he grew up.

The dealer was very quick to respond to my inquiries. The vehicle was exactly as it was described in the ad. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the
dealer to my friends. Even though the vehicle had high mileage, it was in great condition and had been well maintained by the previous owner.

Terrible. Told me a very high price for vehicle over phone. Then texted me saying they would make me a rocking offer if I came in. I did and they started with a price 2/3rds higher then KBB. After an hour still 25 percent over KBB. Stay away.

I'm rating them a 5 for now. They sold the vehicle I inquired about, but Jamie was SUPER communicative and they went out and found a perfect vehicle. Granted, it is a higher $$ value than I gave as my budget, but they were able to show me pictures and give me details on it which helped convince me to push the budget a little higher. So, good sales people too. I am sure I'm paying a bit of a premium, but in my opinion they've provided such good service so far that it's worth it. Now, the vehicle they found has to be shipped to them, so I don't know yet how the final details will fall together, but so far they're exceeding expectations.

Sold me a modified car with a broken transmission and pcv valve cut and never replaced as well as the throw out bearing broken. On top of all this tried to make me pay for it saying it wasn’t covered under warranty.
It is a great group from owner to salesperson. They bent over backwards to try to accommodate me
